Edward with ARS Rescue Rooter was very thorough, pleasant and helpful! He did a wonderful job fixing my heating unit. He explained what the issue was in detail and also told me what he would do to fix it.

I would like to thank David from ARS for the prompt and professional service he provided is with during the renovation of our condo. We have tried other plumbers, but will only use ARS from now on and ask for David.

An ARS rep called the night before to confirm our appointment. The technician called the morning of the appointment and said he was on his way to our house. Great service and found a couple minor issues. He seemed to know what he was doing and quickly went through his checklist. I'm glad I called. The technician's name was Travis and do not push optional services.

We had a problem with our a/c-heating system this week. I called ARS and Christine took my information and promptly scheduled an appointment that would fit into our schedule. The next day I had a change in my schedule and Christine was able to accommodate me. The tech was Carlos [redacted] He was prompt, knowledgeable and quickly found the source of our problem and did the repairs efficiently. He also installed a system in our ducts to improve air quality and eliminate mold growth. He did all this in three hours! Amazing. We will be requesting him should we need a tech in the future. We strongly recommend ARS for your cooling and heating needs.

Very pleased with service from Customer Service Rep and Service Pro Cecil. Customer Service was very accommodating when I requested moving up the scheduled appointment a day. Cecil, the service pro was just that... a pro. Efficient and pleasant.
