Tech was on time , knowledge , polite , seem to fix the problem quickly , and he did a full system check anyway , made some adjustments Looks good so far
customer service also did a very good job , she told me who was coming , and at what time he would be there , listed the present problems so the tech could be prepared

They do very good work (time will tell) However, they will find problems and you will spend $200+ even if you are having just a regular maintenance visit If your system is new they will find and strongly recommend improvements and changes So do use them but stand strong and be prepared to say "No" repeatedly

All the service and repair techs were GREATThey all worked well with each otherThey knew exactly what they were doingAs for the office staff........I had a scheduled appointment for the 5th which A.R.Scancelled on the 4th stating Hurricane Mathew was affecting their schedulingThat's fine BUT they showed up at 8:AM on the 5th ! By time I got to the door they were gone
A.R.Srefused to have them return even though I called the minutes after the techs leftDamper still not fixed .Rating would have been higher had they returned and finished the job

My experiences with ARS have been over the top in every instance The installation perfprmed by Keith was very professional, neat, and with no mess left behind Then when he came back to do a cheon my water heater,, he again went beyond the basic and performed without requestt a repair I had been attempting for some time wiith no success, virtually unrelated to the purpose for which he was in the house
All of my contacts with ARS have been at the highest of professional levels and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone for quality of product and workmanship as well as professiionalism! I hope they keep up the first rate service which is so difficult to find today
