Yes, I called and was told that I must pay double for returning the blindsThe call center told me this twice when I called this weekend Look at your records on the call centerI gave the correct measurements and Select Blinds choose to deduct inches off the sides Here are the facts:The size on my order is correctI gave SelectBlinds.com the correct measurementsThe size listed on my receipt is correctThe size listed on the sticker on the box is correctThe size of the blinds inside the box is WRONGI did NOT give incorrect measurements!After a horrible customer service telephone call this weekend, I am leary about anything to do with your companyI fear that returning them will not provide me with a replacement product and I will be out of several hundred dollars with no blindsThat's why I have reported this to my credit card company, to Google stores, Facebook, Revdex.com and counsel to seek a moderated resolution
This order is from over a year agoThis order was for a [redacted] , not [redacted] We are unsure how Ms [redacted] even fits in to this equationMr [redacted] called in complaining that the shades were to narrowWe went over the fact that roller shades have more fabric deductions than blinds, which is clearly spelled out on our websiteWe have offered multiple times to remake the shades at a different size at a 50% discountThe customer then filed a complaint with their credit card company, which we fought and wonWe are more than happy to try and work something out with the customer, but miss measured products are not eligible for return based on the product being custom madeWe will have a customer care manager reach out today to discuss options
The company has made no attempt to resolve this issueThey called and left me a voice mail requesting to speak to me, I return their call and got their voicemail They sent me an email, I responded with my request for a refund, they have not responded to my email in days nowAnother representative asked if I would accept store credit, at this point, I would accept this, responded to them with my acceptance, but they also have not responded to me in days nowSo far, I have got no resolution of this issue
The representative was friendly, but was unable to offer any corrections to the order I will cancel the order as I was told I could do
