I received a call from customer service informing me that a technician would be arriving in about minutes J T arrived as promised as performed a thorough test of our plumbing outlays I was most interested in the condition of the water heater as have experienced some problems with temperature fluctuations J T discovered severe corrosion on the anode which was actually split almost half the length of it Also, the thermostats were not working correctly and the elements were also corroded although not anywhere as bad as the anode We decided to replace the anode, elements, thermostats and a valve as a package deal J T did an excellent job and we would like to have him as the tech if we need additional work done

I would highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter of Myrtle Beach James S*** was the HVAC Service Tech who checked my air conditioning system He was thorough and took his time making sure that everything was running efficiently He was also helpful in providing good advice regarding preventative maintenance and other options for my system I do not remember the name of the customer service representative who handled scheduling the appointment, but she was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable

This is the second time I have dealt with ARS and both experiences have been excellent However, this time with the plumbing there were some communication problems with the customer service representative and their technicians This plumbing job required two plumbers in order to complete the job The customer service rep scheduled for the plumber I requested before she considered there needed to be a second plumber The plumbers were excellent, arrived well within their scheduled time, cleaned up after the job, and were very easy to get along with I would request these plumbers for any further plumbing jobs I needed
