Review: I did an order on march 17 I read it took between 30 to 190 days it been more than 6 months and have not receive any kind of status ...I've tried all their emails, and phone number as posted...the emails do not work, nor phone number just music playing...haved called over 50times and waited an hour on each call. After the hour the phone lines hang up...my order number is [redacted]....I would like to get in contact with these people..Also I don't like when they change there web site about the delivery process, when I ordered the product in march , it said one thing, now with the changes it says another thing..in example it said 30 to190 days ..now it says 60 to 190 days plus...Desired Settlement: product delivery

Review: I ordered a desk top computer from AVOBUY in California and sent a check for $437.00 for the computer on 7/14.Never was able to speak with alive person but was assured via computer that all was well with the order and it would ship within 60 days. I waited until 9/14 no response no further emails responded to so I chose to cancel for a full refund which is your right as a customer stated in the website. I received an immediate response that all was well and being processed since that initial email no further correspondence .When I call to check on the status of the refund again no one to speak to and just hang ups .It now states as it had before my order is in process and will be shipped out soon??? Not what I want and goes against what the actual status should be Please get my hard earned money back and prevent these folks from using innocent peoples money for their own ends and never shipping the product. Review: I ordered an iPhone 5S from www.avobuy.com on October 16, 2013. I have not recieved my item or a tracking number for my item. It has been close to 4 months since I made my purchase. This company drew the $340 out of my bank account the day of the purchase. Each time I email or call this company, I am told the same thing, that they have no recieved the items or shipped them yet. I have read countless of reviews of other customers not receiving their orders or refunds from this company. I am now beginning to believe that this company is ripping everybody off and something needs to be done about it and this issue needs to be investigated.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be investigated and reprimanded if they are stealing from their customers.

Review: I made payment for an online purchase, (order #[redacted]), of a laptop computer that was never delivered. I have been trying to have money returned to me for months now. All I have heard from Avobuy Customer Service is that I should continue to "stand by" while they look into the matter. They also "apologize for the delay" in refunding my money. It has been extremely frustrating and apparently impossible to get them to settle this matter.Desired Settlement: I want the $405 that I paid AVOBUY on April 15, 2014 for an Acer - Aspire 2-in-1 15" Touch Screen Laptop (model # R7-571-6858) to be refunded to me, because the the order was cancelled on May 30,2014 due to non delivery.

Review: I purchased I-Phone on 12/23/13 and cancelled order on 2/9/14. Avobuy acknowledged cancellation and promised refund in 5-10 business days. I did not receive refund and followed up on 4/21/14. They acknowledged cancellation and promised refund again. I did not receive refund and followed up 5/23/14. they acknowledged cancellation and promised refund. I gave the issue to my credit card and Avobuy did not respond to them either. I called and followed up 8/23/14 and still have not received the refund. I have email trail to back all of this up as well as names of people I talked to in person.

I think this is a scam company and want to make people aware of the practices.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I have since purchased an I-phone and don't trust them to deliver an unlocked I-phone that I had paid for. I have no product from them nor my money back yet.

Review: I ordered a cell phone (Iphone 5s) on 2/11/2014. I cancelled my order on 5/11/2014 after not receiving the order after three months. Their policy states it shall take 7 to 30 business days to refund. I emailed the company several times with no reply back. I then proceeded to call the company after the thirty business days on several occasions being put on hold for several hours at a time. The customer service rep explained to me that it has not been thirty business days. Review: The complaint is the order that OI placed on 3/22/2014 for an iPhone5 through avobuy.com with order number [redacted], and the price was $377. The company required to pay by bank check account only. As described Avobuy online, I have to wait 60+ days to receive the merchandize. I also found that many blogs online from real buyers the actual time will be at least 6+ months after I paid. Therefore, I decided to ask for refund since I could not have patient to wait that long.The situation, therefore, has happened till today. Avobuy did promise to return money but around 30+ days to process. However, the company won't do as it committed. It ignores my emails after I havent got any money from Avobuy after 6 weeks. I got same replied message like "Your request (7276) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email". I also tried to call the hotline, but there was no real representative you can talk to, you have to listen auto-answer voice all the time no matter what keypad I tried.Its behaviors like a web fraudulence or ripoff to take buyers money anyway.Please help me to monitor it and stop this company's criminal activity otherwise it will continually scam innocent victims.**Desired Settlement: I want my money back and also an apology from Avobuy to all victims who have or have not written the complaints. Review: In December 2013 I bought (2) [redacted] laptops for a total of $1,092 (order number [redacted]). Their policy at that point was that you would get the products in 60+ days. After waiting about 6 months I wrote to them for an update and they said it was coming. Then after a total of like 9 months I asked for another update and they simply cancelled the order and were processing a refund. I was livid and said I NEVER cancelled and just wanted a status update. They said "no worries, reorder and you won't lose your spot in the shipping". At this point the same laptop was more expensive so they refunded the difference. Then I began to wait once again for the laptops. Fast forward to November 2014, I ran out of patience and requested a FULL refund. Til this day I have exchanged emails with them aproximately 35 times! They requested my Bank Account # along with my Routing #. which I provided immediately. To my surprise ever since I've been getting payments in CENTS to my bank account on a daily basis. Every day I get TINY payments in cents like for instance yesterday I got 3 payments of $0.77, $0.44 and $0.94. I have been emailing them daily telling them this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Not only did I waste more than a YEAR with them having my complete money, but now when I request a refund they want to pay me in cents, this is ridiculous!

I have a COMPLETE LOG of every single email I have sent to them. I have the order number and the complete support documentation along with their vague responses that only prolong me from getting the refund I am entitled. I Just found out about Revdex.com yesterday after commenting with my boss so I immediately went this route. I was even nice enough to write them one last time telling them this was my final email expecting my full refund in 24 hours. And told them that if I didn't hear from them I would make a formal complaint with the Revdex.com (you guys).

So here I am, beyond frustrated because it is a lot of money, hard earned.

I will not accept their payments in cents where I would end up getting my full money in a year or so. What can I do with daily deposits in cents? Absolutely nothing. Review: I ordered on 10/03/13 an Iphone 5S for $338.00. I was told lead time is approximately 60+ days. I asked on 01/19/14 about the status of my order. I was told the supplier needs more time. I relied to the answer e-mail from Avobuy stating that I would like to cancel my order. No response. I replied again on 01/26/14 again, telling Avobuy I would like to cancel my order. No reply!I wrote a new e-mail on 01/29/14 telling them that I cancelled my order and want my money back by Monday 02/03/14 8am EST. Review: on their website I ordered on 03/22/2014 and when I ordered they mentioned it will take 60 days to deliver. but I waited until 09/06/2014 and requested for refund. they replied immediately and told me that refund is processed. the online status showing as refund requested. the total amount is only $240 and on 05/12/2014 I received another mail from them that I have to provide them my bank details so that they can refund my money in installment basis. I didn't understand if they are doing business is the amount $240 is a big amount for them to refund me in installment. I pretty sure they are trying to steal money from my bank account as well. Review: Placed an order about 8 months ago for a computer. Website stated it would be delivered in 60 days. Contacted the site several times to get an update of the shipping status. Phone number provided on website was not a valid phone number and emails received were generic emails stating that they were working on my order and if I requested they could refund my order. Finally after 8 months of waiting I asked for a refund. When asking for a refund I was directed to a google doc that stated the refund would be issued in increments. I am uncomfortable putting my bank account information in a google document when they should have my account information on file from when I placed my order.
