In Dec I paid cable one a deposit to get basic cable service through my daughters checking/debit cardI was told my monthly bill would be a monthAnd the deposit would eventually go towards the billingEvery month since the hookup my bill has been erratically differentJan bill was Feb bill was March bill was April bill was may bill was now in June cable one wants saying I owe a past balance of I do not know how or why I owe this muchI feel as if they are making up charges by sending me sporadic billing and I got this bill on June and it is due on receiptI pay all my bills by check and through the Postal systemI never get this bill in time to get it mailed back to them in time so they charge me every late fee

I had recently signed up with CableOne under their promotion for a month with no contractWell, according to them I went over my data and they bumped me up to a month!!!! Then I missed a month payment and called them letting them I could not make a payment until the following FridayThe repwarned me that I would be charged a $late fee, which I agreed toWell when I called in a Wednesday BEFORE Friday, another repsaid my service was terminated due to non paymentI spoke to the lady and said yes, I have not paid but I have previously spoke to a rep and had explained thisLong story short, CableOne was charging me dollars for a reactivation, plus my past bill, and the following month's billI gladly drove to their office in Nampa and turned in the modemThe rep in the office not once asked how my experience was or why I canceledPoor poor poor customer service!!!
