As far as I am concerned this dispute is not resolved A tech did come out and inspect the tables and said the side arms on both tables were broken He was going to do e-mail to [redacted] in corporate office and tell her I need new tables I had not responded to Revdex.com, because I thought Ashley was going to take care of the problem, but I have not heard anything from them I do not want the same type table I either want money returned or a different table I was waiting for [redacted] to call me back telling me what I need to do next What do I need to get this resolved? Thank you, [redacted] ***

I spoke with the guest and she said we have resolved the issues

Spoke to the guest again The chair has arrived I explained that if she wanted a refund *** would be who she would need to contact for the refund since they are the one that purchased it I have offered compensation I offered a $gift card I am going to refund that in the form of a check instead on a gift card

I received a call on March 7, from *** with Ashley furniture stating they had not received our furniture in the warehouse so she would not give me another delivery date because she didn't know when they would receive it in the warehouseMy resolution at this point is to keep the furniture I have received as it was damaged when delivered and Ashley's to refund me the full amount I financed as paid in full

Spoke to guest We have canceled the bookcases and are refunding the guest I am following up with the store for the status of the refund

Spoke to the guest to let her know the legs are still on order I offered to allow her to reselect a different set She is wanting to wait a little longer her this set I will follow up with the legs

I have left a message for the guest to resolve

We have reordered the damaged items and are delivering missing item tomorrow. The store has entered a request for compensation. I will follow up with the guest after the delivery

correct billing errors, The product I purchased was defectiveThis is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, The Manager at the store named *** *** is the most incompetent manager, I have called left several voice mails, never a call back, she did call back after I had gotten a hold of a guy named *** *** witch I was told was her boss! I have been trying to get my furniture delivered since October 17, BTW todays date is January 222015, I call no one knows nothing or they are sorry im having issues, I will not ever buy from this store nor will I recommend this HORRIBLE outfit! my replacement entertainment center was to be replaced today, at 5pm till 8pm I get a call at 931am telling me they are in front of my house, I'm at work, long story short I did not get my entertainment center today! called the manager said all they can do is reschedule it, mind you it wasn't *** *** it was a lady named ***/***, Ridiculous, when the entertainment center was delivered it had no doors they were missin and the delivery driver took out a black marker and colored in the scratches on the sides of it and inside the cabinet was a long piece of wood missing, __ TERRIBLE SERVICE I WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE PRIOR ISSUES THAT I HAVE ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT THE STORE WAS REFUNDING MY DELIVERY CHARGES OF $129.99, AND TAKING OFF THE PRICE OF THE RUG I purchased that was $and to this date nothing, so I was left with no choice but to dispute all charges on my accountI refuse to pay for damaged furniture, I have ask for a total refund just come get this crap out of my house or I’ll delivered it to your store and go buy from someone elseThey refused to give me refund
