I'm at a loss here, because every company is the same, but this is not how good, honest businesses are runThis is how cheaters operate

Watch your bills closely! If you are a paperless customer they add services that you did not authorize and tell you "we sent you a letter" Then they double bill you in order to "credit" you for the service
I have a combined bill with AT&T and DirecTV; it is amazing how each month the bill is more I cannot wait for my phone contracts to be up so that I can change companies Maybe I won't wait

I'm not sure how AT&T maintains a good Revdex.com rating anymoreYears ago, yes, now with the combined AT&T and DirecTV that you can't actually combine, nor combine bills or statements, or have to create a new user ID and Password EVERY MONTH Then calling into the new updated friendly (sarcasm noted) customer service, they will literally transfer you to at least 2-different reps in different departments
This all started when my family and I moved from Ohio to TN All of our bills went up over $eachSo DirecTV that we paid $month for went to $145, AT&T from $to $etc
Now since the combined accounts that according them cannot actually be combined, you have to create a new login every time However if you create one, guess what?? Your other one gets wiped!!
This is beyond frustrating We have been with both DirecTV and AT&T for over 15+ years and have never had to call in or an issueNow we are leaving AT&T as a company Sad

On July 1st I was approached by Comcast who told me they could lower my bill and give me faster internet

On July 1st, AT&T retentions department told us they would lower our bill to 45$ a month and issue a one time 50$ credit for the inconvenience of putting us into a contract we had no idea about, even without us signing anything
Sure enough, a month later I called them on 7/to inquire about our bill and there was no record of my first phone callThis happens all too often with AT&TI would switch to another provider if I could but unfortunately comcast is not much better

AT&T has been scamming me for months and has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life They hire the most incompetent people who can't even get my name straight, then tell me that I've called the wrong number and need to call a different number, then when I ask what that different number is, they give me the exact same number that I've called them on (that was with Dwayne) I then talked to *** then *** then *** about getting my cell phone account and WiFi landline account combined They initially said that the accounts would be combined onto my cell phone account in one to two billing cycles, then confessed that all that had happened was that a work order had been placed to get the two accounts combined Well, sometimes work orders get done and sometimes they don't When I opened the account, I was told the exact same thing, that the two accounts would be combined onto my cell phone bill in one to two months, but we're coming up on months
