Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below See my attached invoice from Ashley when I made my online purchase It says I am being charged for In-Home Delivery and Assembly Included.I needed this as I was sending this furniture to my pregnant daughter and her husband They left the furniture at street side and made my pregnant daughter and son in law have to carry this furniture into the home and assemble it themselves Since I paid for this I want my $shipping and assembly charge back since they did not do it.They just gave an excuse that they are looking into it with another department They have made no attempt to refund the money other then give excuses like they are doing to Revdex.com now Regards, [redacted]
