Ordered 1 gallon of Art Naturals Hand Sanitizer on 4/13/20. Called this business after checking progress of said order. They aren't accepting calls only emails. Have not received said product. Want a refund.

We finally did receive the product ordered.

I feel this company is committing coronavirus financial fraud. Advertising in-stock product, creating shipping label, taking money, NOT sending item.
Like so many Americans, I've been searching high and low for the ever-elusive hand sanitizer and on April 22nd, I thought I finally purchased some from this company, Art Naturals. My luck, I thought, got even better when I received an email from them the same day I placed the order letting me know that my order had shipped! They even provided a tracking number. I, of course, jumped online to track it and saw a message "On its way to UPS". Ok, I'll check back later. And I did. Several times. 7 days later the tracking still states "On its way to UPS". Guess what? Art Naturals is not responding to email nor are they answering their phones - they've even changed the message on the phone to let you know they're not answering. So I headed to their social media and saw I'm not the only person they've done this to - created a shipping label, taken customer money, and then not actually mailed the product. In fact, it's so bad there's now an ALERT on the Revdex.com's site. I have filed a complaint & left a review with the Revdex.com and I have disputed charge with my credit card company.

I received a full refund after getting the Revdex.com and my credit card company involved.

Art Naturals claims my order was shipped & that I received the package, however I have not received the item and my UPS tracking # indicates otherwise
I placed an order for a gallon of Hand Sanitizing Gel on April 15th, 2020. It seemed that my UPS shipping label was created briefly after placing my order, so I assumed it was ready to be shipped. After four days of no shipping update, I reached out to UPS to see if there was a shipping delay and they stated that a label was created but that they had not yet received the package from Art Naturals yet & that I needed to contact Art Naturals instead. I tried to call & their phones are inoperable at the moment. So I emailed them several times and it took over a week to hear back from them. They weren't the least bit helpful and only made matters worse. They claim that my package was delivered to my address, but they keep referring to a completely different UPS tracking number than the number they gave me. I am located in Cuero, Texas, not Tarpon Springs, Florida! They are not willing to resolve my order issue and it continues to worsen with the company.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back and no longer want the product that they never delivered.

I received a broken diffuser. The company is not accepting customer service calls. I have emailed multiple times, attaching photos with no response.
I ordered a diffuser and essential oils on March 18th. My card was charged and ta shipping label was created 3 weeks before shipping. When the diffuser finally arrived, the outer shipping box and oils were fine; however the Art Naturals diffuser box was badly damaged. The diffuser was cracked and could not hold water. I have tried calling and the company does not accept calls. I have emailed several times over the past two weeks, even attaching photos of the defective product and damaged box to inquire about either refund or exchange and the company does not reply. I have been charged and paid for a defective product with no means of resolution from this company. At this point, I either want a refund for the diffuser or for Art Naturals to provide an unbroken product for which they have been paid.

Desired Outcome

Refund or exchange. This should come at no additional expense as they clearly shipped out a defective diffuser (outer shipping box was un-damaged but the diffuser box and product were damaged).

ArtNaturals never shipped my order. Charged my card $119.98 on 4/15/20 and have not replied to any of my emails. They show my order as complete. BOGUS
On 4/14/20 I went to ArtNaturals.com and ordered two Gallons of Hand Sanitizer for $59.99 each, Total $119.98. They charged my credit card on 4/15/2020 for $119.98. ArtNaturals.com now shows my order # 33202078211 as Complete with a UPS Tracking Number that UPS says they have not received yet, the label was printed but the order was not shipped. They charged my credit card on 4/15/2020 for $119.98 and since have not replied to any of my emails. On Monday 4/27/20, I called them and their phone message refers you to FaceBook Messenger which I followed through and answered all of the AutoBot questions there, no human interaction yet. I also emailed and today received a Survey from them. I replied to their survey saying I have not received my order yet! If they are closed due to COVID19 they should respond to their customers. Not post a FaceBook video showing themselves shipping imaginary boxes.

The company sent me a bad product. When I complained, it took them 2 weeks to respond and told me the product was fine and useable
I ordered a six pack of hand sanitizer from art naturals in March, so I'm aware of how it should look and smell. I ordered a gallon refill at the beginning of April. When I finally received the order two weeks later, it was a yellow tinted goo that smelled terrible. Even trying to use the product, the consistency was sticky and smelled rotten. It took 11 days to receive a response from the company, and they basically said it was fine. They did not acknowledge my request for a new product or a refund.

They never issued a refund. since I used PayPal to pay for the product, I would have already been able to tell if they did issue a refund. I placed an order over a month ago, but it was never shipped. I tried calling the company and can't get a hold of anyone.
I ordered 4 bottles of hand sanitizer (***) and 1 bar of African black soap (***) with a credit card for $45.17 on 3/12/20 (Order #: ***). I received an email on 3/31/20 that my order was shipped (Tracking #: ***). To this day, the tracking shows that the package has not been put in the mail. I called last week to inquire about the status, and there is only a recording saying that they have been receiving many inquiries and it is best to email (no option to talk to someone). Their website says that emails will be responded to within 2 business days. I emailed (***) on 4/22/2020 about my order, and have still not heard back. I emailed again today, 4/29/2020.

I ordered two containers of hand sanitizer. Order #***. Email stating the order has shipped with tracking number. 2.5 wks later, no delivery
The website made no mention of a back order. Within one day I received an email saying my order had shipped. A tracking number for UPS was received. UPS tracking website says that the shipping label was created, but UPS has not yet received the package for delivery.

I have seen this complaint on Revdex.com.org with others saying the same has happened to them.

I have tried calling and emailing the company directly, but have received no response. It has been 2.5 weeks and there is no indication that the items are actually coming.

We own a retail store and are trying to acquire hand sanitizer so that we have it when we are ready to reopen, which should be in the next week or two.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer that my order be delivered. I would also like a response from the company explaining the situation and how they plan to resolve it. If they are unable to deliver my order, then I need a refund.

Product finally delivered after a month

I placed an order with this company for a gallon of hand sanitizer as they had advertised product available and quick shipping. Order never shipped.
Order date was 4/13/2020 received confirmation e-mail and then another message that the order had shipped, however when the UPS tracking number was checked only the label was printed and the shipment is "ready for UPS". I checked the status several days with no update and contacted the company via e-mail as the phone connects to an answering machine with outdated message from back in March. I of course was already billed for the item, which I still have not received. When I e-mailed them due to the status not updating for the tracking, they cancelled my original order and created a new order (hopefully I will not be charged again) and I have yet to see any updates on the shipping status. Today I received an e-mail from the company which was a survey asking what I thought about their company and product. That e-mail frustrated me as I have yet to receive a product I paid for which was to quickly ship...and the new order has not even had a shipping label print, so I don't expect they will be expediting the shipment. Payment was made via PayPal and a dispute has been filed.

I want the company to cancel the order and refund my money. I also want them to remove the misleading information on their site that their product is in stock and available to ship...obviously that is not true.

Have finally recieved this product in the mail, as advertised. Recieved friday 5/7/2020

Stated the Product was shipped but a week later the product has not been shipped according to my UPS Tracking label that was created by supplier
Purchased Gallon size hand sanitizer and hand soap. Ordered online through Art Naturals website on April 17, 2020. On April 19 I received an email stating the products have been shipped with a tracking number. When I checked the tracking of the order it states that the label was created on April 19 but the order was never received by the UPS Facility. To this day, April 29, 2020, the package was never delivered to the UPS Facility. I feel that I will not receive the order. The phone number listed is a recording that hangs up the phone when message is over. I received no response the emails sent inquiring about the order. This company makes communication difficult, which makes requesting a refund impossible.

After my dispute I received an email stating the product was shipped and I could except the delivery on May 11. On May 14 the leaky package was delivered and had to be rejected. The packaging clearly was not sufficient. The messy bottle was defective. Customers Service does not respond to emails or answer phone call "due to high call volume." I have no product or refund.

Artnaturals could improve their service by closing their doors and quit taking advantage of people!! They are frauds! So apparently they don't answer their phones and also do not respond to Facebook messages or emails. I understand they are busy, but so far they have lied and misrepresented their delivery dates multiple times and have not responded to my MULTIPLE email inquiries to provide me a refund or provide updated information about when I will receive my hand sanitizer. The tracking number says my shipment should have arrived on 4/23/20. It has not even left the facility! This is NOT acceptable business practices. Had I known this was not going be delivered as stated, I would NEVER have ordered it from this company. Their customer service or lack thereof is awful!!! There are no words to describe it!

I finally received the hand sanitizer order even though I requested that the order be cancelled 4 different times before it shipped because I ended up having to order from another supplier that actually shipped the product to me when they said they would. The product smells horrible and not "UNSCENTED" as indicated when I ordered it. It smells like gasoline or burning rubber or a cross between the two. It is awful. My employees gag when they use it so I am going to have to dispose of it. I have requested a refund for the product because it is NOT as described. I requested a refund for the product well before it even shipped so I'm not even sure why they shipped it in the first place.

On March 22,2020 I placed an order for 128 (8 0z) bottles of hand sanitizer for $749.97. Received 64 bottles. Won't respond to email or phone calls.
On March 22,2020 @ 9:10am I placed an online order for 128 (8 oz) bottles of hand sanitizer for $749.97. The credit card was instantly charged. On 4/17 I received 64 bottles. Half of the order. They will not accept phone calls. I have sent 4 emails with no response. Order #

I have been left w/ a FedEx label tracking number that it's says " It's on it way to FedEx" since March 17. So basically I paid *** FedEx label and nothing for a month and half. These website should be taking down, because many people are complaining in FB that have not gotten their deliveries. Please help to take this business down. I am also reaching out to my Bank to file a fraud charge for this company.
