I called in to get a new phone During the conversation the employee had told me that I could get a buy one get one free on a new phone I told them that I would like that deal They then told me that I could go to the store and receive the deal I drove minutes to the store and it was not honored I then called in and confirmed with them that the conversation we had was reported to me correctly They confirmed that the associate had told me that but that the deal was not correct They then attempted to offer me other deals that would cost more and add a monthly fee on top of what I would pay up front

I've called customer service trying to eliminate my telephone service they disconnected my TV and my internet service into two separate bills and ended up costing me twice as much money that I am originally supposed to pay I've called customer service numerous times then switch from end to end to end to end with no resolution of this problem my internet service is twice as much as I was paying before my TV Service is twice as much as I was paying before so now I am paying quadruple the amount that I'm originally paying in the beginning of my services trying to resolve this situation has become more than a headache I am not satisfied with AT&T at this point at all whatsoever and my situation has still to this point not resolved

AT&T has committed fraud against meThere isn't enough space for my entire complaint, but I had absolutely no good experiences in the very short time I was with this company (January 18th to January 30th)I cancelled my services within days simply because of the awful customer serviceThis means that I should not be charged a single cent due to the day money back guarantee policyOn February 14th, I was grocery shopping when I received a transaction alert from my bank stating that I had been charged $(The total of the first bill AT&T was sending me that was DISPUTED in the first place and should NOT have been charged for that amount on that dayIt was supposed to be $on Feb 27th, but this is beside the point because I should NOT have been charged in the first place), and that my bank account was now severely overdraftedI have since been landed with several overdraft feesI called AT&T once my bank said they couldn't do anything until the charge was no longer pending, and the associate who "helped" me attempted to humiliate me, lied by omission about my situation, and attempted to get out of giving me a refund in a conference call to another associate in Bowling GreenAfter that other associate in Bowling Green said that I needed to be refunded IMMEDIATELY, the first associate ended the conference call and told me "Sorry, our offices have closedThere's nothing I can do for youCall back tomorrow," at 6:pmI called back the next day and found out that someone (I think it was the Bowling Green associate) had submitted a ticket and had labeled it as High PriorityI was told I would receive a call by the afternoon of the 15th, which is todayIf I do not receive a call by 3:pm central standard time, I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and I will be filing a Fraud Dispute with my bankI am absolutely sick and tired of being patient with this company and I will not take it anymore

Since February 29th, 2016, my family has not had AT&T services ? cable and internet For the past five years our family has made monthly payments to AT&T Unfortunately, AT&T has kept increasing our required payment ? month by month
Over the past four months we have not received the following billings:
November 2015, December 2015, January 2016, February
All we?ve received are demands for more money ? with no billing summaries provided

A + RATING IS BOUGHT BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN GIVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE NO OVERSIGHT ON SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPSTHEY SAY ONE THING AND CONSISTENTLY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY
Beware......BY FAR the worst phone/internet service provider BY FARI switched my service with WOW that I had for and the price stayed the same and the service was reasonableRecieved a call about phone service from a sales rep that was a better deal than the current price I was paying I was paying and agreed to a year service plan
Let's start from the beginning:
I already had phone service and my bill was consistent a reasonable price I got a call from a phone sales rep and he sold me on what I thought was a good dealSpecifically asked, there are no hidden costs or start up costsAs soon as the service started and I was locked in this year agreementI was hit with an installation chargeI was given a creditGREAT! It took one hour long phone conversations to get it
Then, I decided to get the direct tv/internet because of discount on service for bundling
This is when the systemic constant problems began
It took the tech all day (hours and three trips to his shot to install.)
It took months for the the actual permanent installation to go inI had a wire running through my yard with a pound dog running around
It took months to bundle my serviceNo discount as promised and phone calls to get my information that was inputed wrong by the sale rep to get correct
My bill would keep fluctuating every monthNo transparent explanation on the bill to explain
I talked to another rep who tried to sell me on a tablet for only ten dollars a monthI asked specifically asked if there was a new connection feeHe said noI was then hit with a dollar charge
I changed my service to get a differant packageCustomer service rep said the charge would not go up
All of the sudden about months a my bill went up
I spent hour conversations after another trying to get someone to explain to me
HUGE COMMUNICATION BARRIER AT LEVEL ONE SUPPORT
I lost my cool and spent one conversation after another and no one could explain the charges
Finally, was told the reason for the increase in bill was for the package I had with showtimeCustomer service rep said no worries I will give you a credit pay your bill today and the next billing cycle would be lower

I have spent hours and hours trying to resolve one bill after another that increased significantly with no clear explanation
I feel trapped in this service with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION TEAM

There are several incorrect charged on my billI have called multiple times and waste hours of my time to get this corrected, and it never does
