I received excellent service today from ARS, starting with scheduling all the way through maintenance. The technician was very professional and explained everything to me that needed to be taken care of.

We placed an A/C service call on the evening of 9/16/2016 to ARS for our HVAC unit. We had just arrived at our condo only to find the A/C not working and an early stage of mold on the walls. Another HVAC service company had recommended ARS as they did not service Ruud units. Alex J[redacted] from ARS was on call and arrived promptly. Alex quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and had our A/C working in short order. He was very professional, competent, patient and considerate beyond his years. Due to our interaction with Alex, we signed up for a maintenance agreement! I highly recommend ARS and want to thank Alex again the work provided.

Technicians arrived on time, protected the floors with tarps and completed the installation quickly. They spent time explaining aspects of the unit, and were patient and knowledgeable regarding our questions.

We would definitely call them again in the future.

There was significant confusion in the scheduling process. I was dealing with several different office personal who seemed very anxious to please me as a customer but continued to confuse the scheduling. However it was resolved, I would only suggest that in the office staffs attempt to schedule as much work as possible they should not schedule multiple workers at one site at the same time. A customer can only attend to one operational issue at a time and give the technician the attention they deserve.

The technician, Jame was very professional while remaining personable. He took time to answer all my questions and was genuine in his desire to make sure my AC/heat was in working order and was always lookiing for potential problems before they could cause me headache in the future. I would recommend James without reservation and would be grateful to have him continue to service my home.

I have used ARS to replace my HVAC system, replace a water heater, and do plumbing work. I knew that there would be a problem when I wanted to install a new toilet as the PVC flange in the floor was broken. Jason did an excellent job of cutting out the old flange, put in a new one, and then install the new toilet. Needless to say this wasn't a five minute job as it required the knowledge and skill of a highly trained professional plumber. Jason is a credit to ARS and I hope that he is rewarded adequately outstanding service he provides ARS's customers.

I had the pleasure of having a plumbing inspection of my condo by Jeremy Hood of ARS Rescue Rooter of Myrtle Beach. Jeremy was very professional and efficient in his task and very informative. No stones were left unturned. Jeremy is friendly and amenable with excellent suggestions.

ARS/Rescue Rooter of Myrtle Beach is awesome. Their Tech Jim G serviced our unit and was very qualified and efficient, as well as friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Whenever my husband or I have contacted ARS, whether it be for a problem or just routine servicing, they have been very business like and knowledgeable. We have received prompt service and appointments. They always call at least one hour before arriving and arrive within the approximate time lines. They go to work at once and stay focused until the job is complete. We are so glad we chose ARS.
