I ordered my item on April 20 and it has yet to be shipped even tho you gave me a UPS tracking # and stated it was "in stock".

I have noticed other people have also not received items that they have ordered as well. If you do not have the item (hand Sanitizer Scent free 1 gallon) and do not know if an ETA please refund my money ASAP. I have email you at your [email protected] but you have yet to reply. If I don't hear anything for you today I will file a case with PayPal. This is no time to be taking advantage of people and taking their money for a product you don't have in stock.

I finally received my refund on May 14, 2020.

Never received entire order.
Placed order on 4/8 for 8 - 8oz bottles and 1 Gallon of hand sanitizer.
They emailed me stating it was being shipped out on 4/10.
The provided UPS tracking number was bogus. Never showed it was even picked up. I emailed multiple times and still received no update. I figure it's a lost cause at this point. Then UPS delivered 1 package on 4/20 - tracking number *** which was confusing since that wasn't the tracking number we received via email. Also, It only contained the 8 bottles.
I emailed to see if they would respond about the missing Gallon Jug we ordered. Still no answer. I just want either the product we paid for or a refund. They won't answer any phone calls due to COVID19.

Desired Outcome

I'd like to have our Gallon Jug to be shipped out or a refund to our credit card please.

The hand sanitizer smells like gasoline. What is in this product? Unsealed products These products are supposed to help a person - health hazard!!!!
I ordered 6 bottles of unscented hand sanitizers and two soaps from this company online. My skin is super sensitive. Ordered from their site. When it arrived on April 24th, the two soaps were leaking. One had no seal. The other seal was leaking. Omg. The hand sanitizer bottles do not have a seal. I put a tiny drop of the sanitizer on my skin. I smelled it. It smelled like gasoline!!!! GASOLINE!!! I right away had to take two puffs of my emergency inhaler for breathing. It was terrible. I had to sit a while because I felt sick!! I threw out the products fearing what is in this product and fearing what can happen if these products are in my home. I emailed them yesterday. From other reviews, they don't answer emails. This is a fraudulent company, putting people's lives in Health danger- and making a profit off of the current pandemic situation. This company needs to be shut down immediately!! Please take action immediately. Please call me if you have any questions. Thank you

Let me be clear!! I know items come late due to the virus. That's not the issue. Your product is a health hazard. The minute I put a drop on my hand and smelled it, I had to sit and take two puffs of my emergency inhaler It smelled like GASOLINE. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. They all say the same things- gasoline smell- not sealed etc etc. This pandemic is opening the doors to many unsafe products. I did not hear back from you. You only responded because I wrote to the Revdex.com. I'm grateful for them. Clean up your act!!!! We don't need more health hazards.

Made an online purchase fo hand sanitizer almost 2 months ago and was charged even though I never received my order. There is 0 customer service.
I made an online purchase for hand sanitizer and a pack of cosmetic facial masks on March 11, 2020 and was charged for items I have yet to receive. I've contacted customer service numerous times and no one answers. The last update I received from the company was by email on March 20, 2020 at which time the company.issued a statement saying the following;

"If you placed an order before March 16th, your order process has started and will leave our facility by March 25th. Orders placed after that date are now pending March 31st.
As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Your package will ship overnight on that date and we are trying to even get them out earlier than promised".

At this time I just want a refund as I don't think this company has any intentions of fulfilling the order.

Main Items were delivered by Art Naturals on 5/1/20.
Missing one item in order, but at this point I'll take it. Therefore, for me my complaint has been resolved.

I have been charged for items $55 (ordered a month ago), which I never received.
I have tried communicating with Art Naturals on 11 separate occasions via e-mail, over the last 2 weeks, with zero response. The company is not accepting phone calls... They have charged my credit card for items I did not receive and are not in anyway attempting to resolve the situation. If they do not have items available to sell, then I would consider this false advertising. In any case, it is only common courtesy to respond to a customer in a somewhat timely fashion. Which, they have not done.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the items I ordered within the next 7-10 days. If this cannot be arranged, then I would like a refund to my credit card.

Today I received a partial order. Where is the entire order? Over a month and a half that I ordered.
Not one response until last week. Not until I filed a complaint online. Now they are communicating. When they fulfill the order, I will be more than glad to amend this Revdex.com and close it out.
I understand what is going on in the world. I work for an essential business. If supply was low an back ordered, then stop advertising online, on Amazon and taking orders. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication. No active phone and no email responses until now.

I have received my refund.

Bought and item and never received it. Company won't respond to me for refund.
On April 12 I paid 52 dollars for a bottle of hand sanitizer. The company guaranteed it would be shipped in 24 hours. They made a shipping label but they never shipped the item!!!! I have contacted the company numerous times via Facebook messenger and via email. Their phone number does not work. I contacted PayPal and reported them as well. I still have no product or refund.

My order was confirmed by email. Received email of shipping & label printed. Called 2 times--recording only. No response to 3 emails. Was I charged?
I ordered 1 gal of hand sanitizer, scent free (their code on the email order confirmation: Anhs-scfr-1gl), on Apr 15 and received an order confirmation email: order # ***. Cost 59.99 (no shipping or tax), charged to my Mastercard. On Apr 17th I received a shipping notice and tracking # *** for UPS. It estimated delivery as Monday, April 20, 2020, between 11:30 and 2:30 pm. Many times I have clicked on the "track it" button from their shipping confirmation email, and the UPS site shows only that a label was printed, and this "reference number", ***. It also has "shipped/billed on 04/15/2020". I don't know if I was billed or not. Nothing has ever changed on the UPS site. Nothing to track. I have emailed 3 times asking for information about my order and shipping (used their "shoot us an email" link at ***.) No response. I made 2 phone calls (***) and got a recording that says they are too busy to answer the phones. UPS still says nothing... I checked my UPS account and it was the same. It did say to contact the vendor if there was nothing more showing on the UPS info page. Well, we know how that goes!

After filing the complaint, I did receive an email from artnaturals.com saying my credit card had been credited back the 59.99 charge. Also, the company said the item was in the mail. I received it today. I do believe that the company has done well in making this right, and I am satisfied.

I purchased unscented hand sanitizer from this merchant. The product that I purchased is not what I received.
I placed an order for 6 bottles of hand sanitizer on April 16, 2020. I received the hand sanitizer approximately one week later. I am pleased with the shipping, but I am disappointed with the product. Three of the hand sanitizer bottles were missing portions of the push caps. In addition, the hand sanitizer is not unscented. The company advertises their hand sanitizer as being unscented. However, the six bottles of sanitizer that I received smell heavily of tea tree oil. The tea tree oil smell is really strong and unsettling. Due to allergies, I am unable to use this product. I paid $54.98 for hand sanitizer that is being falsely advertised as unscented. I feel as if I have been swindled out of my money.

I would like an apology and a refund for my purchase. I will happily return the hand sanitizer because I can not use it.

I have recieved a refund from the company. The issue has been resolved in a satisfactory manner.

I placed an order on March 12, 2020, I never received items. There is no voicemail to leave a message. Emails are returned undeliverable.

I have not received a full refund for the product.

Purchased a gallon of hand sanitizer, never received it. Emailed 5 times, no response. Not taking calls at this time, automated message.
Purchased a gallon of hand sanitizer for 59.99. Debit card purchase cleared on April 10.Product supposedly shipped 4/13/2020. Never received product. Can't call Artnaturals, when I call I get an automated message that says they are not taking calls at this time. I've sent 5 emails and no response. I work at a small credit union and we are required to have hand sanitizer available at this time. If I click the link for tracking info for UPS it says label created but they never received the product for shipment. Order number is ***. I placed an order on March 12th which was never received due to damaged packaging. Customer service said refund was issued, and I have not received.
I placed an order for hand sanitizer on March 12th (Order #***). Upon tracking the package (***), UPS reported it as damaged. I emailed customer service, and received automated replies. I reached out via Instagram messenger, where a representative finally replied on April 2nd. They said a refund would be issued via original form of payment (PayPal) within 7 business days. No refund has been received. I reached out to follow up on April 19th where they claim the issue had been processed and attached a picture of the refund invoice. I could not expand photo attached via Instagram. I asked them to email the invoice to me---they never did. Followed up on again on April 21st, April 25th, and again this morning via Instagram messenger. Disputing via PayPal is now my last resort to get my money back for the full order including shipping in the amount of $25.97.

I would like a customer service representative to respond as soon as possible with a VALID receipt for the invoice including: full amount of refund including shipping, form of payment refunded (original form of payment was made via PayPal), include order number, date of refund, customer name and email.

I received an email confirmation of refund on April 19th, and a separate email confirmation again on April 28th. No refunds have been received, and I've waited the allotted 7-10 business days per the email confirmations. I would like an invoice DETAILING: Refund Amount, Date Refund Is Processed, Where the Refund Will Be Received (PayPal as original form of payment), name of client being refunded (***) as well as the email associated with the original form of refund ***). Although I received confirmation emails, no refunds have been received, and I have not gotten any invoices detailing the refund has been processed which makes me believe these responses are generic. I would like a detailed invoice outlining the information listed above as soon as possible.

I cannot get a refund for for this order.
I ordered a hand sanitizer and got a product which is not what regular hand sanitizer is like. It is sticky and you can't keep it on without washing it off. The product is not at all as it was advertised. Bottles are leaking. They don't take phone calls and don't answer emails. I have tried but it is impossible to return this product. I filed a complain with PayPal and after this they offered to refund me only 30% of the original cost. I have refused and am still waiting for a full refund. After I read reviews of the business, I saw that everyone had the same experience as me. This company is fraudulent and is not selling what they are advertising.

I have not received my order placed in 2/20 nor have I received a refund nor has anyone offered a solution to my issue after many attempts to contact.
I have not received any delivery for the order ***. I placed my order on 2/21/2020. On 2/27/2020
I received a tracking update saying my package was delivered when in fact, it was not. I have attempted to contact the company many times stating this and have not received any resolution. I have only been able to speak to an actual person one time on the 28th of February and was advised "to take it up with the carrier". This is extremely poor customer service as an issue with delivery should not be the customers responsibility. I paid in full for this order in the amount of 122.32$ With a subtotal of $203.86. (I had a Presidents' Day coupon, which is why I placed such a large order.)
I have even reached out in their Facebook page and still have not received a response.
I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, delivery and refund/exchange services. As I paid for products that I did not received and have not been offered a refund or a replacement or any other resolution.

Desired Outcome

I would like my order to be filled and shipped to my address.

Never received products and company is unresponsive.
Ordered hand sanitizers on 4/13/2020 and still hasn't been dropped off to UPS. Numerous e-mails have not been responded to and they are not accepting phone calls...what does that tell you? I will probably never get my money back. Do not order from this company. I hope they get shut down!
