Dustin did a great job! He was prompt, courteous and professional. I would have no qualms about calling ARS for plumbing work.
Called ARS with a problem at 8 AM and they were at my house by 9:30 AM. I have found them to be very professional and able to take care of my heating or plumbing problems 24/7. Have used them for the past 10 years and will continue to do so in the future. If something works why change it.
I was very pleased with Marcos's performance and the fact that he was clean and neat in the area where he was working. He was very pleasant and didn't waist any time getting the job done. He did a very professional job, I was impressed with his work and knowledge of his profession. Plus it didn't seem to bother him when I asked him questions, he would answer me and keep right on working. Great Job!
The service provided was excellent. Jeremy was very efficient and professional in his repair and then installation of a new water filter system.
Thanks to Jonathan, at ARS, who did my plumbing checkup. He was very pleasant, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful with his assessment of my house's plumbing in his checkup. A good guy from Brooklyn USA--who wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything. He wanted to be helpful, and he was.
This is is my second experience with ARS, the first being a service call in the very hot summer. This visit was part of a service inspection contract. Robert was personable, knowlegeable and professional. ARS's administrative staff is also commendable. Nice to do business with them!
Today I had ARS Myrtle Beach install a Rheems heating and cooling system in my house. The Installers were Mike K[redacted] and Robert S[redacted] and they were very Professional. They arrived on time and worked through a very hot and humid day. I had no problems with their work and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
Service was above excellent. Every step of installation was explained to me in terms that I could understand. All of my questions were answered.
Having just moved to Myrtle Beach Sc and needing to receive information about water, tankless hot water heaters and plumbing in general we contacted ARS. From the employees that answered the phone to the representative that came to the house to the technician that provided the service everyone was very knowledgeable. The job was scheduled and completed on time and to our satisfaction. Neat in appearance, neat in work area and clean as it was before they arrived. Anything we asked was answered and the tech did not leave until we were happy with what we purchased and paid for.
I believe the best thing is 24 hours a day 7 days a week without the extra cost of a late night or weekend call.
I will and have already recommended ARS to our neighbors.

Service tech did a great job, located an issue that 2 other tech failed to find. Good job. It was a weird problem.

Everyone was very help, phone customer service . very attentive and understanding.Prompt arrival tech and very clear in proposal of service Just one point we found irritating. Follow up call , gal on phone kept referring to us as guys.. not a good thing. May I recommend your customers to be referred to by their name or folks or sir .. but NOT GUYS!! The service person (Zeb) was excellent. Good service.
This morning the kitchen sink backed up with this horrible black water after putting some old spinach salad in the garbage disposal. My husband tried to fix it using a plunger but that didn't work. I called the plumber that we had used in the past but it went to voice mail. After waiting an hour for a return call that never came, I called ARS Rescue Rooter. The person who answered the phone was very professional yet friendly and assured me that someone could come today. Marshall came that afternoon and was able to clear the drain using a snake. He was very pleasant and professional - I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend Marshall and ARS Rescue Rooter to my friends and neighbors without hesitation!

The technician, Matt was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. After installing faucet and plumbing he asked if there was anything else he could do for us and named off a few things like any other sink or bathroom problems or the hot water heater we were having a small problem with the water heater and he fixed it on the spot for a reduced cost. Very helpful young man, a truly dedicated employee.
The ARS technicians (Josh and Ray) were very thorough in their preventative maintenance review of my HVAC system. Also, the customer service representative (Andrea) efficiently followed up with me to confirm the appointment.
