My issues with ArtNaturals are consistent with the other ones here. I ordered 1 gallon of hand sanitizer that was advertised has being shipped in 48 hours on April 9th, 2020. The money was immediately taken from my account. A UPS shipping label was created the next day with an estimated delivery date of April 10th. As of today, May 4th, UPS has not received the product from the company. As others have experienced, I have attempted to call their customer service numbers, but I wasn't even able to leave a message. I emailed numerous times but received no response. I attempted to contact them through Instagram. Since I used PayPal for payment, I've opened a dispute. PayPal is still waiting for a response from the company. Hopefully something will come of that.

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered essential oils from this company and they were not pure like advertised. They were diluted with synthetics and I recieved a migraine when I put them in my diffuser. I returned them the next day. When I asked for my refund, I was told they never received it back. I tracked the package and it was successfully delivered. I called back and was told I would be given a refund. I waited a month and still no refund, they are impossible to get through to on the phone. When I finally got through the supervisor was very unpleasant to deal with and kept putting me on hold for almost an hour. He was demanding an order number from an email over a month ago but the first customer service rep. made the process easy but my refund didn't go through. Over a month it took for me to get a refund and it took A LOT of effort. Don't waste your time and frustrations with Artnaturals.

Our essential oils do not have any chemicals. They are 100% natural and steam distilled from the plant to create natural and pure oil from their respective organic origin plants.
Wildcrafted essential oils come from plants that are not farmed or sprayed with any kind of pesticide. They are plants that are wild, native and organic by their own nature. They are harvested in a sound, ethical and sustainable manner without the use of chemicals. This means that respect is given to the plant and only certain parts of the plant are used like the leaves or flowers etc.
there are some home tests that you can take to validate our claim and I have listed them below.
The Paper-Test: Place one drop of essential oil on white blotter paper, or white watercolor paper, and let the drop dry for 24 to 48 hours. If the oil is pure and hasn't been mixed with an extender or filler, it should evaporate without leaving a mark within that 24-48 hour time frame.
The Water Test: Place one drop of essential oil in a glass of clear water. Observe if the drop begins to blend with the water and become cloudy, or the oil drops break down, without having agitated the water. If the drop does not stay intact, you can assume that the essential oil has been blended with a synthetic substance that has chemically altered it to break down and solubilize in water.
The Touch Test: Place one drop of essential oil in the palm of your hand and feel the texture between your thumb and forefinger. Note the quality of its texture. The essential oil should feel light and dry. Next, place one drop of carrier oil in the other palm and feel its texture between your thumb and forefinger. Note the quality of its texture. It should feel heavy, oily, and slow drying. If the essential oil drop feels identical to the carrier oil drop, it's probably safe to assume that the essential oil has been blended down with a vegetable-based oil to extend it.

After reading all of these reviews I feel like I got screwed over by this company and that many more will continue to be robbed. I bought a 1 gallon container of hand sanitizer on April 15th and another email on April 16th that it had "shipped" with a tracking number that goes to UPS but says that it hasn't actually shipped yet. I tried to call their company and they have an automatic voicemail that says due to the call volume they are no longer taking phone calls and to email them. So I emailed them many times with no response. I asked them why it hasn't shipped and I have asked them to give me my money back. They are a total scam and I want my money back!

Ordered from their website on 4/15 - shipping/tracking info was emailed to me on 4/16. Tracking never updated, so I emailed customer service on 4/22. Received an email response on 4/27 that said it could take "up to 15 days." Now, 5/1 and still tracking info has never updated (meaning, they never gave my package to UPS). Buyers, don't waste your time hoping they have sanitizer for you.

This company is scamming people during a pandemic. Their hand sanitizer is not unscented, as advertised, it smells like paint thinner mixed with cheap vodka. As if that's not bad enough, it leaves a sticky residue on your hands. Disgusting. I know someone who has ordered previously and they reported no awful scent or sticky residue. My guess is this company is trying to keep up with pandemic demand for hand sanitizer and has changed their formulafor the worse. And they're charging a premium! They claim the formulation hasn't changed, but that is laughable. Also, my shipments arrived damaged and delayed. This experience shows a pure lack of integrity. It's impossible to get any sort of response from their customer service by phone or email. They'll only reply to things on Facebook with stock marketing language. I'm not the only one...there are numerous other reviews on here and Facebook. Buyer beware!

Thank you for your response. I'm going to have to respectfully push back regarding the scent. I understand there's no way to make it 100% scent free given the ingredients. But there is something seriously wrong with the scent and sticky texture of the sanitizer I received. It leaves a sticky texture and smells terrible, as I said. Since I submitted my initial comment I was at a restaurant where they had your product by the cash register for customers to use. Of course, out of curiosity, I tried it. Whatever was in that container a.) did not smell terrible. (Yes, it smelled like alcohol, but that's to be expected.) And b.) it did not leave a sticky texture on my hands. Whatever was in that bottle was not the same product I received. In any case, I'm done. Thanks for the response, though.

Order a product from this company, was charged on my credit card, but never received product.
On April 13 2020 I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer from this company on their website. They charged my credit card for the product and created a shipping label as seen on the UPS website, but they never shipped the product per UPS. The UPS website states, "as soon as we receive the product we will update the tracking status". So this company advertises on their website Artnaturals.com that they have Hand Sanitizer in stock and to Buy Now, but they have no intentions of providing/shipping the product to the consumer. I have tried to call numerous times with the number listed on the website and only receive a recorded message. I have also sent numerous emails that have all gone unanswered. However, they did send me a survey yesterday (April 29 2020) to complete for their service and product. What a joke and a slap in the face.

Desired Outcome

You only allow one choice above but this company needs to refund my money for a product they did not provide. They also need to change their website to state they do not have the product in stock and it is on backorder, like all the other companies are doing in the middle of this corona virus. When I looked this company up on Dun&Bradstreet they are worth over $15 million dollars with 15 employees. They should be held accountable for stealing the money of hardworking individuals without providing the service or product.

ArtNaturals refunded my money for this product.They are still advertising that they have this product in stock which is still a lie to the public. However, I'm satisfied that at least I got my money back and I will never do business with them again, nor will any of my friends or family.
Sad that it took contacting the Revdex.com for them to do something at all.

On 4/12, I purchased 2 gallons ($125.97) of Sanitizer for fear of Covid. They have not shipped as promised within 48hrs. Will not answer emails/calls.
I ordered 2 gallons of Sanitizer from Art Naturals (order #***) for the total cost of $125.97 on April 12th and their website promised all orders would be shipped within 48 of being made. On April 13th a label was created at UPS but the items were never shipped. I still have not received my items. I did. receive an email stating that the order had been shipped but not package. I emailed several times to cancel the order and to have my money reimbursed but no one answers emails or phone calls. After looking at their social media channels, it seems they have taken advantage of the public's fear for their own health due to Covid 19 and not delivering on their promise. I visited their website today and it states that sanitizer is in stock.

Desired Outcome

Only a full refund. I do not want their product.

Placed order and received only half of it but have been charged for the entire order. Tried reaching customer service with no response.
I placed an order on 04/14/20 and had the money taken from my account on 04/15/20. Received a notice my items had shipped and waited a week with no shipment delivery. Sent an email on 04/21/20 to find out status but got no response. Checked status on order on 04/22/20 and saw that it was shipped 04/21/20 at 10:10 pm. Received a package 04/27/20 to only find out that it was half of the order. Placed another email on 04/27/20 to find out if there was another box beginning sent. To this day (04/30/20) I have received not response or additional package that I paid for.

Want a refund for the product I have not received.

Please cancel my complaint, my products arrived today.

We purchased hand sanitizer on 4/13/20 that they indicated in stock. They took our money and never shipped.
We purchased 4 gallons of sanitizer on 4/13/20 for $239.96. On 4/14/20 they generated a shipping label. On 4/27/20 they sent us a survey. It's now 4/30/20 and they never delivered the shipment to UPS or to us. We would like either a refund or our product.

I understand the issue with product scarcity. It would have been nice if they would have let me know in advance instead of preparing a shipping label. I wasn't looking for a refund but I do appreciate it.

Possible false advertisement - Money taken product never delivered.
On 4/19 I ordered a gal. of hand sanitizer for $60.00 from this company's website. ORDER NUMBER : #***.
It advertised in prominent red letters that they had hand sanitizer in stock. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped on 4/21 w/ tracking which has not changed/updated since. Their website shows my order status as complete. They deducted the funds from my bank account but I have yet to receive the product. After no response to my 3 emails requesting clarification and finally a refund, I called today, 4/30. I received an auto response stating there is nobody to assist me and the call was disconnected. I am a senior and was furloughed due to covid19. I feel this company is preying on people's needs to take their money.

Thank you for your response. I did receive the product shortly after filing the complaint. I did send an email to the Revdex.com to cancel the complaint but perhaps it was too late. I am now finding the UPS is extremely behind. Thank you again.

I received the wrong products and the company will not answer their phone and hasn't answered my email about the problems with my order.
On 3/23/20 I placed an order for two sets of the restorative formula of argan oil shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask and vitamin c toner. However when I received the order what I got was the toner along with a mix of different types of argan oil shampoo, conditioner, and hair masks. The only items that were correct was the toner and one of the hair masks but the rest of the order was incorrect. Art Naturals will not answer their phones right now and my email to them has been unanswered for almost two weeks now. I also tried to contact them through Facebook Messenger but all I got was an automated response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the two hair bundles I ordered since I did not get the items that I paid for. The two set of shampoo, conditioner, and hair masks cam to a total of $79.98.

I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer 2 weeks ago and it was never shipped called their number no answer. They never responded to my emails
I ordered hand sanitizer on April 17,2020 and another of the same product on April 20. It's April 30, 2020. It's been almost 2 weeks and still no shipment. I called their number and all you get is that they are to busy to pick up. I emailed them several times and no response. Now I see they have an F rating. I wonder why. Now I have to open a fraud complaint with my credit card to get my $120.00 back since they won't even respond for a refund.

Made purchase on 15th of April received bad tracking number. Did not receive reply until 29th asked for a refund so far not resolved.
Made a purchase from Artnaturals on April 15th. Received an email on April 16th as follows= "We've got a surprise for you - your order has shipped! We've also included your tracking information, so you can track your order to its final destination." Tracking Number= ***. To this day this tracking number still says "Order Processed: Ready for UPS. Sent an email to Artnaturals on April 21st explaining the problem with tracking and asking for information on the progress of my order. Did not receive a reply until April 29th. Since they had not sent me any new info including a tracking number for another shipment. Sent the an email asking them to cancel the order and to refund my purchase. Was told they could not cancel and had already sent out a replacement. Was offered a 30% and the a 35% discount, again no tracking information on this supposed shipment. Was told it would come later. I do not want to be strung alone for another 2 weeks with another fake tracking number while this company holds my money hostage.

I made an order #*** on 4/5/20; it supposedly shipped but has not arrived. After several attempts the vendor is not responding.
As noted above, I made an order #*** for a half dozen hand cleaner for approximately $55 that I have paid for on 4/5/20. Supposedly it has shipped but the tracking number provided just stopped recording status on 4/1/20. I have attempted to contract ArtNaturals multiple times with emails and phone calls, however they are not taking phone calls. I am very chagrined as it is coming up on a month for something that should have arrived in a week, assuming it really was shipped. I want the product (preferably) but would settle for a refund. I am irritated and wrought over the non-existant customer service. I see the Revdex.com has received many other complaints against this company; wish I had known that first but now learning that lesson.

I ordered hand sanitizer from their website, and have never received it. They can't be contacted by phone and won't respond to multiple e-mails.
I placed an order with Art Naturals on 4/11/2020 for two 1 gallon containers of hand sanitizer. The order number is ***. On 4/13/2020 I received notification the items had shipped, the e-mail gave the UPS tracking number ***. The items have never been received and do not appear to have ever actually been shipped, they are just listed as "Ready for UPS" when tracking. I have tried to contact the company to resolve this. Attempts to call them at their listed number (1-***) are futile - it goes only to a recording and does not provide the ability to speak to someone. I have attempted to e-mail them at their given address (***) multiple times and have received no response.
