I placed my order for a gallon of hand sanitizer, since on their website it is in stock, and I haven't got my order.
I placed the order on April 15 and they sent me the tracking number for UPS on the same day. Order Number ***. UPS Tracking: ***. I paid through PayPal in the amount of $59.99.

Per e-mail they will offer me a refund since the product was not as advertised.

My order was placed with ease on a product that is hard to find. They provided good communication and the order arrived in a good reasonable time. Within 1 week is pretty good from west coast to east coast.

Purchased hand sanitizer for $59.99 we've waited weeks with no delivery date. No response from Art Naturals by email or phone multiple attempts.
Attached are documents with dates, cost, and order numbers. We've made multiple attempts by phone and email to ensure our purchase, delivery and or to cancel and no one responds. Just an old voicemail.

The product advertised on their website is not what I received. Ingredients are not the same and questionable on effectiveness and safety of use.
The products as advertised on their website is not what I received. Purchase date 4-14-20, order number ***. Product was delivered, one bottle leaked. Product has a horrible smell, quite different from what I receive in past. I'm comparison of the bottles , ingredients are different. I question the safety of this product for use due to odor and manufactured not in US but in China. I purchased this product with the understanding this was made in the US.
The company is not taking calls, I emailed with no response, I reached out and they claim it's the same product. I am not comfortable with the use of this and want a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would rather get a replacement with the product as advertised. If not, then I want a refund.

I'll accept a replacement delivery however, I will expect the order I see on the website. An order that is made in the USA and NOT China. If I do not receive what is advertised on the website then I will file another report and expect a refund.

Product not shipped after two weeks despite advertisement, and email contact is unresponsive.
I visited their website, artnaturals.com on approximately April 13th, 6:40 PM, EST. At this time, their website prominently displayed a banner near the top of the site touting that orders purchased would be shipped within two days. I purchased two gallons of their hand sanitizer, at 6:53 PM EST on April 13th, with the order number ***. On April 14th, I received an email saying that the order shipped, but when I went to look, only the label had been created within UPS.

It has now been almost two weeks since that label was created. On April 20th, 8:43 PM EST, I emailed their customer service asking for an update, and have not received a response.

Desired Outcome

The monetary amount has already been withdrawn from my bank account, so I would either like to be refunded, or be delivered the purchased product.

Item was "in stock", I placed order. Tracking # received, but UPS awaiting item. 17 days later, UPS is still waiting. Calls/emails not returned.
Item was "in stock", So I placed order # *** on 4/10/2020 for 1 gallon hand sanitizer and paid $47.99. Tracking # *** received on April 11, 2020
but UPS awaiting item. 17 days later, UPS is still
waiting for the item. Several calls and emails (4/14, 4/16, 4/21, 4/27) made - nothing acknowledged.

Desired Outcome

Either actually ship the item or refund my purchase price.

The item was finally shipped - after they received the complaint I filed. No refund received to date as they indicated, but getting the item was fine.

Ordered placed/paid for - 3/11/20; got email that it was shipped on 3/31. Not received despite many contact;UPS site states package never received.
On March 11, 2020., I placed and paid for Order # XXXXXXXXXX with ArtNaturals (AN - AKA Virgin Scent, Inc). I received this email:

Dear Customer,

Due to the high demand for our Hand Sanitizer product, we are experiencing a back log in our Orders as well as our response time to customer service calls and emails.
We assure all our valued customers that our team is working around the clock to resolve each and every customer question or concern as soon as possible.
If you placed an order before March 16th, your order process has started and will leave our facility by March 25th. Orders placed after that date are now pending March 31st.
As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Your package will ship overnight on that date and we are trying to even get them out earlier than promised.
I apologize but I am sure you can imagine what we are going through. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Now I was feeling optimistic that I would still get the package! I was concerned though, because a friend with whom I had shared the website, and who had place an order on 3/11, had received hers on 3/25.
After that time, I tried calling, but their voice message said they could no longer take messages or answer phones.
On March 30, I sent the following email

Hi there!

I know you all are crazy busy, but...

I placed my order on March 11. Order # XXXXXXXXXX.

A friend placed her order on March 17, and got it on March 25th I ordered a 4 pack of hand sanitizer, plus one essential oil. My friend ordered an 8 pack! (her order # was XXXXXXXXXX) Did she get it faster because she spent more? ( I only got the 4-pack because I didn't want to have you all running out of it too quickly.)
Please advise ASAP...thank you!

Hi ***,
We've got a surprise for you - your order has shipped! We've also included your tracking information, so you can track your order to its final destination.
If you placed an order before March 16th, your order process has started and will leave our facility by March 25th. Orders placed after that date are now pending March 31st. In your case the estimated delivery date would be
Thu, 2nd Apr - Mon, 6th Apr *expecting around 5 days delay*.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Your package will ship overnight on that date and we are trying to even get them out earlier than promised.

As of April 26, I have still not received the package.

I have written them directly in their on-site comment window and attempted to call, many, many times.

The AN site shows my order as "complete" and "shipped." It shows the UPS tracking # ***.
The UPS tracking website shows "Label Created 03/16/XXXX X:XX .P.M"
I attempted to begin a claim on the UPS site for lost package. When I enter that tracking number, it showed:
The shipment has not been received by UPS. Contact the sender for assistance. UPS:

The package has finally been received! I wish to completely withdraw my complaint. Furthermore, I want to thank the company for, in the midst of insane business due to the pandemic, finally responding to my emails.

I placed an order for hand sanitizer on April 5, 2020. It has not been shipped or received. It was to ship 48 hrs after purchase.
On April 5, 2020 I placed an order for a 1 gallon jug of scentless hand sanitizer. Order number #XXXXXXXXXX. According to the website and email I received, the item ordered was in stock and would ship within 48 hours of purchase. My pay pal account was charged accordingly. As of April 13th, I had yet to receive my item or any tracking information. I sent an email that day and on April 14, 2020 received an email from the company with a USPS tracking number. To date (April 26, 2020) I have yet to receive the ordered item and the tracking number lists the status of shipping as being in "pre shipment."

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the ordered product and have it be scent free and in a usable form. A review of recent complaints show that products have been arriving with a foul smell or damaged. If the product is sent, and has a foul smell, I will be seeking a full refund.

I purchased some products from artnaturals and they were supposed to have shipped the same day. Days later still nothing. Tried to contact no response
Purchased from artnaturals on 4-17-20 and the products were supposed to be shipped out on the same day. I checked the tracking number daily and nothing has ever shipped. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and on various sites. I have never gotten any response besides an automated response on Facebook messenger. I tried email, phone, Facebook, and their Instagram with no response from any. The company toke the money from my order immediately but it has never shipped or I have not been contacted by anyone from the company! I have heard of so many other customers with the same problems! If you can't ship it don't sell it! At this point I just want my money back because I have a feeling I'm not going to receive anything from them or it will not be the product I have paid for. My order number from the company is *** and my tracking number is ***. I hope by submitting this complaint others will not fall into the same trap and lose their money too!

After 9 days, ArtNaturals got back to me on a message on Instagram. They just said their generic response, saying that they were experiencing delays. I told them that I was waiting for a refund but had not received it yet. They did send me a confirmation number for the refund and said it should show up account in a few days. I did finally receive my refund, so I am mostly satisfied just to be getting my money back.

Ordered form artnaturals . They took money and never sent any product.
Sent multiple emails and asked to cancel order. No return email. Just want money back.

Product never shipped, cannot get a hold of company to find out shipping information or to get a refund.
Purchased Hand Sanitizer from this company the beginning of April. Received confirmation it shipped on April 8th of 2020 but it has never left their facility. Credit card has been charged $119.98 via a State of Alaska Credit Card. I have tried multiple times to reach this company via email and phone but cannot reach anyone to find out additional tracking information or to get a refund of my money.

At this point I would just like my credit card reimbursed and would like no further business interactions with this company

Received the refund. Hence, good to close this case.

After purchase, AN provided a tracking # to a package that does not exist.
I ordered 1 bottle shampoo and 1 bottle conditioner - On march 25th through walmart.com. I had to contact the company through the third party seller - just to get my purchase shipped out, or so I thought. ArtNaturals (Virgin Scent INC out of Gardena CA) provided me with a DHL tracking number - to a package that does not exist. I have tried numerous times to contact them through the third party retailer, email, phone and Facebook. I am either met with silence or chat-bot replies. They have done this same thing to hundreds of people so far. They are blaming the covid crisis but many people never receive anything they ordered -ever- and no one has received a refund from the company of the money they've paid either.
I have not received any human contact from the company, no product that I paid for and no refund.

I either want the products I paid for or a refund.

I placed an order on their website on 4-18-2020,and they immediately charged my credit card. They gave me an order number which says my order is complete, and a ups tracking which I just spoke to UPS and Artnaturals has never delivered the product for shipping. So, I was charged $47.99 on 4-18-2020, never recieved merchandise. They won't respond to my daily emails for the last week. They don't answer their phone and there are a lot of complaints about them on Revdex.com. What is the next step, so I get my money back and no one else falls for this Fraudulent company.

they sent out a tracking number to charge you for the product and never actually shipped it

The website says all orders shipped within 48 hours. That is the only reason why I placed an order from them. They sent you a tracking number so that they can charge you and keep your money but never actually shipped the item to UPS (the carrier). I have confirmed that this is what they do with other of their customers on Amazon. I have contacted them 2 times through email but I have not heard back at all.
I need my money back. Even if they are going to send it to me or not, I will need my money back.

Ordered on 4/11/2020 and my card was charged. On 4/13/2020, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. As of 4/27/2020, UPS has not received the package. I have sent 6 emails with no response. I have tried calling with company, no answer.

I paid for a gallon of hand sanitizer. They have not shipped it, nor will they answer email or phone inquiries.
I purchased a gallon of hand sanitizer on April 5 for $59.99. They charged me for it via PayPal. The PayPal receipt has an email of *** but says the payment went to "Virgin Scent Inc." which likely means they have some shell company set up.

The order confirmation said that all US orders would ship within 48 hours of purchase. Well that certainly did not happen. I did not receive another notification until April 13, an email telling me that my item had shipped. No, it had not shipped. They had just created a label, had not even given it to the USPS. As of today, 4/25, they still have not even given it to the USPS. Tracking number is: ***.

With COVID-19, I expected delays but when I had not received the package by 4/20 I started emailing them. I have emailed them every day, with no response. I tried to call their customer service number at ***, but they have a recorded message saying they are not accepting phone calls. So basically, their customers have no way to get a hold of them.

I am starting to wonder if this company is nothing but a giant scam. I placed an order through Amazon for a different item that never came and lo and behold it had the same shipping address in Gardena, CA, but was a completely different company name. I question whether they even have the product that they are selling.

They notified me on April 27, 2020 that they were processing a refund to PayPal. They said it would take 7-10 business days, which is ridiculous because PayPal refunds are processed real-time. It is now 11 days later and I still do not have my refund.

Though I appreciate that they said again on 5/11 that they processed my refund, I have yet to see it. Until I do, I do not accept their response.

PayPal reviewed the case and found that I was correct. The vendor never issued my refund, despite telling me they would multiple times, so PayPal refunded my money.

Please close this case but I would like it noted that the only reason the case is closed is due to the integrity of PayPal. This company did nothing to rectify the issue and kept lying about refunding my money.
