First I would like to add I have received an increase every three months since having serviceI called to put my account in hold since u went out of town from the 13th of June to the 28th of June at which time I asked to have my dollar deposit added to my bI'll I come home to no Internet service and a dollar billI make the paymentAnd I call to straighten everything out they say there is no record of my account being put on holdThe lady Janet who answeredthe phone after I was transferred says it's completely disconnected putso me on hold then hangs up on meI call back only to get a recording that my issue needs to be handled by the local office and I should call back?! Come on guysWhy is it that I can never get a straight answer from anyoneThere is zero customer serviceI'm losing my mind! Why does it have to be so frustrating and why can't I ever get anything resolved the first time I call?? And where is my dollar credit? Now because of your issue you want

cable ones services are horrible in last two months.wifi has gone out constantly half the month on april.and already numerous times now in may.My data usage has been overly used from my carrier due to this plus my carrier even added data on my phone which they did look up and see that I never use hardly anything before all these troubles.so I called numerous times and all they say is that our engineers are aware of this.They dont even offer to compensate us for anything.Plus my bill was going to be late in april due to a medical emergencyI called to tell them I was going to be days late well they disconnect me wanting me to pay actually they should have credited me for at least half the month they were off.But I bit the bullet and got disconnected so my data was lost plus I had to come up.with double the money to get services back up again.well im hooked back up and still the wifi issues are still going off.so im paying for services im not getting plus others here in globe also.the

I cancelled an internet installation and was told by the customer service representative that I would not be charged for anythingInstead I was charged $for the installation I never received, and additionally another unexplained $charge a couple months later

Since service began we have had intermittent service issues with cable tv and internetI have called multiple times for someone to resolve this issue that over the last two months has gotten worse and now it does not work at allLast night I received a call from a cable One technician that acknowledged the issues in this area and said due to people quitting that he would consider this issue closedI refuse to pay any longer for a service that does not exist any longerI am returning equipment and disputing my last months bill with my financial institution and refuse to pay any future bills

I own a restaurant is Mississippi For the past eleven years I have been a Cable One customer and used them for our TV, music, and internet service
Every morning, when the restaurant opens, we turn on the background music that plays throughout our dining room A few days ago when I turned it on there was no sound All of our TV's worked fine, only the music channels did not play
I called technical support and spent some time on the phone with the technician trying to reboot and trouble shoot the problem When nothing she tried worked, she told me she was scheduling a service call and we should see someone shortly
No one arrived that day and we went without music The following day I called technical support again and was told that the problem was "system wide" and that their technical people were working on it I was told I should have been called back when they decided to cancel the service call, but I was not We went another day without any background music
When the sound was still not playing on the third day, I called technical support once again to check on the status of the "system wide" problem At that time I was told that a change had been made to my account and that I would need to speak to business services in order to subscribe to the music channels
It turns out there was no "system wide" problem but instead, after eleven years, Cable One had turned off the music channels on my account without any notice to me They now wanted me to agree to a forty dollar per month additional fee in order to receive the music channels Bad business Bad customer service They have the right to raise their prices I suppose, but the manner they went about it with me is very disappointing
There are any number of *** *** *** and *** out there who want my business I think I'll give them a chance to cash my checks now

I have been a faithful customer of Cable One for wireless needs for over ten years nowIt has come to the point where their services have become so very expensive that One don't dare use the internet service they provide because the fees they tack on are herendousThis customer tried calling to see what she could do to minimize costs and they could only state "perhaps it's the structure in your home" (a brand new home mind you) where even when we used the Internet the service was spotty yet we were left to pay almost $150/ month with little to no resolutionI cannot believe the price hikes of this companyI'm extremely disappointed and will be hopeful that Xfinity (a much larger more dependable provider) comes to the area offering better deals for quality service

For the 1/years we lived at *** *** *** Ada, Ok we had Cable One During the time of service the cable line was ran across our lawn not buried I contacted Cable One several times regarding this matter They would tell me "we have you on the schedule" This continued on for the entire time we had service with Cable One When we sold our home I called Cable One to disconnect service When the repairmen arrived he told me that we where on the list to have the cable buried in the next couple of weeks I told him to take the cable with him does us no good now
I then returned the equipment to the local office in Ada, Ok I informed them in the office I wanted someone to call me in regard to this matter, which I never received a call Then next thing I receive is a call from a collection company wanting to collect the final bill

I have had problems with my internet since I had iti called several times a week to get tech support for temp fixi let the service get cut off abecause it was not workingi was told I have to pay nearly dollars to have my service reconnected and then when my service acts up again to call thembeing that there is record of me calling tech support nearly everyday I think they should be more helpful in getting my srvcs restored and working roghtthey just dont caredont try to helpcustomer seevice is just uninterested in helping
