This morning the kitchen sink backed up with this horrible black water after putting some old spinach salad in the garbage disposal My husband tried to fix it using a plunger but that didn't work I called the plumber that we had used in the past but it went to voice mail After waiting an hour for a return call that never came, I called ARS Rescue Rooter The person who answered the phone was very professional yet friendly and assured me that someone could come today Marshall came that afternoon and was able to clear the drain using a snake He was very pleasant and professional - I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend Marshall and ARS Rescue Rooter to my friends and neighbors without hesitation!
