No communication with this company.
I had placed an order on April 10, 2020 to this company for hand sanitizer. (Three Bottles) After about 2 days no tracking number and no communication. I had tried to call them several times no one will pick up the telephone. I had even sent emails asking for a tracking number, still no response. Found them on another site and sent messages to them on there, and every time I send a message they would direct me to the same link over and over again, to leave them a message. It has been 13 days and still no tracking number, email, nothing.. My order came to $21.97.

I would like a refund of $21.97 back from this company. I know there are many complaints about this company that I had found on the other site, that I used to contact them. And every one is having the same problem.

It's a scam. I paid money. I did not receive the product. There is no way to contact them.
I'm sure it's become clear by now. This is a scam. I majored in business. I should have know. I was just like everyone else, I was just trying to do what the government said to do. Keep my hands clean. This company has apparently decided to take advantage of the situation. What a shame.

Ordered 6 things only arrived 1 in a 7 weeks period of time.
Ordered 4 hand sanitizers and shampoo/conditioner duo (total of 6) in March 11, 2020 via Paypal. I waited until April 17 and only received a conditioner. The website promised to send the hand sanitizers by March 25, but until today April 23, only 1 out of 6 arrived - one conditioner. Tried to call, but the customer service call said they are not available and hang up. Tried to email them, but no response, or their mailbox is full. Order number is ***. Shipment number for the only 1 conditioner is ***.

Desired Outcome

Please deliver the products I ordered as soon as possible. If the official website cannot ship products as promised, don't try to sell on Amazon.

I placed several emails. No response, phone calls don't allow option to leave message. I contacted this company almost instantly to cancel the order - no order was processed, shipping not processed but I can't get a response from this company for my refund of almost $88! I'm a senior and on a fixed income and after reading a large amount of consumer complaints having the same issues I am experiencing, makes me worry I won't be able to recoup my money.

I have checked my bank account and the credit to my account was processed and received. I appreciate the assistance I received in helping me obtain my refund as I had requested upon cancellation of my order. Thank you.

Ordered 2 gallons on hand sanitizer gel because it was shown in stock. Items were never shipped in stated time although they billed my credit card.
On 4/14 I order 2 -1 gallon bottles of hand sanitizer gel (SKU ***) for $59.99 in 2 separate transactions. The website showed it was "in stock" and would ship within 5 days. The order numbers were *** and ***. On 4/15 2 UPS labels were generated and emailed to me. The tracking numbers were *** and ***. I was so excited to find this product. On 4/16 my credit card was charged for each transactions. I waited a few days and noticed there was no movement on the tracking number. Nothing ever shipped, but rather tracking numbers created so they could charge my card. On 4/20, I tried calling their 800 number which only had a message saying they were busy and things would ship once you got a tracking number. That was a lie. The message then hung up. On that day I sent an email to their customer service. I didnt hear anything back on 4/21 or 4/22 so I tried calling again on to the same end. This appears to be nothing more than a scam.

Please remove the charges for $59.99 each for the 2 bottles.

Their website doesn't indicate they are having shipping delays as most companies are notifying customers prior to purchase due to COVID. Their website continues to indicate they will respond to emails within 1 business day, I have not received any responses from my attempted to contact. During the time of purchase, their website did not indicate out of stock and I never received any notification that products were out and they would ship when available. So, at this time, I have no products and I am out of money. My account hasn't been refunded and it was requested, via email.

On 4/7/2020, placed order;credit card charged and no product received.
On April 7, placed order for one gallon of hand sanitizer. Credit card was charged immediately i/a/o $59.99. To date, have been unable to contact company - phone calls won't go through and when I try and check status of my order, it gives the message "no order placed". When I placed the order, they gave me an order number - ***. With the confirmation of my "purchase", it states "you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order, and when it ships, you will get a link to track its progress." To date, nothing.
I would like to be reimbursed and cancel the order, but can't reach anyone. By far, the worst experience I've had ordering from any company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

With the pandemic scare, hand sanitizer was scarce.
Was charged over 25 dollars for 2 tiny trial size bottles that were shipped from China and leaking
Items were not as described and were half empty from leaking.
Wont ever get scammed again especially by a company that preys on elderly with a major pandemic occurring.
Request my money refunded promptly.

Partial order was shipped, when shipping confirmation said whole order was sent. No response from company.
Order #XXXXXXXXXX. Order date - 04-04. Ship date - 04-09. I ordered a 4pk hand sanitizer for $39.98 and a face mask for $3.99. Website advertised free shipping if you spend more than $40. Everything was put on my debit card. On 04-09 I received shipping notification that the entire order was being shipped. Order arrived on 04-22. The face mask came. Nothing else. UPS label reads 1 of 1 so there were never two packages even though the shipping confirmation lists both items. When I called the company there is a recorded message saying how busy they are and they can no longer accept calls.There is no opportunity to leave a message. The phone disconnects. I have emailed the company multiple times and have never received a response.

Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Do not order from this company. They advertise that they have hand sanitizer in stock, collect your money, print up a shipping label, then never ship. I tried calling and they don't answer the phones. I emailed and they claimed that the product was delivered. How could that be when they never gave it to the shipping carrier. They are either the worst run company or a complete scam. I'd like to give 0 stars but that was not an option.

I have been billed for an item that has never shipped or been received.
I received a shipping notice for an item I ordered on 4/11/20 with a tracking number. The carrier UPS shows only that the label was created for shipment but that the item has never been dropped off for shipment. I have been billed for the item. I have tried to call, email and contact through PayPal but there has been no response from the company. Their on-line site and my receipt states that all orders will be shipped within 48 hours. I have issues with not only the delivery but also the companies advertising, billing, customer service, and sales practices!

Ordered Hand Sanitizer, emailed stating order shipped. Trkg # has not moved. only recvd portion on different # and no response to my email inquiries.
On 4/9/20 I ordered 8-8 oz bottles of Hand Sanitizer and 11-1 gallon bottles of hand sanitizer on behalf of my construction company for a total $731.87. The website said all orders will be shipped in 2 days. Got an email 4/10/20 stating my order had shipped. Tracked the number provided and only the label had been printed. That # has not moved since that day. Repeatedly sent emails asking for clarity with no response.
On 4/20/20, a package was delivered of my 8-8oz bottles on a completely different trkg #. When that # was tracked, it shows it was printed on 4/9/20, and shipped 4/14/20.
After repeated emails, there has been no attempt on there part to respond or update my order status.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be contacted by the company directly and given another tracking # for the remainder of my order. Or a full refund of my entire order for the hassle and delays they have caused.

This complaint is over the purchase of hand sanitizer charged for and never received. I want a refund immediately or shipment- cannot reach company.
I ordered one gallon of hand sanitizer from this company on 4/11/2020. It stated on site would ship within 48 hours. The funds-$47.99- was taken from my account on 4/13/2020. On the status it shows "complete", which is untrue! It has never been shipped, only label created. I have tried to contact them via phone, email, and messenger numerous times with no response. Phones do not take calls. I want my money back to my account immediately or my item shipped immediately! I have an immunocompromised daughter whom I needed this essential item for and another daughter who is a frontline RN. Please check their Facebook page, over 1000 complaints! Order placed, credit card charged, ansld after their 48 shipping guarantee never received anything further other than my order acknowledgement. I attempted numerous times to reach them vis email, phone,, Facebook, instagram and was unsuccessful. I Placed order XXXXXXXXXX for a one gallon jug of handsanitizer on Apr 13, credit card charged Apr 13 thr order was acknowledged on Apr 13th and 1:35 pm and said will ship in 48 hours and that is where it went sour.
Made attempts via all outlets with no response.

Refund Finally Processed

I ordered $499.98 of hand sanitizer from the company and never received it or received a refund. They will not respond to email or answer calls.

$499.98 worth hand sanitizer. UPS turned the package around thinking the business was closed due to the governors order. We were open because we did not fall under the order. I have sent 5 e-mails to the company with no response. The shipment was sent back and received. The tracking # is *** which shows that company received their product back but have failed to issue a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would just like honest service. A refund would be best and most honest.
