On May 28, 2014, I made and order for iPhones 5s, Order ID# [redacted], and after waiting for over 3 months, on September 11, 2014, I requested a full refund for the order amount of $2,346.00. I received an e-mail from AVOBUY saying that it will...

take 1+ month/s to receive the refund due to the banking process, which it does not make sense at all. So I made my first complaint to them on October 2, 2014, about the full refund issue, the second complaint on November 18, 2014, and third complaint on November 25, 2014. Sometimes the replied saying the refund is in process, and sometimes they did not replied at all. I tried to contact them through the phone they never answered. I have complained to them numerous times after November 25, 2014, but they are not willing to resolve this issue.

Avobuy, Inc. Claims that [redacted]'s Online payment was indeed processed. [redacted] submitted proof of payment to Avobuy,Inc. on May 15,2015 in a letter sent by and through counsel via certified mail, in which he renewed his demand for a prompt refund. According to usps tracking that letter was delivered on May 26, 2015; however, Avobuy, Inc has yet to respond.

Review: I purchased an Iphone online with Avobuy.com on May 4, 2014, paid $420 for the item. Never received the item-they keep telling me that "their vendor" has not shipped the item to them yet. At one point I asked them if changing the color from gold to black would enable me to get the item faster, they changed the color on my order according to their email but I still did not receive the product. Communication with the company has not been easy, they do not answer their phone and you get into a loop on the phone that leads to nowhere. I cancelled my order on June 30, 2014 and repeated attempts to get my money refunded has been unanswered by the company. If you look online there are numerous complaints that this company is a scam. I wish I had investigated them before ordering an item that will never be delivered or refunded.

Review: Avobuy.com advertise an xbox one system for the price of $230.00 and I thought if was a good idea to buy cheaper, but it says that it may take some time to deliver to me in 60 plus days. I already shipped the amount of $230.00 in United States post office money order with express mail service next day. They have receive the money order the following day and sent me an order number [redacted] for the xbox one. The next day I changed my mind because I don't want to wait 60 plus days. I requested avobuy.com to refund my money order of $230.00 and they said it would take 30 plus days. I waited for a month and nothing was sent to me. Review: We have ordered several items such as Apple I phone, Samsung Cell Phone and a vacuum cleaner on November 10, 2013 from Avobuy online. We have not received the items or the refund as it was requested numerous times. Total amount of the purchase is $921.00 and was paid by visa credit card. Since it is over 120 days, the Visa statue of limitation has expired and can not go through visa. We have sent numerous emails and called but Avobuy is not responding. Review: On 03/09/2014 I bought a prepaid $200 American Express Gift Card from Avobuy for $84. Because of the nature of the deal they said that it will take sixty days for the item to be shipped. It is already more than ninety days and I still have not received my order. I contacted the company several times but am still not able to get my order or get a refund. I spend hours on the phone to get them and if I do I am kept on hold for them to figure out what is actually happening with my order.Desired Settlement: I want to get a refund plus breach of contract from avobuy with pain and suffering as well. For I have been thinking about my order since the day I placed it. I will also want to be compensated for the time I spent in trying to contact them and sort this issue out with them. I also want to be compensated for not being able to get my order when I have already paid for it, for if I had invested that money in some kind of stock or savings I will at least have some interest gained.

Review: On 28 Sep 13 I paid AVOBUY US$275 (receipt dated 29 sep 13) from my credit card for an Iphone 5S 32 GB unlocked to be delivered within 3 months. After +7 months (22 Apr 14) of calling, emailing to know when my phone will be delivered and always being answered by people at AVOBUY or by their recorded message to wait because my order is being processed, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund of my money (US$275) as soon as possible.AVOBUY responded by email it would take within +30 business days to get refunded, which is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Considering I waited more than twice the time promised by AVOBUY while they're using my money freely, I want AVOBUY to fulfill its obligation and deliver the phone at my address during this month of May. If they can't respect their promise than Refund my credit card inside a week.

Review: I made 2 purchases. 1st-[redacted] over a year ago $520. and 2nd ID [redacted] was 8 months ago $156. 1st order there was a prob w shipping and post office sent it back. They said they would reship so I still thought they were ok and put in my 2nd order. When I go online to check orders 1st still shows as shipped and the 2nd says they are waiting for funds but the check cleared within 2 weeks of sending it. I have repeatedly tried to call them to fix status on both orders so items will ship but no one answers the phone anymore. I would take the product or the money back..Desired Settlement: They can send me the orders I paid for or refund my money.

Review: I ordered a 64g iPad Air from Avobuy.com on Jan 9 2014, with order number [redacted]. This order was to be completed with 30 days. I have been in touch with them via email since then and responses from them severally has been promises and assurances that the order will soon be completed. I have all the email trail. When the email I sent to them recently were not been delivered and up till now a year after the product has not been delivered. It done on me that this company is not prepared to fulfill this order. Review: Hi There,I ordered an IPhone cell phone from AVOBUY.com, an online company 5 months ago. Their automated online system showed that my check could not be processed hence I again tried going online and buying the same phone but this time I sent them a cheque through mail. But then I decided to cancel my order and ask for refund (as I read the bad reviews later). So I called the number of the website but nobody answered instead it kept me on waiting. Then I sent an e-mail to cancel my order. I received a response that order will be cancelled and I will receive the refund after 3 months. So, I waited but then no refund. I sent them an e-mail again in 4 th month reminding them about my refund. I got an e-mail that my refund will be made within 30 days. I waited again and no refund so far. In the meantime I checked my statement last month and found out that this Avobuy.com has actually charged me for two orders. The first order that was showing online cancelled was charged too. And the second order for which I had sent a cheque through mail was cashed too. Now I am sending them e-mails but there is no response. Nobody picks up the phone either. The dates of the cheques and the amount that they own me are 2nd May 2014 - $41415th May 2014 - $440 Please help me in getting my refund back.
