Worst product EVER !! It says Unscented it smells like gas !! Yes gas .
No one can use it because the smell is so strong and burns skin !! 50.00 $ down the drain ..why because the company will not respond to email !! Or calls ..you all should be ashamed of this product !!! please do not order fr this company !!

I purchased 2 gallons of hand sanitizer April 10, no delivery and no response from the company
I purchased 2 gallons of hand sanitizer on April 10. I received the tracking number, but every time that I check no action. Why send me a tracking number and don't do anything. This is for the members of a small church. I they
tell me that it's available then why
is it taking so long to deliver. If it's not available please let me know. I will get it from someone else, after they return the funds.

Ordered hand sanitizer 3 weeks ago and haven't received ANYTHING!
Ordered hand sanitizer April 13,2020 and April 14, 2020 all together $240 ... received tracking numbers the very next day of payment. There has been no movement in tracking with ups . I've called and emailed no response. I ordered all gallons for my family my father who's 70 and my in laws who are 81 and 75! They need it we need it.

Received an email as well as merchandise . After I submitted this .

Ordered 1 gallon hand sanitizer April 16th would like product or refund.

April 16th 47.99 was charged to PayPal. April 17th received email that order shipped with order number *** along with tracking number ***. No movement on tracking number. Sent 3 emails concerning status. No response from company.
Tried calling and received pre-recorded info on March orders in April.

Please ship product or refund money.

Waiting forever for item that may never come. No communication from them. Feels like I was scammed.
ORDER #***. Placed 4/11 lable created 4/13 - tried calling, emailing, filing disputes with paypal, cannot get a hold of merchant. I paid 95.98. Site says ships in 48 hours... lie, site has contact information that goes no where to no one. Paid through pay pal, I waited 13business days to dispute because of covid19, but they should mark product as sold out. They just keep takining orders.

Ordered (8) hand Sanitizers March 11,2020. Never received. Emailed and phoned (7) times. Not resolved
Yesterday you informed me that if I needed further assistance, contact your service team. Order *** was never received. (2) case numbers were opened with the carrier (UPS). I'm very disappointed with the month it took your customer service to respond to my initial email. Only after resorting to the facebook route did I get some type of response. All the chat line asked was the order number and was the shipment received. Do you presume to think that I would waste my time if I had gotten the shipment. Follow up on the email's, contact UPS. Carrier services are completely overwhelmed. Wherever the package was delivered, it was not my address. I'm not going to let this issue to be unresolved. I paid for a product, I want the product. If you can't reship my items, I want a refund.

Considering the length of time this has taken, I want this matter escalated and handled by your management team. Clearly no one else is even remotely interested in handling this case. I am no longer interested in hearing apologies due to COVID-19. That is unacceptable. The current crisis shouldn't create a situation where you are UNABLE to respond to over a dozen e-mails detailing this information at at the VERY least say you are passing *** along to the correct department and someone will reply to this situation within a given time frame.

You've exhausted my patience and only demonstrated your organizations lack of professionalism. Do your job...

ArtNarutals response is not satisfactory. It would have been satisfactory had they handled it like this from the beginning. However after weeks of repeated contact it was clear they don't care about their customers. What do I mean?

I emailed them very clearly that their behavior was unacceptable and asked "what will it take for them to do business properly? Poor feedback on social media and an inquiry from the Revdex.com?)

Clearly that's how this company operates and taking action now that the bank and Revdex.com are demanding answers means that they are accustomed to this behavior and every single customer who's having difficulty needs to take these measures in order to gain satisfaction.

So as I've said, this is an unsatisfactory conclusion. It is unacceptable for a business to refuse to look into a matter this simple and only seek a resolution when they are being pressured by the Revdex.com, because that would impact their bottom line.

I presume this is the best they can do as they don't care and make it a point to abuse their customers. And I'm not being extreme as a look at their social media shows a few people complaining about similar issues.

This is a sign of a company that must be held accountable. I don't think anyone in the United States needs to put up with behavior like this when making an online purchase.

Again, unacceptable...

Hi, I ordered 1 gallon of the sanitizer 4/21 for 59.99 I sent emails and no response. It's been 2 weeks and would like the sanitizer to be delivered

I ordered 1 gallon sanitizer for 59.99 on 4/21 and on that day the delivery ticket was generated. After 10 days nothing was updated on the tracking. I emailed couple times and no response. *** Is the order number. I would like the sanitizer delivered as promised but if not please refund my money. This is for elderly people who depend on the product.

Delivery is the desired outcome but if that can't be done soon within a few days then a refund would be a secondary outcome. Thanks

Hi, Item was finally recieved and I am happy to conclude this matter. Thanks to all parties involved.

I ordered 4 gallons and 4 small sanitizer bottles. 2 gallons were never shipped. Company promoted 48hr shipping and it's been +20 days non responsive
I'm missing two gallons I've emailed, called, and DM'D no reply seems like you guys ran off and didn't deliver to multiple people. Here is my info please resolve.

I purchased gallon of hand sanitizer on the 15th of April it's now May 1st and I haven't received my order.
So on April 15,2020 I ordered a gallon of artnaturals hand sanitizer. They took my credit card payment immediately and I received an email with a tracking number. It is now May 1st and I still haven't received my hand sanitizer. I try tracking my order but its still waiting for shipment. I've tried calling and I've emailed twice and I have not gotten a response. At this point I no longer want or need the hand sanitizer.

Order product 4/13/20 and received product.
The company never responded to the multiple emails and messages sent through social media and not accepting calls. I placed my order 4/13/20 for 59.99 and per the website, the item will ship within 48 hours but that is false advertisement. The company creates a shipping label within that time, but never ships the actually item. I can see they are reading my messages on social media, but fail to respond and simply ignoring me. Worst experience ever. This company needs to be shut down.

Provided a UPS tracking number but did not actually ship product
On April 22, 2020, I purchased 1-gallon of hand sanitizer through the Art Natural website. The product price was $59.99 and the total price was $65.69 with tax. The website stated that the product was in stock. On April 23, 2020, I received an email that the product had shipped, including a UPS tracking number. However, as of May 1 the UPS tracking information just says "Shipment ready for UPS". There is no indication that the company has shipped the product. I tried to email the company but received no response. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the company has not responded.

Refund of $65.69 to my PayPal account.

placed an order and requested a cxld. I got the product, returned it and no refund. They do not reply and phones are down, no customer support at all.
Ordered placed March 13, 2020. ***. I realized later product was out of stock and would not ship until 3 weeks later. I sent an email requesting order to be canceled the same day I placed the order. I received and standard automated response from them. I knew it was a busy time so I didnt expect an actual reply until a couple days later. I received the order March 25, 2020 and sent them another email saying I have requested a cancelation and no longer needed the product. 2 weeks later I gor a response, only when I went on social media, I was told to return it for a refund. I ask for a RMA, or return authorization and address to return it. I got no answer. So I sent it from the address it was shipped from Via FedEx (***) by this time its been over a month since I made my order. I only gor automated replys from email. Phone lines only had a recorded message any other type of communication was just via email. 10 days past from the time they got my return packaged and I still haven't gotten my refund or a reply back from my multiple emails. So I had to dispute with my bank the charges which will take more time and it's not guaranteed I'll get my money back. This business is not providing adequate customer support and not following its return policy and refun policies. There is many complaints now on their social media about this company.

Order not received. Money deducted from my account.
I ordered 1 gallon of hand sanitizer on 4/15/2020. I received a confirmation email on 4/17/2020 stating that the order was on the way. The charge amount of 59.99 + was deducted from my account. To date, my order has not been received. I tried calling the company and and just receive a voice mailbox.

I received an email response from the company and I have been reimbursed in full.

I placed an order two weeks ago and despite receiving tracking info, the order has not left the facility.
I placed order *** on 4/25 & on 4/28 received shipping notification. The package has not left the facility, still says shipment ready for UPS. I ordered one gallon of hand sanitizer. I was given a shipment ***.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no response.

At this point, I would prefer a refund. I don't want a company with such poor business practices to profit from me.

Worst customer service ever. Received notification that order was delivered to my sister, although she never received it. She sent an email to her entire apartment community asking if anyone received her order. Of course, nobody responded. Now Art Naturals has put the onus of getting a refund on me! They told me to file a complaint with the shipper. I did not purchase the items from the shipper! I have filed a claim against them with PayPal. We will see if I get any satisfaction. The purchase was only $21.97, but it is on principle that I am filing this review. They stand to make a load of money if orders are not delivered to the recipient and they then refuse to reship or refund. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

This had nothing to do with Covid-19 or delivery times. It has everything to do with the carrier updating their manifest to say it was delivered, whether to the correct address or not. In this case the package was not delivered to the intended address. Saying it was delivered doesn't make it so. Art Naturals finally did the right thing and refunded the purchase price.

I tried to cancel order after they never shipped the product. They shipped it anyway. I have been trying to return it, but they ignore all contact.
ORDER NUMBER : #*** ordered on April 7. Ordered product that said would ship next day. Got tracking number next day, but order never shipped for a week. Repeated emails ignored. Finally sent email to cancel order and they shipped they shipped it the next day. After receiving the shipment, sent emails saying I wanted to return items. Again no reply. Tried 2 different phone numbers. The one on their website rolls to a bogus old message from March saying they can't answer due to high call volumes. Tried one I got from PayPal, no answer, can't leave message because mailbox full. Even tried Facebook DM, but that, too was ignored.

Also, video on facebook shows their operation and they say that it's manufactured on site. However, the label on the product that I got says "Made in China."

I just want to return the product and get credit back to my PayPal account.
