I have been promised time and time again (10 separate emails) that the product would be in the mail the next day. I have been waiting for weeks.
I received confirmation from ups that the label had been created and that ups was waiting for the package. The package never showed up. I have contacted the company on 10 different occasions. They continue to tell me the product is on the way or To be patient. The company has undoubtedly not lived up to the standards it promotes. If they have oversold this is not the customers (my) fault but rather the communication should of come back with the REAL information so that I could of shopped somewhere else for much needed sanitizer during this time. Their customer service has done nothing but not tell the truth and this is shameful during these times.

I am seeking the product ordered OR an apology and a credit for my order.

Ordered One Gallon Hand Sanitizer from Art Naturals but never received. Credit card was charged on "purported" shipping date. No activity since.
- April 27, 2020 - Ordered 1 Gallon Art Naturals hand sanitizer from corp. website.
- April 28, 2020 - Receive shipping notice with UPS Tracking info, account charged.
- No activity since the April 28th shipping notice, UPS website simply states, "Label Created - Ready for UPS.
- May 1, 2020 - E-mailed Company to inquire as to status. No reply. Additionally made numerous attempts to contact by phone. Company not taking calls. Also tried phone number on pay-pal site, voicemail is full.

Desired Outcome

Would like deliver of the item I ordered; if this is not possible, then I would request a full refund.

Placed order on 4/16/2020. Sent request to cancel and refund on 4/16/2020 shortly after ordering. No refund, no response back. Product never shipped.
4/16/2020 ordered 2 gallons of hand sanitizer and when realizing that their shipping would take too long attempted to call and cancel order by phone. The phone system stated they were not taking calls. Sent email and message on facebook to their customer service. Automated customer service responses on facebook and no response via email. Shipping notification was sent to me on 4/17/2020, however, as of this date it just says label created but not shipped. I would like a refund. but they still have not refunded. I am no longer at the shipping address either but I cannot get a hold of anyone in their customer service department.

This item clearly was never shipped, I have called over and over and they are not taking phone calls, I get no responses to their automated messages and no response to email.. I am no longer at this shipping address. I have asked over and over for a refund.

We are getting the runaround regarding a refund for hand sanitizer that was never delivered.
On 4/17/20 we ordered hand sanitizer from ArtNaturals. On 5/1 when checking our Amazon Prime account the order was marked "undeliverable," so we started an inquiry with Amazon. ArtNaturals next emailed that the item was "lost" and today 5/6/20 they say it was "delivered." No such item has been delivered, we have checked with all neighbors, and we feel they are stalling our refund. Despite multiple "chats" with Amazon, we are in a circular pattern of having to report this, wait 48 hours, re-report, wait another 48 hours, before they will give us an A-Z refund. It seems that there are similar complaints about delivery.

My item has been marked as shipped for a month, but tracking doesn't update and the company does not respond to customer inquiries.
On April 10th, I placed an order with Art Naturals for a gallon of hand sanitizer for $59.99 (order #***). On April 11th, the item was marked as shipped. As of today, May 6th, the tracking info has not updated and emails sent on April 17th, April 26th, May 6th, and subsequent calls on all 3 dates have been unsuccessful in reaching anybody at the company regarding my order status or receiving a refund for my order.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund from Art Naturals for my order. I would also accept delivery of my item if it is done in a timely manner, but I will principally seek my money back.

Refund has been issued and reflects in bank statements.

Purchased item on 4/16. Credit Card charged on 4/17. Received notice that item had been shipped on 4/18. UPS link indicates never shipped.
Purchased 1 gallon hand sanitizer refill on 4/17/20. Credit card immediately charged. Received email on 4/18 indicating "Thank you, your order has shipped". This email had a UPS tracking link. I have checked every day and UPS indicates "shipment ready for UPS", meaning they have printed a shipping label, but have not taken the merchandise to UPS. On May 4, I wrote a strong email, indicating I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if my product doesn't ship or I am given a full refund. on May 5, I received an email saying "we are sorry our product arrived damaged" and that a replacement order is on its way and that I would be receiving tracking information via separate email. On May 6 (today), I asked for my tracking information, since I didn't get a separate email following their May 5 email. I have heard nothing. I have lost faith that I will ever see the product.

I would like a refund of *** which is what they charged my card for.

False advertising. Their hand sanitizer is not scent free. We purchased the "1 gallon Art Naturals hand sanitizer scent free)" and basically threw money down the drain. We couldn't use it as a hand sanitizer as the product had a strong medicine/petroleum smell.

Purchase made on 4/15/20, tracking received 4/17/20 but nothing has shipped yet
I placed an order on 4/15/20 order #*** for a total of $131.38 on an American Express card for two gallons of hand sanitizer. Their website advertises this item as in stock and ready to ship. On 4/17/20, I received a UPS tracking number: ***
But the tracking number continues to say 'shipment ready for UPS' which indicates it hasn't even left their facility. I sent a direct message to their Instagram account and I was referred to their Facebook messenger account. On there, I 'chatted' with a robot that eventually asked me to email them for an answer. I have sent two emails asking for an update on my order with no response. The business has also turned comments off on their Instagram posts, possibly to prevent people from asking about their orders.

I ordered 1 gallon of hand sanitizer on April 16, 2020, haven't received it yet.
Haven't not received my order yet. I Order 1 gallon of hand sanitizer, they have taken out my payment that I made from Paypal. My order number is *** was placed on April 16, 2020. On April 17, 2020 we received an email with a UPS tracking number -*** It stated that my order has been received and completed but when I check there's no activity after that. I have emailed and called Art Naturals several times, all I hear is a voicemail. Haven't received any response yet. This is such a bad customer service. I would like them to ship my order right away or make a full refund of $59.99.

I requested a cancellation/refund for orders# ***; didn't receive the 3 qty of 1 gallon of hand sanitizers. Won't issue full refund
On 4/14/20 I purchased 2 quantities of the 1 gallon of hand sanitizers, and 4 pack of the scent free hand sanitizers order# *** for $127.17 (discounted pricing) paid with my credit card to be shipped out to my sister ***. Which, she confirmed she only received the 4pk hand sanitizers, but she never received the 2 quantities of the 1 gallon hand sanitizers.

In addition, on the same day on 4/14/20, I purchased 1 quantity of the 1 gallon of hand sanitizer (order# *** for $59.99 discounted pricing $47.99) to be shipped out to myself (never received).

Therefore, I sent an email inquiry along with several follow up emails asking about the status of the shipments for both orders on the following dates: 4/22/02, 4/23/02, 4/24/02, 4/26/02, & 4/27/02. Since, no one within their Customer Service Dept, cared to respond back, which they claim they normally respond back within 24hrs on their company website (failed to do so).

Subsequently, on 4/29/02 I submitted a request a cancellation/refund for both order# *** (for 2 qty of 1 gallon of hand sanitizers), and order# *** (for 1 qty of 1 gallon of hand sanitizer).

Then, on 4/29/2 I received an email indicating they approved a refund to be issued for $59.99 for order #*** (still waiting for funds to appear on my credit card).

Following on the next day on 4/30/20 I received an email indicating they approved a refund to be issued for $59.99 for order #***. But, that was only for a partial credit that was issued for the order; should've issued refund for 2 qty of the 1 gallon of hand sanitizer (not just for 1 qty). Which, I sent several emails to them explaining the problem.

I sent several emails/follow up emails to them on 4/30/02, 5/01/02, & 5/03/02, explaining the problem. Furthermore, I requested they issue me the refund for the 1 quantity of the 1 gallon of hand sanitizer that's currently still outstanding at this point for $59.99 back on my credit card. Basically, I should have receive a refund for $119.98 for order# *** (1 gallon Hand Sanitizer for 2 quantities). Also, a refund for $59.99 for order# *** (1 gallon Hand Sanitizer for 1 quantity). Since, there's two different orders involved in this case.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received from Art Naturals, and how they opted to handle this situation (poor customer service and very unprofessional). Consequently, I refuse to conduct any further business with them in the future upon receiving my full refund back.

My order number of *** was placed April 19, 2020. The day right after I received an email from the company stating my order had shipped with an attached tracking number for UPS. It's now May 3 and I've been checking the tracking info every day and there has been no progress at all. It continues to say a label was created on April 20 but nothing has actually shipped.

I think I've been more than patient waiting for my order to ship. It's going on one month and no further action since Monday, April 13th indicating that my order as been shipped via UPS. I have no choice but to complain. When you call customer support their is no one to talk to. When you email ***, no one responds. When you email artnaturals Sales, no one responds. I have run out of options. They were however quick to collect $59.95 from my credit card.

I've been emailing them for weeks now to get a full refund. I haven't got the product and now I don't even want it. I just want my money back.
I have got an order number and tracking information on April April 17, 2020. I've waited a whole week until I notice that the information doesn't changed. I have reach out to them and they have told me It will be delivered on April 21-22 and it still haven't been delivered. So I have requested a refund on April 29 and they haven't responded back with an email.

I just want my full refund back from the business. I don't want the product anymore. I just want my full money back from them. I want it to be return on my card. I do not want a credit with them or anything.

I have emailed the company 3 times in 2 weeks with no response. Requesting a full refund.
On April 11, 2020 I placed an order with Artnaturals for their Unscented Hand Sanitizer - 6 pack, with jojoba Oil SKU ***, Order number ***. At that time the online advertisement showed the 6 pack in white bottles and clearly stated it was with jojoba oil and 62.5% alcohol. I received my order, one bottle leaked, no safe seal, my product came in a different bottle and the ingredients on my bottles versus the ones advertised were different. I purchased this product based on what was advertised online and ingredients shown online. The product I received did include jojoba oil and alcohol content is different. It also states it is unscented. This product has a very unpleasant smell. Per their pre-recorded message it says to email them and someone will respond in 24 hours. I have emailed them 3 times since April 17th with no response to my request. I am asking for a full refund as they did not send me what they had advertised when I purchased my product.I have photos of what they showed online versus what I received if needed. The cost online was $54.98, I had a discount code so I paid a total of $48.16 on my MasterCard.

Hand sanitizer ordered 4/12/2020 and no delivery
Absolutely horrible. I placed an order on (#XXXXXXXXXX) X/12/2020 and the only thing I received for my money was a tracking. There has been no shipping activity at all.I emailed them on 4/28/2020 but received no reply. They do not answer phone calls, their chat doesn't function. Needless to say but I am beyond frustrated. I will never recommend such a dishonest or dysfunctional company.

Yes, I did receive the item ordered and the offer of a full refund is more than generous. So, I will accept the offer. I do however, wonder why the company never answered any of my inquires and choose to bill me immediately. They also initiated shipping weeks before the item actually shipped; a very misleading activity.

Have not received 2 orders from 3/16 and 4/19. Got tracking emails, but UPS has not received. Company is not taking calls or responding to emails.
On March 16, I ordered a 6 pack of hand sanitizer for $60.20, and I received an email on Mar 20 with a tracking number, but when I check the tracking no activity has happened since the shipping label was created for UPS.

On April 19, I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer for $52.55 and I received an email on April 20 with a tracking number, but again no activity since the shipping label was created. UPS has not received either of the packages.

Art Naturals phone message says they are too busy and not accepting phone calls. They have not responded to my multiple emails. There is no way to resolve this with the company. This is unacceptable customer service under normal circumstances, and even worse when people are relying on their products due to the pandemic.

Desired Outcome

I would like the Mar 16 order (#***) to be cancelled because my son is no longer at the address on the order due to Covid. I would like to receive the April 19 order (#***) which I ordered to donate to my local hospital, but a refund on my credit card is also acceptable if they cannot ship the gallon of hand sanitizer within the next week.
