I ordered a gallon of sanitizer April 13, 2020 from Art Naturals and have never received it. I paid by credit card and they sent me a tracking # but
has never been shipped. The Order # ***, Tracking # *** has never been picked up. I would like a refund of the total amount put on Mission Plastics North credit card - we DO Not want the product.

Placed order with this company that was charged but not fulfilled. Other similar fraudulent complaints found with this company.
Order placed for hand sanitizer 3/27 directly from THEIR website (which they advertised "in stock"). Order/shipment confirmation rec'd 4/28 with status as "Label created" with UPS every since. Emailed company 5/1 with no response. Attempted to call listed phone# and it is disconnected. Credit card charged. Website still up and continues to advertise that product is "in stock". Many other similar complaints found online regarding this company. Bought this brand/product recently through a brick-and-mortar walmart so this company is/was legit, but is running scams on people through these desperate times. I say "scam" because they do not respond and they disconnected their phone number AND others have recently had the same experience, it seems like. People should not have to deal with this. Thank you for your help.

Desired Outcome

Would like Revdex.com to expose this business as either not having a good rating or having false business practices so that others do not fall for this "scam". This is not right. I had placed 2 other orders for hand sanitizer from other companies that I am dealing with credit company with currently but I am filing with you regarding this company because I believed this to be a legit company. The other two companies/websites that I had ordered from were not reputable firms that I had heard of before. Also I am reiterating "hand sanitizers" so that it can be assumed that this incident can be connected to covid related times, as I am sure there are increasing amount of scam going around at these uncertain times. I am thankful that they are not charging for the product. But they need to not indicate that the product is "in stock" when they cannot deliver, or even respond in a timely matter. Also, they provided UPS tracking right after they received my order to give the illusion that product was in transit, but in fact product just showed up 1.5 months later. I hope they have remedied this problem as their website still indicates that product it is "in stock", otherwise the problem for future customers still will not be fixed. Does not indicate anywhere on website that there will be a long shipping/arrival time....certainly not 1.5 months! Thank you for your help, Revdex.com.

I orderd and paid $119.98 for products on 4/15 and have not received although they claim it was shipped. I cannot get response from company.
On 4/15/20 I ordered 2 gal on hand sanitizer (order #***). same day I received confirmation email of my order. Same day, I received second email stating my order was shipped and was provided a tracking number for UPS (UPS tracking # ***).
Total charge to my credit card was $119.98 which was paid to Art Naturals by my CC company.
On 4/27 I still hadn't received products and had been checking UPS tracking # and noticed that UPS hadn't even received products for shipping yet although they received notice of shipment on 4/15/20 (UPS site states "Label Created" only).
I emailed Art Naturals to inquire and did not receive any response.
4/29/20 I emailed ArtNaturals again as UPS tracking still shows they had not yet received shipment. No response from company.
4/30/20 I (again) emailed Art Naturals as I was becoming concerned and had checked Revdex.com site and found out their rating was an "F" and many other consumers were having exact same problem as I was.
On 5/1/20 I emailed again with a request for my money to be refunded unless they showed movement in my shipment with UPS within the next 48 hours. I indicated I would contact Revdex.com if I did not hear from them or receive word of a refund, or my shipment status.

I had ordered products from Art Naturals in the past through Amazon and never had this problem. This did not start until I decided to order directly through their web site as they offered a wider range of products and sizes. I am an essential healthcare worker and wanted the hand sanitizer in the largest size to use in my agency as we have been desperately short in supplies (as are most other places nationally). I am shocked and disgusted that ArtNaturals is repeatedly failing their customers and (technically) stealing their money -mine included - during such a global health crisis.

Since I have yet to receive any response from Artnaturals I am seeking a full refund of $119.98 credited back to my credit card they charged in my original order on 4/15/20. I also want my order to be formally cancelled as it has not yet been shipped. Since "Shipping" was free, my charges of $119.98 were for the two gallons of hand sanitizer and tax only.

Thank you for your help with this very troubling situation!

I am seeking a cancelation of my order since it has not been shipped and a full refund of the $119.98 charge to my credit card.

I accept the company's response to my complaint. I only wish this hadnt occurred as I really liked their product the first time I purchased from them thru amazon. Unfortunately their direct order web site did not offer the same reliability of purchase/delivery.

No communication, claims in stock but no fullfilment.
They claimed they had hand sanitizer in stock and I decided to buy 2 gallons of it. Charged my card for the 120 dollars. Website says in stock and still to this day says in stock. 4 days after the order I recieved a tracking number and confirmation IT HAS SHIPPED. Order number ***. I check ups daily and they still have not recieved anything from this company. Tried to call and they don't except phone calls. Extremely outdated message from March.

I would like my product delivered or an Estimated delivery date and I would like them to remove the claim on there website saying in stock for products that clearly they do not have in stock.

Product Ordered does not match advertised product. Quantity per bottle 50% less than advertised amount. Difficult to contact supplier. Refund request.
I placed an order XXXXXXXXXX on May 12th, 2020. The order was for 12 - 8oz hand sanitizer bottles (3 - 4packs), SKU SCFR-8-4. I paid *** via Visa/Paypal for the shipment. The shipment arrived today May 19th, 2020, so I was at first impressed that the shipment arrived within a week and I'm located on the East Coast. Upon opening the box, immediately I noticed a bottle was less than full. The bottle read 8oz, but clearly it was no where near 8 oz. EVERY bottle was the same and was significantly less product than advertised. This was not a shipping issue where the product leaked from a bottle as the box was intact. I've tried calling Art Naturals but I do not get anyone picking up the phone. I have sent an email communication today, but based on other consumer feedback, getting a response is remote.

My immediate concern is the product shortage versus advertised. Based on what I have read from other recent customers, they have experienced the same problem with actual quantity being less than advertised. Something is very wrong with this company charging full price and sending something much less than that. I would like my method of payment credited and receive notification once completed.

I've read recent complaints from other customers of Art Naturals and the spectrum is broad and even issues citing that the additives in the product are not as advertised and could be harmful. If a company deliberately short-fills product bottles, substituting ingredients not disclosed on the bottle could almost be guaranteed if they are experiencing product shortages or surges in demands.

I have no use for product that charges full price for less than full volume. The 12 bottles are sitting on a shelf in the garage awaiting a refund based on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have requested via email a refund since I can not contact anyone via telephone. I do not anticipate a prompt reply so I am notifying the Revdex.com of my issue with this supplier and to report fraudulent and potentially harmful business practices from Art Naturals.

Poor quality of hand sanitizer product. Chemical burns after 2 applications. Will not reply to phone calls or emails to request refund.
I have attached a receipt for the product description as well as all the other requested information noted above. I purchased the hand sanitizer in march and recieved it in april. I applied it 2 times and my hands started burning very badly. After thoroughly washing my hands and applying a generous amount of moisturizer I got some relief. I had a tremendous amount of redness on my hands as if I had a chemical burn. I inspected all the bottles of sanitizer and they all had a weird odor to them. It did not smell like isopropyl alcohol as described on the list of ingredient. Instead it smelled like pool chlorine or ammonia. I have made several phone calls and three emails attempts to request a refund through the website and I have had no contact in return from the company.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get a refund for the defective product. I would also like to verify what is in the product that is causing the chemical burns and informed the public. I believe a lot of other people will fet hurt using this product.

I think this may be the most unpleasant and time-consuming transaction I have ever had with a company. Unable to buy hand sanitizer locally I ordered aloe vera gel from them (via Amazon) in order to make my own sanitizer using 91% alcohol (1:2) so that the mixture would be 70% alcohol and so be antimicrobial. When the product arrived it was obviously not a gel but appeared to be a colorless liquid, like water. Numerous attempts to reach them by phone and email were futile. I don't know how they stay in business.

The product contains too much alcohol in the sanitizer. The product burned my hands.
I purchased my second order with them the first week in May. My order number is ***. The product contains too much alcohol. It has a horrible smell and the small amount I applied burned my hands. I had to wash off immediately. They are selling an unsafe product. I reached out to them through email and facebook and all I have received is an automated response.

I purchased and paid for a product that was never sent
On 4/17/2020 I purchased a gallon of hand sanitizer for 59.99. On 4/18/2020 I was notified the product had shipped and was given a tracking number. That tracking number has shown ups waiting for the product for over three weeks. The company finally responded to an email and blamed ups for losing the product though there is no evidence ups ever took possession of the shipment.

I want my money back. I wouldn't trust a product from this company any more.

I did not receive merchandise I paid for. Company claimed it had shipped but it was not received by UPS.
On 4-18-20 I ordered & paid $59.00 for 1/2 gal. of hand sanitizer, order no.XXXXXXXXX. On 4-20-2020 I was told item had shipped & was given a tracking no., *** by e-mail from Art Natural. After checking tracking learned on X-XX-XXXX that only a label had been created because no product had been received. I called the co. but they're not taking calls. I e-mailed them 3 times but no response. As of today 5-2-2020, the status is the same.

Being highly compromised I have purchased other hand sanitizer. I will except the purchase if sent in a reasonable time. Otherwise I want to be refunded my $59.00

I did not get a response from the company informing me that I would receive a refund but rather that the product would be delivered. I received the product on May 13, 2020.The product was as described in their ad. The company responded the next day after I filed my complaint with Revdex.com.

I ordered 1 gallon of Artnaturals Hand Sanitizer on 4/17/20. I have received nothing even though it showed in stock and I just saw a YouTube ad.
I ordered 1 gallon of Artnaturals Hand Sanitizer on 4/17/20. I paid via PayPal. After not hearing anything I reached out via email with no response. I then reached out again and let them know I would not be ignored and threatened to involve my state AG. They then responded that I should check my bank. I checked my bank and PayPal and sent them screenshots of my payment. My bank verified payment to PayPal on Artnaturals behalf and PayPal verified payment to Artnaturals. When I sent that they responded to check my bank. THEY GOT PAID! While my state AG is still an option I would like to avoid that. I have been a long-time customer of Artnaturals. I work in the organic industry and know them well. I particularly use multiple infusers and buy their oils via Amazon for them. I have gifted same many times as well. I am probably now a former customer. Gonna miss the oils. I would like either the product I paid for (and they received payment for) or a refund so I can shop elsewhere.

I struggled with how to respond to this. Artnaturals responded by apologizing and saying they had processed my full refund. They, in fact, never did so. However, PayPal has now ruled in my favor and they are refunding my money and debiting Artnaturals. While I am now whole and ask no more, I still don't believe Artnaturals should be credited with resolving this as they did nothing.

Product received was not hand sanitizer. Sloshed like water, smelled like turpentine, and the lid could be removed without disturbing the "Safety Seal". Unsuccessful in contacting merchant through email or phone (Message on line indicates dates in March and would not let you leave a voice mail). Amazon has been less than cooperative in resolving the issue. Stated today that a replacement has been sent. We were never notified on any action on the complaint.

This is the resolution we were looking for.

Price drop adjustment.
May 2, 2020 I ordered two bottles of hand sanitizer which were to be delivered, and were, May 13th. The exorbitant cost for two bottles was $19.98. Four days before delivery I saw their ad with their new price of $9.98. I immediately sent them an email requesting a price adjustment; especially in view of the fact that I didn't even have the product yet.

The generic/form-letter response I received said they did not do "refunds" based on "price-gauging", sorry for the inconvenience, if we can be of any further assistance..etc. I replied back that I was asking for a price-adjustment, not a refund, especially in view of the fact that I did not yet have the product.

I now have received a reply giving me the shipping details "that I requested" with delivery date, tracking number and carrier. Needless to say, that was not what I requested.

This company obviously does not respond to emails. They also do not answer their phone. And, according to their website, customers can have a "chat" but since they don't answer their phone, I'm not sure how a chat can be accomplished. I would love to have a chat.

This company seems to have shoddy business practices and I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them. If a company cannot be contacted directly, it cannot be trusted.

In view of the fact that I paid twice the price before I even received the product, I would like that overpayment refunded.

Previous to the Revdex.com responding to me, I finally received an email from *** at ArtNaturals on May 16, 2020, apologizing for their lack of response and offering me a full refund in 7-10 business days. Today is Day 7 and as of yet there is no refund on my account - Friday May 29, 2020 will be the tenth day. I am hoping they will stand by their word.

My order number with them was ***.

You recently helped me with a complaint regarding ArtNaturals. They have completely resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you for your help.

People need to learn to read, this product is naturally made and no scents were added to it to cover the alcohol smell meaning 'Scent Free'.

If you can't handle the alcohol smell than this product is not for you. No need to burn this company down.

Order was delivered damaged and not salvageable. Contacted company to get a refund, NO response.
I placed an order with Artnaturals on April 7, 2020 for a gallon of hand sanitizer for $47.99 (order # XXXXXXXXXX). I received my order on April 27, 2020. The package was completely damaged through transit. I called *** immediately and reported my package damaged and was not salvageable. They said they would contact Artnaturals to verify the order. Over the past almost 3 weeks I have called Artnaturals and they are not excepting ANY calls. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. I've contacted *** twice since the first time, and they said they too have tried contacting the company Artnaturals and have not heard back. *** told me they cannot issue me a refund because they have to issue the refund back to Artnaturals and in return Artnaturals will issue me a refund. But since Artnaturals aren't responding to their emails and answering their calls or mine, I can't get my refund.

I would like a refund on $47.99.

Sales Practice - Potential scam?
I saw an add from artnaturals.com for hand sanitizer. Made purchase. Could not print receipt. Purchase page said I would receive e mail receipt but none came. Company will not answer phone. E mailed company. No return e mail. Is this just another scam?

Please simply refund. No longer trust this company.
