I purchased their hand sanitizer at the grocery store. Went online to order more. Some Bottles half full and smells like paint thinner.
On May 1, 2020, I put in two orders online for hand sanitizer. I ordered a 4-pack and shipped it to Florida (Invoice ID XXXXXXXXXX) for my elderly parents and then ordered a 6-pack for me (Invoice ID XXXXXXXXXX). We both got our packages on 5/13 and the bottles are half full and even though they say they are unscented, they smell like bad chemicals - like paint thinner. This isan't at all like what I purchased at the grocery store. You can't even use it.

Also, online it is now half the price that it was, so they are price gauging people.

They aren't taking phone calls, so I reached out via email. They said they would only refund me $13 on my orders that total $99.95. I want a full refund.

I want a full refund of $99.95 for the bad product they sent to me.

On March 16, 2020 ordered box of hand sanitizers. To this date, May 13, 2020, have not received.
On March 16, 2020, we ordered a box of sanitizer, ***, for our employees. The order cost $134.98 and was purchased through our company credit card. On March 18th, a label was created and an email was received on March 22, 2020, that the order had shipped with tracking information to track. The only information available when tracking is about the label being created on the 18th and waiting for UPS. We have made numerous phone calls to speak to someone but only get a voicemail and have sent emails with no response.

We would appreciate a full refund or the delivery of the hand sanitizers.

Bogus company with a bogus product. All they do is rip you off and steal.
I was harged $59.99 on 4/13/20 for hand sanitizer that was in stock. I received an email with a tracking number. It has never been updated to shipping status. This is a bogus company that is only stealing from people during a time that people cannot afford to be stolen from.

I would like my $59.99 refunded as soon as possible or I will take legal action against the so called company.

I purchased a gallon of hand sanitizer and the product arrived and was filled with a watery substance not fit for sanitation of hands.

Because they are providing a full refund of the money I paid for the product.

Ordered hand scent free hand sanitizer and has a chemical smell.
Ordered hand sanitizer 6 pack advertised as scent free on label on bottles. It smells like a strong chemical smell. We need to wash hands 3 times in order to remove smell. I am totally unsatisfied with this smell. This is not scent free.
Sent an email to company on 5//9/20 requesting a refund of $54.98. I called on 5/13/20, the message states they are not answering phone calls, to email them at ***. which I did on 5/9 and requested advice.

Label says "Scent Free". It smells horrible. Given recent media reports, I'm not even sure it contains what is on the label. I want a refund.
Order placed on Amazon on April 10, 2020 and shipped April 13, 2020.
6 pack of 8 fluid oz bottles for $43.95 plus $14.95 shipping/handling plus $4.27 tax for a grand total of $63.17.

Order received but despite advertisement that product was "unscented fragrance free" it smells horrible.

In addition, recent media reports call into question whether the product contains ingredients as advertised.

I can't use this product due to the above issues and want my money back.

My first order of scent free hand sanitizer natural elements plus Cleansing Formula infused with Jojobail oil was perfect. So I decided to order more and the next shipment was totally different . I couldn't even use it AND u want.to gag from. The.smell. it was so strong. it was supposed to be the same thing. I ordered $60 with of hand sanitizer that clearly says "scent free". It REEKS. I put it on and it made my hands very sticky! My fingers stuck together! Even after washing my hands the scent lingered for hours! They won't answer their phone so I left 2 emails. No response. Then I left Facebook messenger messages about wanting to return the product. Their website doesn't tell me how to return it and initiate a refund. They sent me a message back listing the ingredients and if they could be of further assistance... Infuriating! I want a refund and they didn't even mention how to return it. Meanwhile I got a huge thing of good sanitizer at Target for 8 dollars! Total scam company. Shame on them for taking advantage of people's needs during this pandemic!

I would like to get a refund for an order of purchasing two, one-gallon hand sanitizers due to the late delivery and unsatisfying product quality.
I have order 2 one-gallon hand sanitizers online through Artnatural website of order #XXXXXXXXXX for *** each. The order was made on April 8 and the confirmation email includes the statement "REMINDER NOTE: USA AND CANADA ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE." Yes, on April 10, I received an email with the shipping #1ZEYXXXXXXXXXXXXXX; However, the order was shipped on April 22 and only one of the two orders hand sanitizers was delivered on April 27. After delivery, the bottle was unsealed. When opening, the solution is found to be formed of jelly lumps that is not as the normal hand sanitizers. During that time, an attempt to contact the business two times via the email, but no response was received. Also, I have not received a reply for an approval to return the items. Therefore, I had no choice but to file this compliant.

I have received a full refund for ordered items.

No response from Company; Not able to contact Company by phone
I purchased unscented hand sanitizer 6 pack order number XXXXXXXXXX online on 4/7/20. Received order approximately 4/22/20. When I opened a bottle from the shipment approximately May 1, put it on my hands, it caused my hands to smell moldy. I then tried another bottle in the shipment which resulted in the same lingering moldy smell. I purchased this identical sanitizer at Publix grocery store and it DOES NOT cause that moldy smell. I can't tolerate that lingering moldy smell on my hands. I believe there is something wrong with the sanitizer you shipped me. I would like to return the product in a timely manner and get a refund. I have attempted to call the company number several times but they are not taking calls. I finally emailed them on Sunday 5/10/20 explaining the situation. They say on the website they will respond in 1 business day. I cannot return the product according to their website until they send me an email explaining the return. I want them to respond to my email re the return before the item can no longer be returned.

Bad customer service does that answer emails does that answer phones items are not as described
Item not as described smells like paint thinner very nauseating smell, similar situation other people have had. Not to mention the boxes are marked with the words flammable which could be a hazard in transit.

Having a high volume of orders is not a valid excuse for not answering those emails Or phones If you have a big surge in volume just a suggestion, common sense says hire more customer service reps for the phones and emails. don't take advantage of the Revdex.com for your customer service needs they should charge you for their service after 3 complaints In your case it's over 100 Complaints.

I am very unhappy with my purchase hand sanitizer from target and it was advertised as non-scented items but item smelled like tea tree oil
I am very unhappy with my purchase I had purchased this hand sanitizer from target and it was advertised as non-scented items but when I took it home it was very watery and consistency and it had a very strong tea tree oil scent which is not what it should be sold is definitely very unhappy as I am very sensitive to certain fragrances and this is not the time to cheat people we have to help each other not cause each other anymore stress in mind you these were not inexpensive either

Product received was different from previous order of same thing - horrible smell, slimey and sticky. Cant get reply of seller by phone or email.
I have placed and received 2 orders from this company for hand sanitizer.

The first order *** for six bottles received and no problems.

However, my second order *** on 4/1/20 for six bottles was received and although the same product was ordered, it is different than the product that I recieved in the first order. Order *** product has a very bad, pungent smell, the consistency is thinner and it is sticky/slimy. I do not know if it's a bad batch or what but it is not usable.

The differences in the orders that I could see where as noted above as well as the packaging bottles were different. The first order was a taller 8 oz black cap bottle with number *** and Exp 03/2022 on bottom of bottle, second order was shorter 8 oz white cap bottles with number*** only on bottom of bottle, no exp date.

I requested an exchange or refund from the seller for order *** via email on 4/13/20 but have not received a reply.

Placed an order two and a half weeks ago. Have yet to receive it. Cannot get through to the company by phone or email.
I placed Order # *** on April 25th. I received and email on April 28th with Shipping # *** along with a UPS tracking #. When I click on the tracking number, it states the shipping label has been created that same day with no further updates since April 28. I pleaded an order for two gallons of hand sanitizer. I have tried calling the customer service number in which a recording comes on and does not allow for a voicemail to be left. I also emailed the customer service email address and have not received a response.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Art Naturals. I placed an order for face serums and 4 bottles of hand sanitizer on March 12, 2020. I sent an email inquiry about delivery time on 3/25 and received a pat response about backlog due to covid 19. When my order arrived about a month after placing the order it contained only one bottle of sanitizer and the serums. I also received a gift of hand lotion. The sanitizer was leaking and 3 bottles were missing. Each time I have emailed the company about the issue I have received some pat response unrelated to my problem. I have called and never anyone at the company. I paid $68.99 for this mess!
