Please pay attention to the details on billing for those switching or new to AT&T My newly widowed elderly mother was being overcharged $a month because the billing department did not set up her billing correctly with her bundle The billing error would have never been noticed unless my husband and I did not help keep an eye on her billsI called AT&T and they did credit her account and resolve the problem I rate AT&T a negative because I had to find the mistake and take an entire morning to go over the bill with a specialist before it could be resolvedShe would have been out hundreds of dollars if the billing would have continued this wayNot acceptable especially for fixed income living

If I could give zero stars I would! ATT has told me for two years now I can get DSL internet and when the order is made the day comes and goes and no one shows up, I call and they then tell me the order was cancelled as there are no more ports availableI make sure to advise them of the history every time I call, I ask for a supervisor and go through it all againMeanwhile a neighbor of mine who moved in AFTER we did was complaining at her child's baseball practice about lack of internet and another parent hands her their card and says "Call me tomorrow, I work for ATT and can get it on for you" !!! What do you know, she has high speed internet so her kids can play video games when there are NO MORE PORTS available while I'm paying four times more for slower satellite internet so I can workVery unsatisfied and disappointed with the only internet provider in our area

Told I would get my get a repair for my U-verse; they never came I had called three times to get my u-verse fixed on one of the two TV's that we pay for They were unable total me through the repair I got a call from the presidents office, in which they told me they would come on saturday morning, April 2, to make the repair since I work out of town and cold not meet the repairman during the work day I changed my travel plans for the weekend, and stayed home saturday morning instead of going to see my wife two hours away in Tyler, Tx (I am in Dallas--we live part for job reasons only.)
