Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Avas flowers continues to drag their feet towards a satisfactory resolutionNow they claim that since the arrangement of flowers is dead, they should be excluded from assuming any responsibilityIt took several days and several patient hours of my time to try and work with Avas flowers to even look at my caseI contacted them about their mistake within hours and on day of debating with them, they accused me of not contacting them within hoursI was even criticized by the manager, ***, for not doing my research in depth before I placed an order with Avas flowers, like I should have known betterThe company refused to admit any fault and simply lied about their mistake until I provided the Revdex.com with a picture of the incorrect product My recipient didn't receive anything remotely close to what I had paid good money forI was only promised a full refund if the floral company would agree to go back and retrieve the incorrect arrangement from the elderly woman I had sent it to- and that is only if they agreedI told Avas flowers that it was a tacky practice that lacked all classAvas flowers wanted me to verbally agree to this and if the floral shop refused to pick it up- then I was only going to receive a partial creditThis very same floral shop blatantly denied any wrongdoing in the first placeI was not willing to rely on them any further and that is why I contacted the Revdex.comIn addition, why would I want store credit form Avas when they have treated me so poorly? The credit isn't even enough to get anything without spending more moneyWhy would I want to spend even more money with Avas Flowers? They have been completely dishonest, nasty, and unreasonableI don't do business that wayI want a full refund for the amount of $ Regards, [redacted]

ORDER [redacted] : As described within the Avas website, for all users to view: Florist Designed Basket Arrangement@$ Let our designers create something truly beautiful for someone special in your lifeThe arrangement will arrive expertly made in a basket including the season's freshest flowers Recipient signed for the arrangement @4:on 9/8/It was requested to be delivered before 4PM within the website orderIt states within the Avas website, for all users to view: We will make every attempt to accommodate delivery requests, however we do not guarantee deliveries at specific timesThis is a "florist designed arrangement basket" and it was filled to value using flowers the designer had available, as it was indicatedThe flowers shown online are representative of color scheme, look and feel, overall style, and value; however specific containers and or flowers will vary in some cases due to floral designer interpretation, availability or need to meet our quality standardsSince most of our products are perishable goods, we do not accept returns or cancellations and we typically do not issue refunds as there is a 50% restocking feeWe do not issue refunds for delivered products

My apologizes for the issues mentionedYour arrangement ordered was as follows:Tall Vase arrangement of hydrangeas with colorful flowers DESIGNERS CHOICE filled to value.The florist provided fresh Hydrangeas, White Roses, Sunflowers, Snaps with greens in a 12" tall vaseIt was accepted by the recipient with no issuesThey later elected to bring it back to the florist and claimed it was not what they had orderedIt was delivered as requested and therefore was refused by the customer by bringing it back to the floristIf the customer refused the product, the order will not be refunded as per the Avas policyThe florist ordered the specific flowers to fill the arrangement and did make it as orderedThe florist needs to be paid for the flowres and the time to make the arrangement tooThe photo provided did show that the arrangement delivered was what was ordered

Hello, We tried to respond via your system, but after filling out your form rejecting Avas Flowers response, yoursystem advised that there was a "RadUpload Ajax Error." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The names on the plant were not fixed and were all misspelled, even though one of your reps said it would be corrected Also, when calling to talk to someone, I kept being put on hold and disconnected, times This is very frustrating, as it seems no one at your company cares about customer service at all You just want to make the sale and disregard any problems that arise Sure you refunded $9.99, but I think this stinks

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received a full refund to my credit card I still believe their business practices are not as above board as they contestBased on all the other complaints I saw on the internet, I am not alone in this assessment

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: An Avas representative did in fact contact me by phone last week and agreed to provide a store credit on my account instead of delivering a Valentines Day bouquet several days after Valentines Day I told him that was not acceptable, because I purchased the flowers based on Avas' promise that they could deliver them on Valentines Day They failed to do that and they have therefore done nothing to earn the money they have taken Valentines Day is probably the biggest sales event of the year for florists, so they of all people should appreciate the importance of delivering their products on the actual day and also understand that Valentines Day flowers have no value once the holiday is past If they were not confident of their ability to deliver the flowers as promised, they should not have accepted my order I am not interested in a store credit and don't feel that they are entitled to keep my money until I have the need to purchase flowers at some point in the future This is breach of contract Any responsible business would insist on providing a refund under these circumstances and that is the remedy I am seeking
