I have called the Ashley Furniture store about them replacing my mattress and when they are going to put my bed together.The manager *** will not call me back! I have been sleeping on a mattress on platforms on the floor for months I have to literally climb out of bed every day now the mattress is denting in where I sleep on it because it’s on the floor this is ridiculous!! I’m going to call the department of consumer affairs I just want to sleep in the bed I paid for and have my mattress replaced never mind the other furniture issues and there are many! The furniture is junk and they’ve paid me 300$ back and that’s it! They’ve been to my house probably or more times either they didn’t have all the furniture or they forgot the screws it was always an excuse and still I’m sleeping on the floor I’m so done!! I have a bad back and this is totally unacceptable!!

We paid $cash and financed the remaining balance of the sofas. Ashley reviewed that we were buying a couch and a loveseat. Again, as customers, we trusted they had the correct skew. We did not know the skew or the name of the couches, as that is not our responsibility. We were sitting on the couches we choose and the sales associate, ***, told us she would take care of it and ring it up. We did not keep the wrong couches for any length of time. As soon as the wrong couches were delivered, we told them to bring them back. We never even looked at leather couches, which was what they delivered. When I called the store, they never said, we apologize there must be a mistake. They instead told us we signed for them and that was the end of it. We did sign assuming again that the store was honest and would provide the correct skew number. We did show ***, *** ***, the correct couches that we had ordered and his response was “Well the ones that were delivered are on the other side of the store so that cannot be right”. Again, we should not be responsible for their error. They never offered to correct the situation and rather left a message telling us they cancelled financing and that they were keeping the 30% restocking fee.This is outrageous and I am appalled that this is continuing*** had told us that the Revdex.com “always sides with them” and clearly this is an ongoing issue with Ashley. Again, we do hope that Ashley makes this right and returns our nearly $400.

Ashley Furniture in *** *** will not contact me However, based on the callousness of the response from Ashley Furniture Industries, I now understand there customer service practicesI will take the loss and continue to advise people not to shop at this establishment It's quite sad because I still need my mirror(paid for) and I wanted to purchase a matching dresser and end table However, because of there lack of customer service and lying tactics they are losing sales in another area I will take this loss and pray to find the matching pieces from another establishment The store and store management will reap what they sew in due time

Can you please give more time for the business to respond. I think it was days and if I do not respond it will close out the case and assume satisfied. The business has not made a decision yet, they had just asked me to submit more info via emailI had just submitted what they needed. However, my only option with the Revdex.com is to accept or decline the response as a permanent decisionI can't make any permanent decisions yet until the business reviews what they asked for and then responds what they would offer Because I do not know how long it will take the business to review it and come back for an answer the case should be switched around to waiting for response from the business.

I have tried communicating with the store no less than times to no avail. I have called the Greendwood HomeStore Customer Care department at ###-###-#### no less than times, to which I am always told that they cannot help me because the purchase was made in store for direct ship accessories and so only the store can provide the information. The store repeatedly tells me they cannot provide me an update on the order -- that they have done what they do (take payment and place order), and that the Customer Care department at ###-###-#### can provide me an update. I am getting the run around, and now a corporate office is saying the same thing. There is obviously NO PERSON in this company who can give me an update on my order, or who can simply cancel it and refund my money as I want at this point. How can a company take payment but fail to deliver goods and everybody in the company continues to point fingers at others? This is unacceptable!
