Once I got the offer in the mail (I still Have It) I noticed in fine print it says With /SELECT Pkgon the back it says must have AT@T Unlimited Plus Enchanced wireless plan $a monthI tried to call so many times I have lost countI wanted someone to tell me that if I switched to this plan would I lose a 80% discount I get already for my phone service because I am an assistant manager at Wal-MartEither no one could tell me or didn't know or if I got the card then I was obligatedWell then the very last time I thought ok one more time

On Tuesday 7/my main phone number stopped working No Dial tone I reported it immediately The silence from this company is overwhelming All I get is phone trees and web reports that say the phone MAY get fixed by Friday 7/by 6:00PM!!! That is THREE DAYS without the phone No human call to me, no email to me, NOTHING Today is Thursday and I want and need some response from this company I have called three times and only got phone trees I have been on their website and only got to print out a page that says they may get to the repair by Friday at 6: I finally fought for minutes through phone trees this morning in order to speak to a person who promised to try to speed up the repair Customer Service does not exist

I called AT&T for internet service for schoolingThey said they have Direct Tv tooI said I am interested if it is reasonable costI was told a month for U- verse and direct tvAs soon as it was hooked up I got bill for I called days after hook-up, take it back, as I cannot afford that , not did I agree to that.Long story short I've been shifted back and forth being told I could be helped, and then, oh nothing we can doI was told by AT&T last time they would do an investigation and listen to original discussion, but it would take time.Still not resolvedNow it went up to 137!!!! Order# XX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I have been dealing with a credit with *** T for over 2monthsI switched from *** to AT&T 2months agoSo yes I have been dealing with this issue as a new customer for the 2month I have had their service I called and spoke to multiple people about a deposit that I was charged that should have NOT be on my billAccording to the sales rep I spoke to in Oct when starting my service I did not have to pay a deposit because I have my OWN PHONE!! he did however offered me a table which carried a deposit which I declinedI received the SIMS cards and went to the store so that a rep can complete the activation After the hour long activation everything was fine until I was told by my employer that AT&T offer discounts to our employeesI went to a AT&T store to get assistance with ONLY applying the to my ALREADY contract that I had already for several weeksDuring that visit the rep at the store again tried offering me the table once again and again a deposit was requiredI again declinedI did however agreed to start internet sevice with them Anyway I received my first bill from AT&T and notice that I was being charged for a depositI called and called about this deposit and no one seems to have a clue what's going onI was even told by manager Christoff that I needed to pay this deposit and couldn't tell me what the deposit was forI called relentlessly to get this issue resolved and NO ONE seems to know what anyone is doing theirThey don't add notes and I had to repeat this same store over and over and OVER againI then went to the ordering team and had the nice guy look over my entire order and he also stated that I DID NOT need to put a deposit down! per this rep he submitted a credit waver that he stated was approved by his bossI had my bill push out until the 11th of Dec so that the credit had time to be applied and guess what Still NO CREDIT and STILL NO ONE has any IDEA of what is going onTHERE WAS NO NOTES of me calling them and NO NOTES showing a credit waver was sent on my behalfI JUST want to pay what I need to pay, NOT FOR SOMEONES MISTAKE that they are blaming the customer forI WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES I have!!!

An ATT representative changed the landline to a cell phone line, lied saying that was sending a cell phone for free that was $when ot was receivedNever said that the landline was being transferred and when the phone was returned then we realized that the home line was not working to find out the mess he createdFor the past weeks we have spoken to numerous reps that promised to have it fixed and nothing gets done A technician has been scheduled to come out times and has been a no show I been paying for a home alarm system that has not worked for the last weeks and no one cares ATT should be ashamed of providing such bad service and not making themselves responsible for their employees who lied and misinformed us

Good morning AT&T sent to me a couple of bills that were not correct, I was locked out my account and email which contained important information, I canceled my u-verse account on the day it was due to expire we always paid our bill on time my contract with them was due to expire on 9/13/I called in on 9/12/to inform them we would no-longer wanted their serviceAll equipment was returned as required by UPS, received recipe as request from UPSAT&T continued to send us bills that were incorrect we now use Spectrum cable AT&T locked us out of our account by doing so we were unable to retrieve emails and photo's etc., we were never late in paying our bill they no longer allowed us to use our email account which is ***@att.*** we lost a number of number email contacts I spoke with a rep 11/3/and asked them to please make the necessary adjustments I will never use AT&T again if anything they sh

I had an appointment to have Uverse installed today between 9- The tech failed to show At 10:I start making calls The tech has indicated he came to my house and no one was home and called with no answer Lie I am home My address is listed on my mailbox and on the sign in my driveway No missed call from the tech The number to call was given when the appointment was set and he says he called another number? I called to get him back out and they said he was not available They want me to take off tomorrow so I can wait again to see if he/she will show Who is going to pay for all my time?
