Our technician, Jeremy [redacted] was very professional and performed all of the work that was promised. We are very happy with the results.

Jeremy [redacted] spent the entire day with us yesterday to inspect the plumbing system in our home we purchased in August. He was very professional and personable. He explained his findings to us and we discussed our options. The fact that our home was 10 years old and still had the original hot water heater was a concern for us and we opted to have it replaced because of the element corrosion. Jeremy also installed a filtration system which will help to extend the life of our other plumbing fittings and eliminate contaminants in our water. Jeremy was very straight-forward in speaking with us and answering our questions. He is certainly an assett to ARS in Myrtle Beach and we would highly recommend his company and him.

ARS/Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach is a very professional corporation and their HVAC Service Tech who did my maintenance check today was very knowledgable and polite and an asset to their company.

ARS provided a fast and expert Heat Pump installation. The staff and install team was very courteous, knowledgeable, and expert in the job. I would make them the first team to call for help.

ARS employee Danny [redacted] replaced my hot water tank today 11/12/15. His work was quality and professional. He ensured the installation met all current code requirements. He provided an accurate cost for the project. which included replacement of heating coils or replacement. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Matt [redacted] was our service technician, and he was great! Very timely, knowledgeable, and informative. ARS is a wonderful company, and Matt is a great representation of them!

The office staff was very courteous and professional. Christine kept me inofrmed of who and when the service man would be arriving. Matt was very professional and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and explained them well.

Although install took a few hours longer than anticipated, the technicians were friendly and thorough. The equipment very quickly cooled our home once it was turned on and they left with minimal mess. ARS was able to replace our entire system the next day, which was greatly appreciated and needed!
My only complaint/suggestion would be to have the technicians shut all available doors (to beds and baths) before beginning to solder. The ash from it was all over the condo.

Called first thing this morning needing a new hot water tank. Danny was here by 10:00 and we had our new tank and hot water by 3:00. He was great. Explained my options, cost and everything. He was great. Would not hesitate to call again for any plumbing needs.

Marshall was promp, courteous, and knowledgeable. The plumbing problem in my home was discovered instantly. I thought my problem was a lot worse--major! Quickly I was relieved to find it was a minor problem. The honesty was appreciated. Problem solved. Nice talking to him about various subjects of interest!!!

Had a strange appearance of dust on the ceiling and concern was potential mold. It was not clear condition was caused by HVAC system but ARS tech said not to worry , that he would nonetheless help to find out cause and he did. I appreciated his customer service attitude to help resolve the problem, despite the unclear source of it being the HVAC system which ARS is contracted to service

Ars again exceeded expectations. David S[redacted] came for my plumbing annual check, and he caught several very important things with my hot water heater. Very grateful. Thank you also for reconsidering the costs to my greater advantage.
