Would like to highly compliment AT&T with their contractor's installation of "AT&T GigaPower" in our neighborhood....I am presently the president of our HOA and their contact, a Brent at XXX-XXX-XXXX, could not have been nicer or more coorperative with us during and after their installation of this system in [redacted] in Huntsville, Alabama

Internet worked poorly for monthFinally had to replace router but still bad service so cancelledWant install charge refunded & ET fee removed Signed up for home internet service and it was installed effective 7/5/Paid $installation feeService was very spotty and for the first month I had to frequently reboot, call technical support for guidanceService rarely worked for 1-days at a timeFinally had to replace router, which happened 8/5/Service was still bad after thatAlso, we needed remote access to our home office PC and the ATT router worked poorly in accomodating thatSo for all of those reasons had to cancel ATT serviceAn early termination fee was assessedI called several times to appeal that decision and also to request a refund of the $installation fee, but both requests were rejectedThe last call with ATT was on 10/3/The supervisor who I spoke with on 10/3/said my only option would be to sue ATTI responded that since I am an attorney

ATATT has continually overcharged me for the past three months more than $each month which was unjust each time and reversed but cause me to not b AT&T continually over charges me every monthThey know that the charges are not legitimate so they end up reversing them but charge me again the months for the same singIt is made it so I cannot pay my rent and has affected my living situationI have called them and spent several hours on the phone each month and they promised me that they will reverse the charges and it won't happen again but they usually do not reverse the charges until it has already been taken out of my account which has led me to not be able to pay my rent which is completely unfair since the charges were unjust from the beginningI find this to be completely illegal that they can over charge you month after month and make you spend hours on the phone with themI have been hung up on several times and they will tell me that they will call me back or send me a

I'm not sure how AT&T maintains a good Revdex.com rating anymoreYears ago, yes, now with the combined AT&T and DirecTV that you can't actually combine, nor combine bills or statements, or have to create a new user ID and Password EVERY MONTH Then calling into the new updated friendly (sarcasm noted) customer service, they will literally transfer you to at least 2-different reps in different departments This all started when my family and I moved from Ohio to TN All of our bills went up over $eachSo DirecTV that we paid $month for went to $145, AT&T from $to $etc Now since the combined accounts that according them cannot actually be combined, you have to create a new login every time However if you create one, guess what?? Your other one gets wiped!! Starting third year as reluctant customer and, again, receiving unsolicited advertising after filing complaint last year for the exact same reason Called the call center to ask why this has started again (was promised that my address was "permanently" added to the Do-Not-Contact list last time by the AT&T "Office of the President") I am receiving againFirst agent sent me to the federal "Do-Not-Call" registry, even after I explained twice that the unsolicited advertising was arriving via USPS Second agent insisted on getting access to my account - which should NOT be required for me to be Opted Out Product_Or_Service: Internet service

AT&T is up to their usual underhanded bait and switch tactics! I transferred from [redacted] Cable to their AT&T U-Verse service and was promised a $gift card for doing so I was told it would take about 6-weeks to get it After not receiving it after an extended amount of time I called to ask about it and was told they sent me some kind of letter at the beginning of my subscription period which I did not fill out and was therefore disqualified from getting the rebate they promised I never saw a letter so don't know if I simply missed it among all the other mail or if they make a habit of not sending it to cheat people out of their promised rebates! when I asked how much it would be to cancel and go back to [redacted] they said it would be almost $ So they lie upfront about rebates but then are able to lock you into contracts when they don't performOn top of all this the TV constantly is freezing so their TV service is absolutely horrible and when I call to get it fixed I keep getting the same all response where they want to walk me through the reboot process and turn everything off and restart it This was never a problem with [redacted]
