Review: I have placed and paid for an order for Apple iPhone 5s Factory Unlocked - Color: Silver - Storage Size: 64GB - Carriers: Unlocked / ANY SIM/ IP5SUback in September, 2013 and as of now March of 2014 I have not yet received my order.Despite, multiple attempts to contact the company and find out about my purchase, I have not yet received any products nor my money, further more the company has stopped responding to my emails and refuse to resolve my issue.There fore I believe they are a fraud company that is stealing money from innocent citizens and I want the public to be informed about their fraudulent activities. My purchase, full refund plus interest would be great! I am doubtful ;-( and skeptical that such a company has enough integrity to do right by their customers!!!!!! It is unfortunate that such companies are allowed publicly advertise and steal!!!!!

Review: Simply put, I ordered $1650 worth of products in May. It is now almost November. I tried to email them three times in the past 2 weeks and me email bounced back saying their customer service email no longer existed. I never received my items and they have made it to where I cannot reach their "company". They basically stole the money.

I will contact my bank about the fraud and hopefully down the line will get my money back. Those were gifts for my kids (I'm a single mom), so this is truly devastating. After what I have been reading online about this company and the hundreds of people they have stolen from, I am not really hopeful about seeing my money ever again... but I will try.

This is not a legitimate company. Shame on them!Desired Settlement: I simply need my $1650 refunded to my Visa which I used to purchase the products. I have tried for weeks to contact them and it is impossible to do so.

Review: I purchased iPhone5S on their website. But I never received them! I asked a refund! I never got the refund! I've asked over and over and over, they said wait. It has been one year already!-----------------important note----------------------They said do to bulk order requirements to expect 90+ days for delivery. And their policy is 100% refund guarantee. But neither is true!Desired Settlement: Money returned for products not received!

Review: I ordered a Iphone 5c with AvoBuy with the understanding that it may take up 7-30days to receive the item and when I ordered the item funds were immediately taken out of my account and I waited patiently over 60+ days and did not receive the item. The only means of contact with this company is through a automated system that is of no use. No human being ever answers the phone.. The automated system gives you an option to speak to a customer service rep, but that only puts you back to the beginning of the message. I then followed their refund procedure and email AvoBuy through email requesting my refund. Again the company states that my refund will take up 7-30 days. It has been nearly 30 business days and still no refund of $306.00. Again when we try to contact AvoBuy the same thing no human being to answer any of my concerns and/questions. We do not have this kind of money to throw away and we have been extremely patient.Desired Settlement: Simply want what is fair and that is our entire refund in orignal payment form debit/bank card of $306.00.

Really - Why can't you put it on the card I paid with. Sorry but you got the worse reputation as a scam (see link below) and I don't want you to have my account and routing number. You can't be trusted just send me a check.

There is many complaints about this company scamming on Yahoo and other places. I never recieved the Item for last christmas, and have been without refund for nearly a year with many contacts by phone and email.

Review: I purchased a Green I-phone 5c 32 from this business on 09/24/13 I waited on this phone for a yeah now. I would like to company to send the phone that I purchased order number is 3041.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the phone I ordered or a better phone like the I phone 6

Review: I purchased a phone from Avobuy on August 13, 2013 totaling $245.00. The item was slated to arrive within 60 days but after that time period lapsed, I looked further into their company and realized I could not even get a refund after the 60 days. So, it is either wait for a phone that you have already paid for and assumed you would receive or ask for a refund before the time window is up (I guess this option is for the people that either got tired of waiting or had psychic powers to tell them that Avobuy is a scam company). Due to all the time that has lapsed, it is much harder to work with the bank to credit back the transaction since Avobuy was quick to take the money in exchange for services not rendered.

Their customer service is another beast of an issue, after being put on hold anywhere from 45 minutes to almost two hours the representatives either tell you that the order will be shipped whenever their order of phones are received or tell you to email their company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $245.00 and I would like for this company to be shut down or at least awareness about its notoriety-- I know this is difficult but this company is essentially getting away with fraud and if nothing is done it will continue and more good people will throw away the money they worked honestly for.

Review: Purchased a gift care on Avobuy.com on 12/4/13 and still have not received it. Requested refund on 5/22/14 and still have not received this. They say it may take 60 days for the product and I waited 6 months. They day it may take 30 days for refund and I have waited 60 days. They are not responding to my emails anymore. I paid $106.00 billed to my Discover Card and they have not responded to my refund request. Review: I placed an order for an ipad from Avobuy but after 3 months had not received it and asked for a refund. They suggested I place a stop payment ( on money that had already been taken out of my account 3 months prior ) or they would refund in 7-10 days. I told them to refund of course. Again I sent email Jun 27, 2014. They are replying me and told me 30 – 190+ days. After I sent email Jul 01 2014, I want to refund. They sent to email to refund we need to time 30+ days. Aug 20, 2014 I sent email again. They told me it processed at this time. Sep 11 2014, I sent email but they are not respond. Sep 18 2014, I sent email but they are not respond. I sent email every week but they didn't get same email every timeThey want to my Bank Account Number and Bank Routing Number. But I did not believe any more. So far, I did not any money.

About two weeks later, we noticed that the site still said that they were waiting on payment to arrive. My wife called AVOBUY in order to see what the hold up was, and ask if they had received the money order. The customer service representative informed her that there was a problem with the way that the information was put into the system, so my wife gave him the number on the money order. He fixed the number in the computer, and said that the issue was resolved, that we will receive our products in 1 to 2 months. On May 25, after having called a few times prior to check on the status of our order, my wife and I decided to cancel our order and just ask for a refund, which AVOBUY guarantees. We tried to call them, but we never got through to a customer representative. Therefore, we sent them an email on May 25, 2014, to cancel the order. (Our order #[redacted]). They emailed us back, and guaranteed that we would receive our refund within 7 - 30 business days. We sent another email on July 9, 2014, after trying to call several times, and not being able to reach a customer service representative. This email was to ask if we were still going to receive our refund, and when, since it was passed the 7 - 30 business days from the cancellation of the order. Since that day, we have tried to call several more time, but have not been able to reach a customer service representative. Today is September 2, 2014, and we still have not heard anything from AVOBUY. We are now unsure if this business is legitimate, and if we will receive our refund.Desired Settlement: My wife and I would like our full refund of $587.00, either cash or check.

I waited 210 days and my patience was out. I wanted a refund.
