Review: On June 5, 2014 a check for $299 was issued to AVObuy for the purchase of an iPhone 5. The check was cashed on June 10, 2014. They stated it would be 60+ days until I received the phone. I contacted them again when that time had passed and I did not receive the phone. On August 18, 2014 I received a verbal commitment that they would send me a refund within 30 days as I cancelled the order due to non-receipt of product. To date, I have not received a refund, nor will they respond to me any longer.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

Review: I ordered a playstation 4 and sent the advance payment required before the order will be processed. Order was placed on 7/6/14 and payment for item cleared on 7/15/14. At this time the status of the order was changed to processing from pending payment. Since this time I have tried calling and emailing Avobuy but they will not return my calls or emails asking for an update on the order and my request to cancel the order and to receive a refund.

Review: I mailed a check on July 8 for a product. I sent an email on July 10 canceling the order asking for my check to be mailed back to me. My check was deposited by this company on July 15. I have sent several emails asking about my refund. I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes total on the phone trying to talk to someone about my refund. Some of the emails I sent to them came back undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to send me a check in the same amount that I paid them as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered two IPhones from this company's website for $736.00 on April 13, 2014. I expected an average shipping time of about 10 days, although I was told on the phone (before my purchase) that I would receive them in 30 days or possibly less. The check payment was processed the very next day but there was no other progress for 11 days. I called the company and was told that it can take 60+ days to process and ship my order. I asked for a faster delivery but I was told that I have to wait, or can cancel the transaction at any time. I also read customer reviews, and I cancelled the transaction on April 24. On there website it says it takes up to 60 days to receive your payed items. Where are they. I already payed it. And when I call them to ask the what is my status they never answer. These people are scammers. I've been waiting for almost 6 months these refunds.

Review: The complaint with avobuy.com has to do with their refund policy which is posted on their website: We will refund the amount you were charged if you no longer want to wait for your item to arrive. Please send us an email to [email protected] and state that you would like to request a refund of your account and put in your ORDER ID and our billing staff will process your refund. Depending on some banks, please kindly give it 2-14 business days for the refund to reflect your card statements. I request a refund, and he sent to me a credit receipt for a refund by 7-10 days business days, which in his case is from Monday to Sunday. I submitted a request by email as recommended by avobuy.com and have a reply to his emails, and now he is requesting that I give him 10 more days for him to provide a refund. I have disputed the charge with the bank and kept in touch will the seller. I am placing this complaint with the Revdex.com, so other do not get conned by avobuy.com. I hope that this will force him to improve in his service and understand that when he does business on the internet that he should comply to the rules.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount charge to by credit card be reimbursed in full as request on 1-23-14.
