Unfortunately, the parts were delivered to them damaged, therefore they needed to reorder. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.after the initial repair was doneThe love seat was sent to their warehouse facility and it was determined to my knowledge that the damage that had been done is in deed a manufacture defectAlso upon upon redelivery the furniture was further broken by delivery personnelI have made many attempts to contact them in regards to these issues and have experienced a failure of them being willing to communicateI have left several messages for the Service department manager with no responseIt is in my opinion that Ashley furniture intentionally prolonged repair process because I stated that I was unhappy with the service and repair that was done initiallyI explained to them that I did not utilize the furniture immediately upon receiptDue to complications during my my pregnancy and was bedbound towards the end of my pregnancy with the furniture was purchasedI've been spent a number of weeks at my mothers where the furniture is not located.I do believe that the frame issue with the wood is the reason that the recliner does not close preferablyI am formed Ashley furniture that the recliner was not closing properly in the initial stages however I do not believe that that was relayed to their customer support by the person who took The complaintTherefore the technician only looked at the frame and did not examine the reclinerI do believe that the frame may have been broken due to the recliner not functioning properly and inability to close it properlyI have asked them many occasions to speak with someone at the corporate level in regards to this issue however Ashley furniture has dodge my calls [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Ms [redacted] , Consumer Affairs Representative, is saying she has contacted her marketing representative in my area and that they are trying to get in touch with a store that is owed by the owner of the store from which I purchased the Ashley Furniture...but, so far, no one has contacted me about what they will do to replace or repair this Ashley Furniture that is peeling like crazy Ms [redacted] requested that I contact her directly I began this process by contacting Ashley Consumer Affairs directly via email on July 31, After days, I had received no response so I emailed again and said that I would need to contact Revdex.comAt that point, I received email back from [redacted] on August who said that I would hear back from the marketing specialist in 14-business daysI waited the business days without any reply or contact from Ashley or the marketing specialist I emailed [redacted] again and she said that 'the part had been delivered to my door' I told her I hadn't received 'a part' and she then replied, 'that was a mistake and my claim is being reviewed by the marketing specialist' So, it was just back to square oneNow, I am being told the same thing about the marketing representative but he/she has never contacted me directly nor has he/she offered his/her solution to this problem and when it will be resolved This furniture needs to be replaced/repaired immediately This is a manufacturing issue and should be handled by Ashley Furniture directly as they should stand behind the furniture they make Regards, [redacted]

I have Already Stated My Complaint , However I Was At The Montrose Ash Furniture Store , The Call Came From Corporate From New York , They Informed Me Of The Delay and Lack Of Products That Were To Be Delivered Items were to Arrive on December 17th , and Delayed to January 20th , Then A Follow Up Call to be Delivered on the 12th of January I just want the Furniture that I Picked Out Delivered In EXCELLENT CONDITION , I Also Should Get A Price Reduction Thank You One and All
