You have to be kidding me! I contacted ARS because of their $tune up special and was told ..that they would come and do the tune up and look at another air conditioner I had because I was looking to purchase a new one So, I waited at my abode for three hours, now get this, when the two "air conditioning professionals" arrived, Justin and his partner, they informed me that they lacked the competency to work on an air conditioner and promptly leftNo, this isn't Saturday Night Live , this actually happened An air conditioning business that has people who can't work on air conditioningThis business is unreliable They didn't do what they said they would do

ARS is a great companyThey have had a contract to service my heat pump for years, They also installed a new one when I need itI have also gotten a hot water heater from them and a garbage disposal from them
Today Justin was here to check my heat pumpHe discovered it was not working properlyHe found the cause and called the company for the parts neededHe waited until it was delivered and then completed his job
He is a great service man and a very nice gentleman

The scheduling process was not good They were supposed to come on a Thursday between and a.mand call min ahead but called that Tuesday morning at to come for appointment Then on the correct day, Thursday, they called at a.mbut did not arrive until 9:a.m *** *** the technician, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable At the end of the visit, he used very high pressure tactics (we had to sign up RIGHT THEN, THAT DAY for a several thousand dollar water filtration system to get his reduced price We are always leery of such tactics, so we did not purchase anything
