Back on April 23rd we ordered a one gallon jug of handsanitizer and a 16 pack of 8 oz bottles. Our order number is ***, the cost was $194.97

We did not get our full order, we ordered 16 8oz hand sanitizer and all we got was the gallon jug in a box that is7'x12". I saved the shipping label
Art Naturals said our order was delivered even though the box only contained a gallon jug. Uploading photos of the box and shipping label so you can see 16 8oz hand sanitizers and a gallon jug cannot fit in a 12"x7" box, also the weight was 15lbs that was the weight of the gallon jug,
They refuse to ship the rest of our order and they wont refund either

They need to either ship the rest of our order asap or refund the cost of the 16 8oz bottles which is 134.98 We are an essential business and our techs in the field needed these hand sanitizers, but instead Art Naturals wants to play games with our order

Order placed on Apr9th, UPS label created on Apr9th and I didn't receive the 1 Gallon of hand sanitizer.
I placed the order# *** on Apr9th of an Unscented hand sanitizer - 1 Gallon. The UPS Label was created on the same day and they are pending to receive the product for delivery since then. I contacted Art Naturals by phone (Always busy), by e-mail (no response) and by Facebook chat (no response). I saw several others complains about the same practices and now my credit card was already paid. I would like a complete refund of my order of $59.99 as I am afraid to receive 1 gallon of tap water or 1 gallon of regular gel without alcohol.

Right after opening the complain they started working on my order and it was delivered on May11th. I will never do business with them again.

Ordered "in stock" product, was charged and shipping info sent. Never received item.
Ordered 12 pack of "in stock" hand sanitizer on 4/16/20. Was immediately charged. Shipping info sent "Shipment Ready for UPS". No movement for weeks. When company was emailed, response was terribly slow. They tried to tell me product was delivered. A subsequent email then apologized for the delay, and that a new package and shipping info would be sent "shortly". That was two weeks ago.
Item still shows "In Stock", but now pricing is half of what it was on 4/16/20. $46 versus the $104 I paid. No response from this company. Entire transaction seems fraudulent.

So they are like the first 2 orders have been shipped. So I emailed them and told them do not send me anything else. Refund me my money for the remaining 2 orders. I go and check my UPS account and they have shipped the remaining 2 orders. I told them to refund me my money, don't send anything else to me, and they sent me an email saying that my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. How are you going to hold people money hostage. If you tell a company to cancel the order and refund your money. That is what is suppose to happen. After I request my money back, don't send out items ordered just cause you don't want to refund my money. You lied and said my refund would be issued
in 7 to 10 business days. Then you send out an email on 5/5/20 saying my remaining 2 order were reshipped. UPS shipping date is 5//07/20. I asked you to cancel this and refund me my money way before 5/7/20. I just want my money for those 2 orders

I just want my money back from my last 2 orders, Send me money 1st and if they want their product back. I'll be more than happy to return. But I want my money first. Because they seem to have a problem returning money back to customers.

Product represented as sanitizer, when received it is not. Requested return of unopened product and company refuses to honor.
I have attached the email exchange between myself and the company where I repeated ask to return the product and am ignored. I have gotten a reply on my last communication.

I ordered what was represented as sanitizer. When I received the bottles they are clearly marked as skin care. After seeing that the company website did not have any return instructions I emailed the company asking for a return. The company responded weeks later claiming that the product could be used as a sanitizer as it contained 60%+ alcohol that I would be able to smell.

I opened one of the eight bottles and there wasn't a trace of alcohol smell. The product also wasn't a gel - it appeared to be straight water. I once again contacted the company who then pretended or misunderstood that I hadn't received the product yet. I explained, again, that I had the product and would like to return it. They once again claimed I would smell the alcohol in the product.

My last email reiterated my request to return and the fact that there is clearly no alcohol in the bottles I received. I have not had a response.

I would like to return their unused product for a refund.

Order #XXXXXXXXXX from 3/14/20. Company won't reply to multiple emails/calls. Received wrong product & want to return entire order for full refund.
I ordered two items, the "Unscented hand sanitizer - 4 pack" and the "Top 8 Essential Oils & Maple Diffuser Set." After a long delay from shipment notification, I received a completely different essential oils product (for mothers and babies), plus it arrived broken/leaking through the packaging. I contacted the company to request the correct product and never heard back from them. At the same time, I also inquired re: the status of the hand sanitizer. I received no reply and then called multiple times, but there is no opportunity to speak to a representative or to leave a message. I've since emailed 2-3 more times; I have the emails in my files for reference if needed. I have yet to receive a reply. I did receive the hand sanitizer since my initial email and phone calls, but they are completely un-usable due to a strong fragrance. They are clearly marketed as "unscented." I've requested information from the company as to how I may return both products for a full refund, but again ... absolutely no response from the company. I spent $75.93 with this company, and it's completely wasted money. It's been nearly two months from my order date.

I do accept the company's response, and I have received my refund. I greatly appreciate Revdex.com's assistance in this matter.

Product ordered has not arrived. No tracking #. No response from ArtNaturals
Website said this product was in stock. But it has yet to be shipped. The tracking # that was issued on 4/28 says that UPS is still waiting for the package to arrive.

I emailed the company. They said shipments were delayed. I asked for a valid tracking # or a refund and have not heard back from them. I have attached the order receipt and the email.

I ordered hand sanitizers on April 16, 2020, but never received items as of today May 8, 2020.
I ordered hand sanitizers from art natural website on April 16, 2020. The following day, I received an email with tracking numbers as following: ***, ***. The status shows that the packages were ready for pickup, and expected delivery date was April 22, 2020. After three emails, the customer service finally responded on April 30, telling me there's replacement order. May4, I requested the tracking info for the replacement order and requested for a refund if I do not receive the order. They didn't provide the new tracking info. Today, I requested refund and the new tracking info again, they couldn't provide both again. I do question if this is a scam company taking advantage of customers during this pandemic. Please help me and other customers who have similar experiences to get justice.

I am trying to request a return, but the Business is nonresponsive. They have a return time limit and without their approval, I cannot make a return.
I purchased eight bottles of hand sanitizer on or around April 13th. I paid $71.98 for eight bottles, which averages out to about $9.00 a bottle. Less than a month later, my daughter sees the SAME hand sanitizer selling at Target for $3.99 (and she takes pictures as proof). Since they do have a 30 day return policy, I am desperately trying to get in contact with them, so that I may return 7 out of the 8 bottles (unused, of course) to them.

However, they are not answering their phones, and they do not answer emails. How long is a reasonable time to wait? Because they have a 30 day window for returns, it is imperative I contact the business, because I am not able to process a return WITHOUT their APPROVAL.

I am making three allegations:

1) They are price gouging their product so that more vulnerable populations pay more for the SAME product

2) They have not expanded their return window during this pandemic, like most businesses. With a 30 day return window, this presents a hardship, because they insist on approving all return requests (there is no option to automatically generate a return label).

3) I am not able to contact the business. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I will not make the 30 day return window unless someone contacts me.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting two remedies (four requests): 1) I would like to return 7 of the 8 bottles of hand sanitizer I purchased on April 13 (roughly $62.98) for a REFUND to my original payment method (Visa). 2) I would like a $5 price adjustment on the 8th bottle of hand sanitizer that I am not able to return (because I have used it). I paid $9 for it and it is selling at Target for $4 (for a difference of $5) 3) a pre-paid return label. Their Return policy says they do issue pre-paid return labels to the Customer- so this is not a special consideration I am requesting. 4) I would like the Business to send me a return label in a timely fashion, as the 30 day window is approaching. My purchased shipped on April 13th, but I do not know when the Business starts the 30 day window- from the time or order or shipment. Either way, time is of the essence. Therefore, I am requesting a refund in the amount of $67.98 (which includes 7 bottles to be returned plus one price adjustment).

they didnt refund my money
I made an order april 15. I waitted until april 28 didnt come. They said its out of stock but when I buy it it was in stock. So I canceled my orfer at april 28. They still send my money back I am trying to call them no one opens the phone because of covid 19. I email them they said they have refund it. But I still didnt get my money back. Usualy doesnt take more then 7 days. Its hard to reach out them

They printed the label with UPS for my package on May 2 I believe. The package has never lived there facility. I emailed them asking to ship the order. As of today there's been no response to my email. The phone number says that their phone lines are closed due to overwhelming calls.

Ordered hand sanitizer mid april. 2 gallon containers. Their add said hand sanitizer in stock and ships in 2 days. 2 days later they sent an e mail that stated product shipped. They charged my credit card. All they did was create a shipping label and never sent any product. Product does not exist. ups has no knowledge of it. The phone to ArtNaturals is a recorded message months old. They never return numerous e mails. ArtNaturals is a scam company stealing American's money during a worldwide pandemic.they are criminals. FTC should investigate these crooks

I ordered a hand sanitizer for $59.99 on April 11th. There's no communication and the tracking info says today still, that it's ready for shipment.
I ordered on April 11th, got confirmation in the 13th. When I click to see the tracking info, it says shipment ready for UPS. This has been the same from April 13th until today May 2. I emailed 3 times, called twice and there's no way to contact them. I want the item but this lack of communication is ridiculous. I want my item but if that's not possible, I want a full refund.

I wished I had investigated this company before I purchased. I'm still waiting for my package I order in APRIL. THEY sent me a tracking number and it hasn't updated, it just says ready for shipment since the date of purchase. When I contacted them they said they are back logged and told me they created another ship date. Why do that when the first package wasn't sent out. Funny thing is my friend received and email from them stating they did not have anymore of the same sanitizer that we both purchase at the same time. They claim they will refund her but in my email I was told I would have to wait for the product to arrive then send it back. They want me to send a product back that hasn't been en route to me and is out of stock. This company is trash and when you go to their Instagram page they disabled their comments. Now I see why. I want my $59.99 back into my account.

I have not received all the product I ordered on 4/16 despite the company indicating product was shipped. I only received small portion of order.
I placed an order on 4/16 for 2-1gallon bottles of hand sanitizer and 2-8oz bottles of hand sanitizer. Order # XXXXXXXXXX. I received an email saying my order was shipped and giving a tracking #. When trying to track the shipment for a week it kept stating my order never left the facility. I then received a package with 2-8oz bottles with a tracking# that was different than the email. This was only a small portion of my order so I emailed the company to tell them this 3 times. I got an emailed apology telling me that my 2-1 gallon bottles of hand sanitizer would be shipped shortly. I still have not received them and they cost $119.98 which I was billed/paid on 4/16. I want the product I was charged for. I am missing 2-1 gallon bottles of scent free hand sanitizer. If they can't fulfill my order I want a refund.

The company did refund the balance of my order that was unable to be fulfilled which was what I had requested. I am satisfied with their response. I understand that these are not normal circumstances and if we were not in the middle of a pandemic they probably would have been able to promptly fill my order.

Ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer 4/26/20 & Sent A *** shipping confirmation 4/28/20.
No response to emails or phone calls. No idea where my order is
Ordered 1 gal of hand sanitizer on 4/26/20 and was sent confirmation of its shipping on 4/28/20 via UPS. Still haven't received it. *** has no records showing in process or a delivery. This company refuses to respond to phone or email correspondence. We need this order especially now due to High Covid-19 health risk we fall under due to preexisting compromised health issues , and we had planned to aid the homeless population by sharing this product.

Send the product immediately. Maybe an additional gallon to say you are sorry...for the lack of professionalism.

It would be most appropriate to at least get the product and if desired by the company a complimentary refund for our inconvenience however the need for the Hand Sanitizer is far more important given the fact that we have been waiting for so long in this Health & Safety dilemma. I received the product and a full refund as an apology from the company. We are very pleased with both and will continue doing business with them. We are very Grateful for such a positive outcome. This is the Old Fashion way of conducting business which ends in customer satisfaction. We are also very appreciative of the Revdex.com for their timely response and follow through. The company sent me sanitizer that is supposed to be unscented. What I received smells like kerosine. The product is not useable. I wrote to the company and they replied with an ingredient list that is not accurate. I asked them if I could send the product back. Not for a refund but to have them check it for quality control. They refused. The reviews on Amazon are not available now but all reviews stated the same issue.

I ordered and recieved hand sanittizer. The odor was so foul there was no way anyone would use this product.I could not get the smell off my hands even after washing. This product was suppose to be fragrence free. I did email them and did get a quick response saying they do not want the product returned to give it to someonevthat would posdibly to use it
They told me the only refund they wpuls give is 20%. After looking at many reviews with the same issue I know this was a scam on our country and our people.

By the high demand of products we decide to increase a little the volume of alcohol in our products, so probably that is why you feel our pruduct totally different
