Sending a different than advertised and inferior product, then not honoring 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I am disputing the April 11, 2020 transaction for ***
from Virgin Scent Inc, posted April 12th. There are
multiple reasons for this complaint which include
non-shipment at promised time yet immediately charging
card, sending a product different than the one advertised
and that was ordered, and not honoring their 100%
satisfaction guarantee advertised on the website page of
the ordered product by not accepting the return. In
addition, company has only replied once to over five
emails about these issues, only to deny my request to return product that was still within the return window. Therefore, please immediately
complete the dispute process on my account for this
transaction.

Desired Outcome

Full refund. Never received product that was ordered, but received inferior substitute. Already requested refund within days of receiving wrong product on April 21, 2020 and follow up request on April 26, 2020. Received response on April 28, 2020 denying request for refund.

I have contacted your business and was told that I have to contact my bank .. . Though my payment has been out since 5/14 and no communication..... I had to email you to even get a response.....

I purchase hand sanitizers on April 14th order ***. Cost 43.98. They were advertised as unscented. They smelled like straight up liquor. Horrible!!! After doing some research many people are complaining. I emailed them on April 22, 24, 5/4, 5/8, 5/14, 5/21 asking for info on how to receive a refund. Each time I got an automated response saying it was refunded but no credit has been given. I also noticed the same is happening to others. This company is fraudulently selling hand sanitizer not as advertised and not processing refunds as requested and as they say they are! I have all the emails to prove it. I want my $ back immediately!!!

I order two 64 packs of Hand Sanitizer and when I received the shipment, I only got 124 bottles, in two boxes. One box had a 10" gash along the bottom corner and the other box had a large plastic bag, tied in a knot. When I opened the bag, the bottles had been thrown in, and 18 bottles leaked out approximately a third of their contents into the bag. There are no seals on the bottles to prevent leakage. The bottles had three different types of caps on them (some broken), 71 bottles had a "watery" substance and 53 bottles had a "gel" like substance. The product was advertised as a "gel", but that's not what I received! You cannot call ArtNaturals to ask about anything, you just get a recording. When you email them, it takes days to receive a response. I do not recommend anyone buying products from this company!

Although scent-free, please keep in mind that the product is made with Aloe Vera gel, Jojoba oil, and alcohol, to some degree, there will still be some watery substance in the product because we used organic products not sintetics, by the way we want to tell you that we don´t use seals in our bottles because our organic politics.

Ordered product on 3/12, emailed on 4/1, called several times, no correspondence from email, no way to leave VM, kept money, no product received.
I ordered an 8 pack of hand sanitizer sku # *** from the artnaturals website (***) on 03/12/20 for 71.98. order number ***. paid by Credit Card. My credit card was charged and I never received correspondence that my shipment was sent. I emailed the company [email protected] as directed by the website and receipt and waited for a response, one never came. When I called the company (***) I received an automated response stating that orders before 3/16 would leave the facility by 3/25 and orders after 3/16 would be pending 3/31 or later then directed me to reach out via email. This recording is still up when calling them almost 3 months later 05/26/20. Their website indicates that they have hand sanitizer in stock. I have not heard from the company and did not receive the product I ordered.

Delivery of the product ordered or refund of the money paid.

Wrong product sent. Ordered aloe vera gel they sent something they are calling Juice.
Sent aloe vera juice but I ordered aloe vera gel. Apparently the gel has been discontinued. This replacement is like water. I have to question if it even has aloe vera in it. Tried to ask to return it multiple times. I have had many responses like. Can return alcohol products, they offered a partial refund 2 times but I've never seen the refund. Then they said it is what I ordered but re packaged. The bottle I have do say gel the invoice says juice so they invoiced me wrong as well. Horrible horrible company. I also ordered hand sanitizer but the bottles were only filled about half way and many were leaking when they arrived. All too happy to take the money especially in these times but customer service is non existent.

Paypal refunded order price

Items not received nor any update on ordered products.
Purchase date was 5/11/20.for a gallon of hand sanitizer and essential oil. Only received 1 email stating order being processed, money has been taking out of my account the following day. Everytime I call the number I'm not able to speak with anyone. I have sent to emails with no response as of yet and no other information about my order. I would like a refund or my order.

I placed an order from them confirmation # *** for over 27.00. Never got it or the money refunded
They finally after 2 months e-mailed me 18 days ago that I would get a refund of the 27.00 in 7-10 business days. No refund. Many other people (Many) are experiencing the same issue and seeing no order and no money back. Shipment order number is *** and again confirmation # ***. This is hard times and we are right on money.

BEWARE! I purchased a small plastic bottle of ArtNaturals hand sanitizer at Walmart for $4. It has an offensive odor that makes you nauseous. It is made in CHINA! DO NOT BUY! There is something wrong with it. I have been using hand sanitizer for years. I have never had this experience before. This horrible company needs to be shut down immediately. They are selling dangerous products during a pandemic.

I ordered a hand sanitizer from this company on May 9, 2020. The company printed a mailing label for USPS on May 9, 2020. They never did mail it.
I have sent 2 messages to the vendor stating that the latest it was supposed to arrive was May 18, 2020. I ask them to cancel the order since it never did ship. They have done nothing. Didn't mail it, didn't reply to the 2 messages, and hasn't canceled it either or returned my money. They are really fast at taking your money, then you are just out of luck.

I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer in April and they sent me ***. The smell of tea tree oil in it is overpowering and there should NOT be tea tree oil in it. Tea tree oil is NOT listed on the ingredients. It smells disgusting. There is so much tea tree oil in it that when I put it on my skin, it burns my skin. I contacted Art Naturals through email - no reply, Facebook - automated reply but no reply from a human, and Instagram - reply from a human who told me that they were passing *** off to someone else and no one got back to me. I filed a claim on PayPal. They took the maximum amount of time to respond to my claim and then they had the audacity to offer a partial refund. I expect a FULL refund for this useless ***. I ordered unscented alcohol based hand sanitizer and I received a gallon of gross congealed gel like substance full of tea tree oil. This is not ok. Total scam artists. Do not give Art Naturals your money because you might not get what you ordered and you won't get your money back.

The gallon container I ordered of hand sanitizer was delivered with no seal and was short on product by 8oz.
I paid *** after tax and shipping for it. emailed them and it took 3 days for them to reply.

Checked with my card company. There has been NO refund issued to my card as of 6/12/20. Have them indicate the card they refunded the $59.99. There response was dated 6/2/20. More than ample time has passed for the refund to show.

As of June 26th there has been no refund given to my credit card. I have checked the card every few days since the last response from the company of 6/3/20. I sent an e-mail to their contact person *** to indicate there was no refund issued. She has yet to respond. Let them tell me where they sent a refund and to who they gave it to because it certainly wasn't given to me. They need to stop lying and issue the refund.

They responded on 6/30/20 and said I would have a refund within 2-3 business days. Today is 7/11/20 and still no refund, no refund, no refund.

Product ordered on their website, company charged my credit card but never sent out the product. Company doesn't respond to emails. Want a refund.
Purchased product on April 17 on Art Naturals website. Credit card was charged but company never sent product. Ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer--order number ***. Total paid--$47.99
Website should say item on back-order if it is so I can order from someone else. Even if the product is on back-order due to Covid-19, you have to communicate with your customers and respond to my multiple emails. Company phone number says they can't take calls but they don't respond to emails either. Most of all, you can't charge the customers credit cards until the product is shipped!! Very unethical!!

Company issues a refund. Thank you!

Placed two separate orders; money was taken from me, but no product was shipped.
I purchased, on 04/19/20, a total of four, one gallon bottles of hand-sanitizer for my two separate business locations, the combined total of $262.76. On 04/20/20, I received confirmation for both businesses that the items have been shipped, and two separate UPS tracking numbers were provided. When trying to track the shipments, both numbers state the labels have been created, but there is no further shipping progress detail. I've tried calling the company, to no avail. There is a recorded message, but no one answers, the call is dropped. As suggested by the recording and the company's website, I sent emails for both orders on 04/26/20. I have received no response. I have tried to cancel the orders and request a refund, but the company's website doesn't allow for that either. If the company does not have the products in stock, perhaps they need to update their webpage, which still states "Hand Sanitizer In Stock Buy Now." I would prefer to just get a refund of the complete amount of $262.76 (two orders of $131.38).

First my order was not shipped. Once I complained to my bank they sent my order. However what they sent was not what I ordered or paid for.
I ordered hand sanitizer on March 10, 2020 through the Art Naturals website. The order number is ***. The order total was $40.97. I paid with my Visa card. Initially I did not receive the order despite numerous emails (some of which bounced back) and phone calls. They refuse to answer their phones, instead you receive an outdated recording. After filing a complaint with my bank the order arrived at the end of April. However it was not hand sanitizer but a fraudulent product. It has the intense odor of strong chemical and smells almost like turpentine. The company notified my bank that they shipped the product but neglected to include that they sent a fraudulent product. This type of scam should not be allowed. Especially as they are taking advantage of the current pandemic. I am an autoimmune disease sufferer and ordered this in good faith and was cheated and see that they are still taking orders from other people. I want a full refund from this company.

Order not received yet, no communication from company.
I placed an order on April 26, 2020,order # ***, the charge posted to my credit card on April 27, 2020. On April 28, 2020 I received an email that my order had been shipped via UPS with a tracking # ***. Every day since the 28th I have been checking the status of the tracking & there has been no activity since the label was created by the company on 4/28/2020 at 5:48 am. I sent email to Art Naturals yesterday, May 5, 2020 asking for them to provide an eta of when I could expect my product and so far have not gotten any response and the tracking is still not updated on the UPS website. I see that the only way to get this company to follow through is by filing a complaint via the Revdex.com.

I would really appreciate the delivery of the product I purchased or a refund.

A few days after this complaint was filed, UPS was now showing the order has having been shipped and it was finally delivered last Friday. If the business would communicate with it's customers, we wouldn't have to filed complaints to get resolutions. Thank you

I placed and order and received notification it was shipping on 4/28/20. As of today, it is still showing status as "label created".
I placed and order for my upcoming wedding to try and make my already restricted wedding due to the Covid19 as safe as possible, and received notification it was shipping on 4/28/20. As of today, it is still showing status as "label created" on order #***, UPS tracking #***. I have emailed the vendor to try and get an answer as to why, but have not recieved any responses but have been charged for the merchandise that I have yet to recieve. I have called several times, and receive no answer or call back regarding the status. I am concerned that my order is lost somewhere and may be sitting in the corner of a warehouse somewhere to be forgotten and not being shipped. I am asking for the status on my order so that I can proceed.

I am seeking the delivery of the merchandise purchased. If this cannot be fulfilled, than issued a credit immediately so that i can proceed to purchase elsewhere.
