My account number with [redacted] isXXXXXXXX I had a [redacted] the first days in August My [redacted] is combined with Dierect TV, since [redacted] bought them out I was out of town when my [redacted] was due so I used an online address to mail my money to them It went to the Direct Tv's office Well even though the payment was sent and cashed I still had to pay my [redacted] again($185.00) Now my payment for Sepyember is due and still the $that I sent has not been credited to my [redacted] acct The check was made out to [redacted] not Direct TV with my acct number on the check.(***) They have given me reference numbers, and a confirmation noAnd still no credit to my acct Everytime I call I get a run around and excuses Now my Septpayment is due for $and I probably have to pay againI am retired and cannot keep doing this

At&t wires need to be transferred to new electric pole Att has a dangling line Biggest complaint is unresolved transfer of wires to new pole electric company installed so they can remove old pole Issue been unresolved for over a year several service men show up, yet no one has resolved issue thus farAtt has been called several times by homeowner and electric company! There services are terrible and they don't care about their customers AT&T is a shady dishonest companytheir sales reps knew nothing about the product that they were sellingI was told at the time of sale that I would be receiving an 25mega bytes per second when in actuality I was getting a mega bit per second servicethat's times slower then what I was told I would be gettingI was not informed that there would be an activation fee at the time of saleafter the internet was installed I was only getting speeds of 1.5-mega bits per second and three visits from technicians later I was still not getting any more then mega bits per second when I canceled my service I was told I wouldn't be charged for anything because I was canceling withing the money back guarantee time frame, but then a week later they tried to charge me for breach of contract and the activation fee that I had not been notified about up to this pointit took me talking to different departments to get the charges reduced to just the ridiculous activation feethe system was completely unorganized as none of the departments seemed to know which department I needed to talk toor they were all just trying to avoid the problem by passing it on to someone else
