purchased furniture from an authorized Ashley dealer, Finders Keepers, in *** *** Ashley dealers are
independently owned and operated and are responsible for processing warranty
claims at the retail levelIt states in the Claim Procedure section of the
warranty booklet Mr*** should have received with his furniture, “If a
problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Limited Warranties,
contact the Ashley Furniture Industries, Incauthorized retailer from whom you
purchased your furniture.”

If I go into a store, and there is a big banner saying "15% off EVERYTHING". and when I got to the register, and the clerk told me, "Oh that 15% does not apply to YOUR purchase" They would be in violation of "Contract Law", and by LAW the can NOT do thatbut the in EXACTLY what Ashley Furniture did, on in their online store
