DUE to a water leak in my home, installed new pipes in the attic in 90's degree heat in a day and located a sewer pipe outside next to the house (which no one else could ever locate after 21 years of people looking for the pipe.).

DANNY WORKED IN 90'S DEGREE HEAT OUTSIDE DIGGING FOR THE SEWER PIPE. He then connected the Sewer pipe that is in located near the street TO THE MAIN WATER PIPE and INSTALLED A NEW SHUT OFF PIPE INSIDE THE HOUSE which I love. PREVIOSLY, someone had to go to the street to shut the water off,

Danny installed a new faucet in the kitchen early this morning (June 20th) about 7am. DUE TO MY OLD FAUCET BEING OLD AND LEAKING.
I WOULD HAVE DANNY DO ANY JOB FOR ME IF THE NEED ARISES. HE ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I ASKED HIM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Awesome service. Called in the am and the technician was here just a few hours later. Christine, the customer service rep was very professional and ensured a technician would be available the same day and informed us when he would be there. The technician James S was very courteous and informative he told us straight facts about our unit and didn't try to just sell us anything or fix something that was not fixable. Professional and knowledgeable team every time! I've had to call them on several water issues and they consistently bring results time and time again...... Anytime I've needed them, the office crew has dispatched a technician within a few hours. They also call before arriving, do an estimate before any work is performed and follow up after job is completed. Clean and professional technicians, and office staff is very efficient conveying issue with technician before sending them out..... I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We continue to use ARS for all of our heat and air needs. They did their regular check up today and were on time, worked without interruption, and checked out all facets of our two systems. Friendly, professional and competent as usual. Always appreciate their service.

From the call to ARS/Shelly to the service call by Matthew everything was great. Friendly person taking the calls and then a service person that had the answers and knowledge to help us make an informed decision. Matt was able the diagnose the problem with our garbage disposal offer a couple opptions, he showed us ARS products and prices and allowed us to decide what we wanted to do.
