I am rejecting this response because: The flowers were never delivered The delivery guy said he left a note on the door and no flowers left They would've been there for minutes behind a fence and blocked by trash cans If they were left it was at the wrong address I'm highly disappointed that avas can't be bothered to contact me and I've had to go to this extent for a refund They are not taking responsibility for their mix up This is the worst customer service I have ever received
