Review: Dear Sir or Madam,There are multiple complaint issues. I selected Service but there are issues with purchasing, fulfillment, refund and customer service.On October 26, 2013 I placed an online order with Avobuy.com for an iPhone 5S, 32gb unlocked phone for $372. The description on their website says orders could take from 30-90 because they order in bulk at wholesale prices. I made the purchases for a Christmas present. I called the first week of December to get shipping status. I was told the item was backordered. Since December, I called or emailed every 2 weeks and got the same answer, "Still on backorder". On March 3,2014, I called again and was told the same, at that time I requested cancellation of my order and a complete refund. I was told I had to email customer support for the request. I did so immediately and received an email the next day confirming my cancellation and telling me the refund will take from 7-10 business days for the credit to show on my account. On March 19, 2014, I emailed the same person and let them know I did not receive my credit. They responded that the refund was issued on March 10. I was also told that I needed to contact my bank/credit card company to file a dispute. I did so with Barclaycard, my credit card company. They said there were no credits issued to my account. At that point I requested to file a dispute. I was told that credit card companies only file dispute case 60 days after a purchase but since I called and emailed several times they would help. Avobuy knows credit card companies do not file disputes after 60 days, that's why you never receive you items after purchase. I feel this is theft and fraud. I have all the emails between Avobuy and myself. Please look into this. There are many innocent people being victimized. I had 2 separate orders #[redacted] and #[redacted] for a total of $1072. Review: Item was purchased through website. Item was to be delivered within 60 days. It has been over 200 days and they are not responding to their customer support requests. Review: This company charged my credit card for a computer I purchased and NEVER delivered the product. They are no longer answering their phone or replying to emails to give me a refund. It has been more than 60 days and still no product or answered phones! I think it's a fake website!Desired Settlement: Purchase price of computer.

I had previously spoken with a person calling himself " [redacted] ", on two occasions prior to 8/13/14.

Since then the phone has an automated musical recording that continues for over an hour...or disconnects.Desired Settlement: Refund by USPS (United Postal Service) money order, or cashiers check, for the entire amount of $383.00.

Review: I placed an order through this company on 12/13/13 for $104. Before I placed the order I noticed that the site says that all orders ship within 60 days, I was not in a rush so it was no big deal. In February of 2014 I contacted their customer service department to find out the status of my order since it was not yet shipped. I was told that my order was "still being processed with the vendor", I responded to their email asking if there was an estimated time that I could expect to receive my order and did not receive any response.

I contacted customer service once again in March, at that time I was told "Your order and payment has been completed and now we are just waiting on our vendor sending your product to us so we can send to you. Please stand by. Also please keep in mind that our shipping and handling is with in 90+ days".

At this time I contacted my card holder (PayPal) explaining the situation to them hoping that they would be able to help me with this issue since obviously I have not received goods that I paid for but they informed me that there is nothing they could do because it has been past a certain amount of time.

In June I emailed "customer service" at Avobuy once again telling them that I wanted to cancel my order. I did not receive any response. A few days after sending this email I logged back in to check status to see that it changed from "pending" to "request refund". It has been in this status for the past 4 months and I have not received my refund. It states on their site "Depending on some banks, please kindly give it 30+ business days for the refund to reflect your account." There is not a bank in the US that takes 30+ days for a refund to reflect on your account.Desired Settlement: I just want to get my money back as stated in their guarantee. I did not receive a product that was purchased and should not have to wait almost a year for any resolution.

Review: Hi - ordered an iphone 5c on 09/13/2013. My account was charged on 09/16/2013. The product I never received. Started sending e-mails from on 01/06/2014 asking for a delivery date.None was given, only the comment of "usually 90 days until delivery", but by now it is 6 months later.Asked for delivery confirmation and delivery by the end of February or a refund.Response: They will review this.Sent e-mails on Feb 13, 15, 27 and they are not even answered anymore.Went online to check them out and it looks like the place is a scam.Please advise what I should do and what can be done from your end.Many Thanks![redacted] L. You might not have received an answer from avobuy. com, but your message must have stirred them up, as after more than 6 months I suddenly received the iphone about 3 days ago.

Review: I purchased a phone which took a very long time , even though I know it was clearly marked all over there website, no where on the website does it acknowledge the turn around time for a refund. I have canceled my order verbally and as well as a formal cancelation email and still no message has been replied to me stating I have been refunded.

I have waited a very long time and refuse to wait another 3months for a refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back thats all

Review: I ordered a galaxy note 3 in sept 2013. I have contacted the company numerous times trying to get them to send me that item that I had ordered. the standard excuse when I get to talk to that the company will not send it. it has been over 8 months. is was only supposed to 90+ days.Desired Settlement: I want to be sent that phone that I ordered without any more delays or excuses.

Review: A PS4 was purchased from Avobuy for $168.50 - order # [redacted]. After a few weeks I received an email from Avobuy stating that my money order was never received. I Immediately filled out the proper USPS forms to have the money order traced and lo and behold Avobuy not only received my money order but they have also cashed it, a few days after receiving it; almost a month ago. I contacted the "company" and the rep asked me to scan the document and email them a copy of the USPS notice. I emailed them a copy of the document at least 5-8 times and each time they have stated there is no attachment attached to the email I am sending them. The issue has yet to be resolvedDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund and the owner persecuted for robbing/stealing from innocent people which is against the law. I will be contacting a lawyer to see what could be done about this.

Review: On 7/8/2014 I ordered an [redacted]r from Avobuy and paid $215 by check. It was clearly states on their website that I could cancel the order at any time and receive a full refund. On Jan 2 2015 I requested a refund. I was told it could be 30 days. I have contacted the company but have still not received my refund told each time to wait more. Can you insist with the refund of these funds.

Review: Dear sirs / Madam I fell into a scam and fraud by not reading reports on this company. I have all emails how the scam works. As follows : avobuy.com offers products for almost half price of regular prices but they request a sixty to ninety day delivery. The products NEVER ARRIVE and then after sixty days it is TOO LATE to refund disputes from your bank or credit card company. I URGE YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION !!!! Please inform me if I can be of any assistance to forward my emails. Review: On 11/3/13, I contacted Avobuy to purchase an IPhone 5S (for $286)as a Christmas gift. Since I did not receive a confirmation, I immediately called the company and spoke with a sales rep regarding my receipt. During our conversation, I was informed the item would not be received until January 2014. I instructed the sales rep to cancel my order and sent a follow up email informing the company to so. I received an answer via email from the company on the same day from someone named [redacted] indicating a refund would be issued in 7-10 days. On 11/25, I still have not received a refund. I called the company during the course of the following week and no one ever answered the phone. On 12/6, I received an email from [redacted] again stating they are very sorry for my refund request and I should receive a refund within 5 days. On 12/12 I called the company again and someone picked up the phone, said they would call me back and never did. I tried calling back and "no answer". On 12/16, I sent an email to the company stressing I have not received no refund. I did not receive an email back until 12/22 from a "[redacted]" informing me that if I do not receive my money back by the end of the week that he suggests doing a chargeback/dispute on my order. I then proceeded to contact my bank on how I can get this resolved. It is now over 2 months and I still not received a refund from this company. I believe this company to be a fraud and rip off and should not be allowed to do business with consumers. With today's economy, we need reliable business people to purchase from. Times are hard now and money is definitely not easy to come by. It is completely unreasonable for me wait this long for a refund unless this company is in bankruptcy or a fraud. I appreciate any assistance you can provide me in getting return of my funds. For total of $414.00 waited 6 weeks and did received any thing , than I cancal my order and ask for refund on June 16th I was promised that I will get my refund in 30 business day and today is Dec 5/2014 still waiting

Review: I bought a new iPhone 5s from them back at the end of March. (03/31/14) At the bottom of my invoice it states that it will take 60+ days to receive item. I waited and then went and bought a different phone in mid June. Not through them. I cancelled the order on July 14th and the request was put in on July 15th. I am awaiting refund. However I was told I could email or call if I had questions regarding the refund. I emailed them simply asking for a time frame or when I would receive my refund as they stated it would be 30+ days. I had given them an example of 30-60 days because each time I have emailed them wondering where the product was I would get the same answer, which was "in order to keep our prices low, please allow 60+ days to receive you item." They could never give me a time frame just told me things I had already read or heard from them. 30+ days to me means 30 days or even 3 years before I receive my refund. I have serious issues with them keeping $349 from me and I don't have a product to show for it. I then tried to call them with the number they had given me. On my phone it pops up as Irvine, California. I get an automated message where I push a few buttons to get to where I need to go. I finally enter in my order number and the music plays and hangs up. I tried 2 more times after this and it hung up on me each time. I wasn't able to reach anyone other than through email and when I do email them, they never answer my questions!Desired Settlement: I either want the phone shipped to me if they are going to be keeping my money or I want a refund within 45 days of the refund request being put in. I will not wait for 3 years to get my $349 back. Thanks

Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) for an iPhone 5s for $400 online with AVOBUY on 5/12/2014. On 5/15/2014 I received an email from AVOBUY telling me that the order had been refunded. When I called them to ask about why it had been refunded, they told me that there had been a glitch with their credit card billing service. I was also told that if I still wanted the phone, I should reorder it. I did so on the same day. This time I paid $360 with the Google Wallet payment service (order #[redacted]). Since I had still not received the refund by 5/22/2014, I emailed them. Their response was: 'Please allow anywhere from within 30+ business days'. I know that a refund doesn't take 30+ business days to process, so I became suspicious of their operation. On 5/23/2014, I requested that they cancel both orders and refund my money immediately. So far, none of the money has been refunded.Desired Settlement: I have already purchased a phone from another source, so I want the money refunded.

I finally sent an email and phone to cancel my order on March 24/2014. I have not received my refund , I have called and cannot talk to anyone , they have am automated telephone system. I have emailed 18 times and was told refund will take 7-10 business days, them 30 business days and most recently 30 + business days. This is unacceptable since Avobuy has had my funds since Jan 2014.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of $1496.00 USD

Review: Ordered #[redacted] for a PlayStation 4 Model #[redacted] was placed on 01-10-2014 at the total cost of $208.00. The order confirmation stated: "Some customers will receive their items in 1 week, and some 30 days or longer. We will do our very best to ship as soon as we can. When your order(s) has been shipped - you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you wish to no longer wait, please do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund."

After 90-days, I requested an order status by email to contacts@avobuy,com and received this reply: "We are still processing your order with our vendor. When we complete your order we will send an email of your tracking number. Please check back with us at a later time. If you wish to not wait for your order please email us back for a refund."

I continued to check the order status every 30-days and received the same reply. on 9-7-2014, I sent an order status request, and the next day received an email notice that the email was un-deliverable to [email protected] and received the same notice after several email attempts.

Today (10-01-2014) I called the Contact # 949-266-0151 and 310-507-0109, only to connect to a recording of unending music at both numbers.

If Avobuy Inc. is not able to deliver their promise of the requested item, I would like to pursue a complete refund,
