In contacting ARS for a second evaluation of my heat pump system, they send a service technician named James S*** James worked with me and explained everything he was doing He was very person oriented and knew the system well Having lived up north most of my life, I was not familiar with heat pump operation nor parts involved in maintaining the system James explained it well He took the time to explain what should be happening on preventive maintenance of the system annually Due to the condition of this system, rather than have problems in this hot summer coming up, we decided to replace the system ARS is coming this morning to install a new system Congrats to all who work for ARS

Keith *** and Matt (sorry I don't know his last name) replaced my bathtub with a standing shower and installed a new hot water heater for me on Wednesday They were both very polite and professional and the job was completed perfectly They left my home as they found it with no mess or trash for me to deal with I would recommend them to anyone needing work done and would definitely call them again should a need arise I went through Home Depot to find someone and they called me immediately to set up an appointment The girl in ARS/Rescue Rooter was very professional in setting up the appointment I am most satisfied
