I purchased furniture from Ashley furniture the first
week of MarchIt took them two months to deliver the furnitureI called them several times and after numerous stories and lies I finally received my furniture two months laterBecause I was mislead the manager at Ashley promised to refund the $delivery chargeI provided her my bank information and she said when she returned to store she would take care of thatIt's been over three weeks an numerous phone calls and numerous texts still no resultsI have never been lied too as much as I've been lied to by these peopleIf you tell me you're going to do something then do itIn addition she took down my debit card and banking informationWhere has that been lying around for the last three weeksSomebody could pick that up and make charges against my bank account

I have spoken with the guest and explained that the furniture is mass product and is all the same quality. I do understand that the sofa got damaged on the delivery. I have offered to deliver another one without damage but she refused and wanted to cancel. Since she had not taken possession of the furniture she can cancel but there will be a 10% cancelation fee. Normally we will not cancel the after we have delivered but since she refused it we will cancel with the fee. The store is canceling the order and will have our accounting department issue a check for the difference. It normally take to weeks to get the check

We are delivering all the gust items but one on 2/and the last item will be delivered on 3/2. We have submitted a refund request to refund the guest $150. I will follow up with the guest after the deliveries

Spoke with guest We received the pictures and determined the issues was not a manufacturing defect I was caused by the guest moving the furniture The guest purchased the extended protection plan that covers accidental damages I tried to give the guest that number but
he said he wasn't jumping though hoops He wanted to return the table because it was not dangerous I explained that we have an all sale finally policy

refund the total he paid

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLYI did not accept the furniture it was rejected on delivery because it was defective and was of an inferior quality compared to what was shown in the showroomThis order was cancelled based on violation of trust on the part of Ashley furnitureYou cannot show something in your showroom and deliver a different qualityThere were different leather qualities all throughout the furniture and the supposedly top grain leather was scratched up on both the love seat and sofaI was told by the sales person that the furniture was top grain all throughout and that was incorrectThis obviously was a deceptive business practice At this point the product is not in my possession, so Ashley furniture has my money and the furnitureI need 100% of my money, you cannot violate the trust of a customer and insist on charging 10% cancellation feeAccording to Ashley furniture’s document, it states that “you may cancel your order prior to delivery or pick up with a 10% cancellation feeThis order was not cancelled prior to delivery or pick upIt was cancelled on 8/25/after the delivery was rejected based on violation of trust.]

I spoke with the guest on 7/and explained that we have a no return policy I did agreed to allow the guest to exchange it for another item She is aware that all she needs to do is come into the guest to reselect We will pick up the item that she is returning when we deliver
the new one

I have tried to reach the guest. I responded to the email that I would call her after 4:as she requested so we can try and resolve the issues

I have spoken with the guest She has now received the refund and all the furniture I have apologized for all the issues

Spoke with the guest and explained what the extended protection plan covers. The furniture was purchased in March of so it is well outside the one years manufacturer's warranty. He was sure he has paperwork that state it will cover anything. I am emailing him so he can email
that paper to me

On 4/16/I spoke with Ashley associate and she was to setup delivery for furniture and offered $off dining room table if I kept it and was going to check with accounting to find out about $refundI checked with my husband and we agreed we wanted a new table not $off.I called back at 5:17pm on 4/16 and left voicemail advising that we wanted the table replacedDid not hear back called again on 4/and left another voicemail asking what was happeningMy husband spoke with her again today 4/and delivery is setupShe still did not know anything about $refundShe said she is still needed to check with accounting departmentShe said she had not ordered the table, she will still waiting for me to answer, not sure what happen to the voicemail I left her on 4/Regards,
