I've never heard of a business retaliating against the customer that had a fair complaintBest part is I had to repeatedly call them, no one contacted meI have never had a manager reach out to meAshley Furniture has repeatedly shown me that the customer does not matterOnly their moneyI want my money back for this defective sectionalI want to take my business elsewhereI will never purchase another piece of Ashley FurnitureI am under no delusion that this matters to anyone at AshleyThat has clearly been provenThis matter is not closedA customer rep repeatedly telling me everything is forwarded to the [redacted] Customer Care department solves no part of my complaintNo one at Ashley is interested in helping me, just ignoring me Regards, [redacted]

I did accept the compensation of $from Ashley, however no one from that company has sent any correspondence or contacted me further I have not received any monies from them TheyStated they would send me something to sign and then send me the check I would love to resolve this soon No timeframe was indicated, however I thought within a week or so, I would have heard something from the company
