I ordered 134.98 worth of product that NEVER SHIPPED. I cannot get in touch with ANYONE and I am in need of a refund. They are dishonest and fraudule
I went onto the ArtNaturals website and order $134.98 worth of hand sanitizers. they were labeled IN STOCK. I quickly received a shipping notice that my product had been "prepped for shipment." The order date was March 31,2020. It is April 24th and my product is still labeled "Ready for Shipment" when I enter the tracking #.

Cannot make contact with ArtNaturals although they still advertise INSTOCK and are actively taking orders.

Desired Outcome

I would truly want my money returned immediately!

I ordered 8 bottles of hand sanitizers for my surgery center to keep my patients and my nurses safe during the COVID pandemic and never received it
3201947618 order number, ordered March 17 2020, it is stated on my order slip that the product would ship 3/31/2020. I have called, the phone doesnt work. I have emailed multiple times, no answers. I have asked for a refund, no response. There is no way to check your order online. I ordered these 8 bottles of hand sanitizer for my surgery center to keep my patients and nurses safe during this pandemic.

I would like the products that I ordered or a full refund.

My order no activity have a tracking number since April 15 and no way to contact Art Naturals.
On April 14th I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer on April 15th I received an email with a tracking number. It stated that it was complete when I go and check there is no activity since April 15 when label was created for UPS to pickup. I have tried and to avail contact Art Naturals by email twice and called many times a number that a voicemail dating back to March takikng about March orders. We are in April why is their voice mail message to customers from March. They have yet to repsindto my emails and I obviously can't talk anyone becaue there is no one to talk too. They charged my credit card the same day and I have not yet to receive a product I have not yet to see activity in the tracking website for UPS and I have yet to receive responded back in an email. I want my product or credit it back to my credit card. This is such bad customer service in a time when someone like me who has an incurable auto immune disease needs protection and needs to protect my family. We are going through something that no one was prepared for. But to have company's take our money and not provide the product and great customer service that's is disgrace. I would like this matter taken cared of.

I would like my product shipped if not please just credit my account back if the product will not be shipping out.

Victim of fraud in the purchase of a gallon of hand sanitizer in the midst of the COVID-19 global pandemic
On April 14, 2020, at 10:10am ET, Art Naturals ("the company") emailed me confirming my order (order #XXXXXXXXXX) of one gallon of hand sanitizer for a total of $59.99 (with free shipping). That same day, at 4:40pm ET, the company emailed me to notify me that my order had been shipped (shipment #XXXXXXXXX), and providing UPS tracking #1ZEYXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The UPS website reflects that a shipping label was created at 7:36am (PT). As of April 24, 2020, no further activity has been shown for this tracking number. No shipment has been received from the company.
On April 23, 2020, at 11:59pm ET, customer-complainant emailed the company at ***, inquiring on the status of the shipment of the order. No response has been received. Customer-complainant then proceeded to look up the business in the Revdex.com and found the details of the ongoing investigation, as well as customer reviews, aligned with the facts of her own case. She is now adding her voice to that of other defrauded customers, and demanding that this business be brought to justice by the respective authorities.

Ordered soap and hand sanitizer and the company sent email with tracking information stating the order was delivered and it wasn't. Multiple attempts to reach the company not successful. Internet SATs it is a scam was unaware st time if ordering.

product finally received - close to one month late

Falsely advertised hand sanitizer was in stock on April 12, during crisis. Won't really be in stock until May 30. I want my money back. This is fraud
Artnaturals.com advertised, and continues to advertise, having hand sanitizer in stock. This is clearly a lie. I ordered hand sanitizer from artnaturals.com on 4/11, I was told Via email, USA orders would ship within 48 hours. I was given a UPS tracking number on 4/13. The UPS website still says, twelve days later, that UPS has not received this package.

I sent several emails. I was stonewalled. I called the company's phone number. I got an outgoing message, saying they are not taking calls, and that orders placed before April 16, are scheduled to ship 5/30. That is fifty days after my order date, which was advertised as in stock, and promised to ship within 48 hours. Furthermore, on 4/13 told me my order had shipped via email. They even created a label with a tracking number, when they knew definitively they wouldn't have my order, for another forty-eight days. That was deceptive.

I was never charged tax or shipping, which raised a red flag.

At this point I believe artnaturals.com to be predatory. They are taking advantage of desperate consumers, during a global crisis. I am skeptical of their legitimacy.
I have filed a complaint with PayPal, in their online resolution center.

I have not received any refund.

I was told that I had been refunded, via Twitter, on 4/25. I was even shown a screen shot of your internal system, confirming a refund. It had now been 11 business days. The money never came.

You then responded to my PayPal claim, by offering a partial refund of $15.00. If you had refunded me in full, you would not have offered a partial refund at a later date. Something is fishy.

I rejected the partial refund offer, since you claimed and are still claiming that you refunded me 4/25.

You said US orders would ship in 48 hours. You told me my order had shipped in 4/13. You told me I was refunded in full on 4/25. None of that was true.

Immediately charged, item never shipped.
On 04/11, ordered 1 gallon of unscented hand sanitizer. The next day, my card was charged and I received an email stating my item has shipped with tracking number. Since, I have only seen 'label created' status on UPS website when looking up tracking detail. After 1 week, contacted UPS and was told no shipment was ever handed over to carrier. Shipper only printed a shipping label, but never shipped item on that tracking #. Attempted to contact seller via phone. Message states they are not taking phone calls at this time. Emailed twice as per recording instructions. No response still.

Desired Outcome

Would like a full refund so I can shop immediately elsewhere. No longer wish to continue to do anymore business with this company.

Two orders purchased never shipped

Hi,
I purchased two gallons of hand sanitizer from the company, in two separate orders. The company advertisers the sanitizer will be shipped within 48. However when you track the orders through ups, only a label was created. The first order was in the beginning of April and the second was about a week later, when I thought maybe the first was lost. My husband is an essential worker and I really was hoping to get some. I tried emailing art artnaturals with no response. I tried to go online and "chat" with them and that service was shut down. I called the number and they basically had a voicemail saying they weren't accepting calls, couldn't even leave a message. I then tried to contact via Facebook messenger and got an auto bot that just asked my for my name and order number and nothing was resolved. I would really like the sanitizer, but since it seems unlikely I will receive it, I would like a refund for each purchase.

Received confirmation and tracking. Still pending UPS pick up for 12 days. Will not answer email or phone. They already took out money for payment.
I placed an order the beginning of April. A couple days after that I received the confirmation and they took the money out of my account. On the 11th I received a tracking number. According to the tracking it had been pending UPS pick up for the past 13 days. Emailed multiple times and called. They are not answering their phone. I know shipping is delayed right now but it had been pending UPS pick up for almost 2 weeks. If they don't have the product I'd like to know or at least get my money back.

I have not received the hand sanitizer I ordered.This company does not answer phone call complaints or emails or give shipping updates.
On Monday April 13, 2020 I ordered 1 gal. bottle hand sanitizer for $59.99 paid by credit card.This is the order #***.The art naturals site says product available and ready to ship.My tracking #*** shows shipment ready, but it is not being given to UPS by them.Their site mentions nothing about any shipping delays when you place the order, but they take your money immediately.You get no response from the company when you call or email them.

refund has been issued. The item was canceled by vendor on April 24th. It showed up at our home, we denied it and UPS took it for return to vendor 05/11/2020. I have emailed the vendor and let them know that it had been denied at door and sent back. I also advised them not to re charge for this item. I feel this company has scammed many folks, I have read many reviews from many sources. Does not look good. Issues with this vendor seem to have been going on well prior to the COVID pandemic. Worst company ever! No way to reach them, no reply to email. I was charged for my purchase and never received the product (4 bottles of hand sanitizer) even though I received an email stating that the product had been shipped. The UPS tracking number indicates that a label was created but no shipment made.So it looks like they created the label to get a tracking number to include in the email stating that the product had shipped.BIG SCAM, Will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. BTW, there should be NO STARS for this company but I had to give them a star in order to submit this review.

Its been weeks of unsuccessful intents of contacts and order not received.
Placed an order #*** online on Monday April 13th, for several gallons on hand sanitizers, as the website said in stock ready to ship within 48 hours. My card was charged and I received a shipment notification, yet when you track the order just says shipping label created. UPS is still waiting to receive it. I have unsuccessfully tried emailing and calling Art Naturals. It is now April 22nd, still no order update and no contact from the company.

Desired Outcome

I expect a discount for the wait and my items to be shipped immediately or a refund issued. This is false and misleading advertisement and cannot be accepted.

Order for 3 gallons of hand sanitizer placed on 4/16/20. Tracking number provided items not received. Emails to company not answered by company.
I placed an order for 3 gallons of hand sanitizer costing me $143.98 via PayPal on the date of 4/16/20 (order # ***). I received a tracking number the next day stating my order was ready to be shipped, after attempting to track order I noticed that the status of the order never changed. It's 4/22/20 and my order status shows it's still ready to be shipped. I have not received any shipment. I reached out to the company on 4/21/20 via email to see what was going on and did not receive a response. I was recently diagnosed with covid 19 and have been waiting on this shipment to assist in not spreading the virus during my quarantine.

Received hand sanitizer. Lids not secure on bottles. One bottle 3/4 empty. Box soaked. Other bottles leaking. Fear alcohol evaporated. Product ruined.
We received the 4 bottles of sanitizer, however, the lids were not securely on the bottles. The box was soaked and reeked of sanitizer. The lid of one bottle was completely off and the bottle was about 3/4 empty. The lids on the others were all loose and leaking product. We are afraid the remaining product is ineffective as some of alcohol may have evaporated as containers not securely closed. We would like replacement bottles sent as can no longer find hand sanitizer to order. If can't replace then expect full refund. Order placed 3/16/2020. Order ID: *** On Amazon. Total payment of $38.98. Paid via credit card.

Received full refund. Would have preferred replacement as hand sanitizer is so hard to find these days and I was ahead of the curve in ordering before shortage and could no longer find on line at reasonable price by time received damage product but at least we did get our money back.

Failure to deliver product
Order number ***. Paid on 4/13 $59.99. Order due to ship within 48 hours. I was sent a ups tracking number that day ***. As of 4/23 ups has not received the package to ship. I have sent 2 emails and no response back. I called there number *** and it says they can know longer take calls and it hangs up on you. They are also not responding to Facebook messenger which also shows a lot of other customers waiting for orders over a month now and getting no response from this company.
