Having just moved to Myrtle Beach Sc and needing to receive information about water, tankless hot water heaters and plumbing in general we contacted ARSFrom the employees that answered the phone to the representative that came to the house to the technician that provided the service everyone was very knowledgeableThe job was scheduled and completed on time and to our satisfactionNeat in appearance, neat in work area and clean as it was before they arrivedAnything we asked was answered and the tech did not leave until we were happy with what we purchased and paid for I believe the best thing is hours a day days a week without the extra cost of a late night or weekend call I will and have already recommended ARS to our neighbors

There was significant confusion in the scheduling processI was dealing with several different office personal who seemed very anxious to please me as a customer but continued to confuse the schedulingHowever it was resolved, I would only suggest that in the office staffs attempt to schedule as much work as possible they should not schedule multiple workers at one site at the same timeA customer can only attend to one operational issue at a time and give the technician the attention they deserve The technician, Jame was very professional while remaining personableHe took time to answer all my questions and was genuine in his desire to make sure my AC/heat was in working order and was always lookiing for potential problems before they could cause me headache in the futureI would recommend James without reservation and would be grateful to have him continue to service my home Thanks Ray

James [redacted] is extremely knowledgable, prompt, curteous, and efficientI would reccomend him to anyone

Had a strange appearance of dust on the ceiling and concern was potential moldIt was not clear condition was caused by HVAC system but ARS tech said not to worry , that he would nonetheless help to find out cause and he didI appreciated his customer service attitude to help resolve the problem, despite the unclear source of it being the HVAC system which ARS is contracted to service

We were having a problem with our air conditionerI called ARS at 9am and they were here by 11amHe found the problem very quickly and had to replace the motor in the air handlerJames was able to get the motor delivered to him within the hour and it up and running in no time at allThank you James and ARS

The office staff was very courteous and professionalChristine kept me inofrmed of who and when the service man would be arrivingMatt was very professional and knowledgableHe answered all my questions and explained them well

This is my second interaction with ARSDavid was very professional and knowledgeableHe was customer focused representing ARS professionally, brought to our attention some areas that need to be addressedI would definitely request David for my next plumbing issues

ARS overall was outstanding in providing quick professional service Marshall went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing leak He was quick, efficient, helpful, polite, and did a great job I would highly recommend Marshall for any plumbing work!

Danny gave me excellent service, friendly polite and has knowledge of what needs to be doneExcellent WORKER DUE to a water leak in my home, installed new pipes in the attic in 90's degree heat in a day and located a sewer pipe outside next to the house (which no one else could ever locate after years of people looking for the pipe.) DANNY WORKED IN 90'S DEGREE HEAT OUTSIDE DIGGING FOR THE SEWER PIPE He then connected the Sewer pipe that is in located near the street TO THE MAIN WATER PIPE and INSTALLED A NEW SHUT OFF PIPE INSIDE THE HOUSE which I love PREVIOSLY, someone had to go to the street to shut the water off, Danny installed a new faucet in the kitchen early this morning (June 20th) about 7am DUE TO MY OLD FAUCET BEING OLD AND LEAKING I WOULD HAVE DANNY DO ANY JOB FOR ME IF THE NEED ARISES HE ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I ASKED HIM THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE
