The HVAC Service Tech was knowledgeable and did a fine job for us!

The ARS technicians (Josh and Ray) were very thorough in their preventative maintenance review of my HVAC system. Also, the customer service representative (Andrea) efficiently followed up with me to confirm the appointment.

ARS was prompt, courteous, and professional. The service call went very well.

Awesome! I had slow drains that would back up with high demand. Tried home remedies and got some hair, but still backing up. ARS sent Benjamin P. and he was fantastic! A true professional! It ended up I had a clog at the main as well as in the house where two showers and two toilets come together. Benjamin ran into many setbacks, but nothing stopped his resolve. I did not have a two way and he did everything he could to clear the clog at the house without it. I am on a slab, so that only complicates matters. When Benjamin pulled the one toilet, he actually found two frogs in the pipe! He released them both back outside and thought that possibly the frogs had built a nest in the vent and that was causing the slow drain. He went up on my roof and inspected the vent. No frog nest, so Benjamin installed the two way and he was able to snake the clog and ended up removing a huge plug of nasty yuck. He was courteous, upfront and a true professional. The pricing for the work that he did and the time he spent on the job was quite fair! I can understand why this company has an A+ rating. I highly reccomend!

This company knows how to completely serve its customers. They are exceptional communicators, employ knowledgeable technicians, are consistently thorough in delivery of service and all staff we interacted with proudly represent the company. After an inspection of our HVAC system, several unit replacements were presented as well as an explanation of how each operates. We never felt rushed to make a decision on a plan of action. After deciding, the entire process of installation, permits, training, and follow up county inspections were all handled by ARS personnel in turnkey fashion. We were so satisfied, we immediately replaced our hot water heater and were served with the same high level of service. Edward M., James, Cory, Joe and Marcas all conveyed a love of their job, confidence in their coworkers and products, and a personal desire to leave us as very satisfied, knowledgeable customers. I can't say enough good things about this company and its employees.

ARS Technician Jeremy [redacted] was very professional and informative. Mr. [redacted] was very courteous and answered every question I had at least twice.

Marshall was very courteous and actually told me of a service that ARS provides that I wasn't aware of. I had needed my dryer vent cleaned and he told me they did that as well. I had him do it right then. I have used ARS for over 10 years and have always been pleased with the service but Marshall went beyond the normal ARS service. I will ask for him for future needs.

Jonathan did a wonderful job in performing a plumbing system inspection and subsequent repair and maintenance identified from the inspection. He explained all he was doing, the inspection outcomes and the optional items to address. Jonathan was courteous and friendly, confident and knowledgeable. My wife and I were impressed with his approach, skills and work. We would be pleased to have Jonathan return for similar work in the future.

Extremely professional. The company called to give me arrival time and even emailed a photo of the person who would be knocking at my door. I suggest you get several bids from purchase prospects.
