I have had several reasons to use ARS for my plumbing needs and find them to be extremely competent and helpful.

Mr. McKnight did an excellent job explaining how the system operated, he checked everything and made sure that the problem was solved. He was very pleasant and respectful.

Jeremy was wonderful! Our hot water tank burst late in the afternoon. We were worried we weren't going to be able to have it fixed until the next day. However, that was not the case. Jeremy came out and gave us a quote. After we pondered it for bit he came back and installed our hot water tank. He was at our home until after 9 PM! He made sure everything was up to code and installed correctly. When I called the office he next day to set up the appointment for the county code inspector to come they were vey kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody needing this type of service!

I have needed to call ARS/rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach on several different occasions for plumbing work on my older condo. The plumbers who were dispatched to us were always professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They fixed the issues efficiently. The dispatchers promptly make appointments convenient to the customer. ARS Myrtle Beach is a company that maintains integrity and it's good to know a trustworthy plumbing/ air and heating service to call when trouble arises!!
