We were having a problem with our air conditioner. I called ARS at 9am and they were here by 11am. He found the problem very quickly and had to replace the motor in the air handler. James was able to get the motor delivered to him within the hour and it up and running in no time at all. Thank you James and ARS.

Jacob was very helpful, friendly and did a great job installing our HVAC system today. He and Gary were able to answer any question I had. I would recommend both of them at any time!

They were prompt in arriving to the work site, working very hard during a long, hot day, and taking careful attention to quality installation and clean up. Kudos to ARS and tech [redacted] was very courteous and knowledgeable in regard to the maintenance of the ac unit. I would recommend ARS.

I would recommend ARS Rescue Rooter to others - Shannon and Marshall were courteous and professional, and most importantly, Marshall fixed our terribly clogged kitchen drain! I will definitely call them again when needed.

Tech/Robert was the most knowledgeable tech I have talked to in my 30 years of having HVAC service. Explained in detail everything happening with our current system. Explained ways we could reduce and conserve energy to lower our electric bill. He took the time to answer all of the questions we had for him and did not seem in a hurry to get out the door.

Vary informative technician.

We had no hot water and ARS came within a couple of hours of calling. Keith checked out the hot water heater and when he moved some of the wires it clicked on. He secured the ends of the wires properly and it has worked fine since. He did leave a written estimate to have a new one installed should we need to replace it in the future. There was no charge ~ amazing!

Dustin did a great and fast job of fixing my garbage disposal! No mess left behind. Very polite and a genuine person!

Very pleased with the service. ARS sent out a Mr. Jason [redacted] to install our bathroom fixtures. He was polite and very knowledgeable in his field. He worked quickly to provide us with top notch service. We would recommend ARS to anyone.
