Review: It has been since 27 April 2014 I cancel my order with Avobuy company (cellphone). The company has a policy stating between 7 days or 30 days business day on return refund and still haven't receive my refund from themDesired Settlement: still pending on my refund

Review: I ordered an i-Phone 5c from the company in question and I have not received the item. I placed my order February 7th 2014 and then I was sent an email which said payment not received please send payment to Avobuy, it also included my order number 99425 and I then sent payment in the form of a money order in the amount of $273.00 (I kept the receipt for my records). The company received payment on February 12th 2014 and sent an email which said payment received please wait. I have emails from Avobuy dated 2-07-2014, 2-11-2014 and 2-12-2014 respectively (I do have the emails saved). The company promised to send the item within 30 days plus. It is now 7-3-2014 and I still have not received the item.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered but if that is not possible. I would like a full refund.

Review: I made a purchase from their company on February 16, and 17th 2014. It's been over a year, and I haven't gone my items. The website stated that I would have to wait at least 90 days to get my items. 90 days passed and I haven't gotten my items. And we are now in 2015. Soon after, I requested a refund and they told me I would have to wait a month before they started giving me back my money. This was back in November 2014. I constantly email them asking for my refund, and they would always tell me the same thing. I would feel like their responses are auto-generated. Soon after, I emailed them another time just for them to tell me they have a new way of sending people their money back. Through [redacted] Documents. And I filled out my information through [redacted] Documents and they told me little by little they would give me back my money. I still haven't received a single cent, and this is very frustrating. If I could get my money back, that would be greatly appreciated. I followed all their rules and regulations, but enough is enough. I also made two purchases through their website. Review: I ordered a phone on 04/07/14... I waited till 08/15/14 to cancel my order due to not receiving it. I ordered an I phone 5 c ... Never got the phone so when I asked for a refund they said 30 Business days. And it is now 11/21/14 And I received $24.00 in my account and that is it.. I paid $293.00 for this phone. I have called them and all it does is plays music. I cant actually talk to any one. They email me back and tell me they are working on my refund but I never receive it. I have been keeping all my emails. That way I have them if I need to show anyone or something.. I need my money back. I don't know how they are running this company but it is not the correct way. I need help I don't know what else to do. I have tried getting my money back on my own and they still have yet to do so. Thank you for your time if there is anything you can help me with that would be great!Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back in my bank. They took it all out at once I want it all back in at once.

Review: I ordered an iPhone 5c unlocked phone with model number IP5CU, order number 97441 on January 15, 2014 for $338.00. When I ordered the phone I understood it might take over 30 days to receive the item. However, after three months and I never received the item I asked for a refund on April 28, 2014. I was told the refund would take 30 days. I have emailed the company on 4/28/14, 5/13/14, 5/27/14, 8/19/14 to enquire about the refund. I am told it will take 30 days. It has now been almost four months and still no refund. When I call the business I never get a person to answer the phone, I stayed on hold over an hour on several occasions without an answer.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $338.00.

Review: Merchant received payment in Oct 2013 for product. They claimed they did not have product to ship until purchaser ( me ) finally cancelled the order over 6 months later. Then they claimed they credited me the charges on my credit card, but bank has never received credit. Their claim is that items are shipped 60+ ( note the "+") days after purchase but items can be received up to 180+ days after purchase. The same language is used in refund credit. This is an open-ended and useless promise as it holds them to no standard as 50000000 years after purchase is still 180+ days after purchase. The company needs to be held to some realistic standard with regards to providing a product that has been purchased. Endless communications with them (mostly emails) are always responded to, but contain generic and inaccurate claims.Desired Settlement: I desire revocation of this company's credit card use rights as this company does not provide service which most credit card users expect.

Review: I originally made an order with avobuy for an Xbox one; however, its been over two months and my order still has not been delivered. I called and they do not have an estimate date of when it would be delivered. I am quite intrigued with the company and with the order results. I hope this issue can be resolved and I hope to receive my order soon.Desired Settlement: I will get my order delivered

Review: I was looking for an unlocked Apple phone and AVOBUY came up in my search results as offereing an unlocked iphone 5C for 286.00. I went into their website an ordered the phone. The order# [redacted] was placed on Jan 13 2014. My credit card was charged immediately. At the time of placing the order they told me that it could take "30 days+" for delivery. After 20 days, I left numerous voicemails to get a status and nobody returned my calls. So on Feb 13th after being frustrated with the process I decided to cancel the order. I got an emil confirmation from them saying that my refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Till date I have not got the refund. Again I have left multiple voicemails. It almost seems like this company banks on fact that they want the customer to forget about the order they placed or refend they requested. This way they profit by keeping our money.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund immediately. Further 1. I need for AVOBUY to change its policies - specially be honest about the delivery timeline.2. If they know that it is going to take time for them to fulfill the order - they only need to charge the credit card when the order is fulfilled. 3. Process refunds immediately - i.e. within 7-10 business days per their committment. Please let me know if you need any supporting documentation

Review: I cancelled my order as I had not received the item I ordered in almost 100 days. their refund policy says it could take up to 30 days to received refund. They take days sometimes weeks to respond to emails and do not answer the phone. It has now been 90 days since I cancelled my order. Last month they said for me to provide them with my bank routing number and account number. I told them I do not have a bank account and yet they keep asking for the info. I have repeatedly told them I don't have an account. After more research I have found that this company rarely sends the items people buy or give them back their refund. I just want them to refund my money... I have requested a refund at least 8 times.Desired Settlement: I want my refund in the form of a check or money order.

Review: On 07-03-2014 I requested a refund of $405.00 from this merchant because I no longer wanted to wait for this item to come into his stock and the said it would be a 30day+ wait for my refund to be put back into my account. now this was back on July 3,2014 and still no refund today. After 90-day I requested refund and was told that it would take two weeks. Review: I have waited over 180 days for delivery. I have called them and waited an hour, it costed me $6 in long distence from Canada to California. In an email, there solution is to call them. This is a ponzi, they need to be shut down.Desired Settlement: My order or the $ will do.

Review: On 9/14/13 I ordered 2 Ipad 32GB for $120 a piece. A few days later the charge of $240 dollars appeard on my bank account. I waited and waited as their website stated it could take up to 90+ days to recieve my order. I contacted them a few times and a man with an accent told me they were still waiting on their supplier. Eventually I was tired of waiting and requested a refund. They said they would be happy to refund my money. I requested this refund on 5/7/14 and as of today 7/18/14 I have not recieved any refund nor can I get a hold of the company anymore as it is all automated. This compnay has been ripping people off for over a year now and something really needs to be done about this company. I also am aware of these YouTube videos around stating they have recieved their product. Well i'm willing to bet these people were paid to claim they got what they ordered to decieve people futher into trusting this aweful company.Desired Settlement: I hope this company returns my hard earned money and gets whats coming to them for stealing innocent peoples money.

Review: I ordered an iPad Air on January 16 2014. The company charged my credit card $320.00 the same day. I have asked for an update by email 12 times. They keep saying they said it will ship 90 days. It was been 171 days and now they won't respond to email. I have requested a refund and they have not sent it. Review: Please note that on April 7,2014 I ordered an I phone 5S online from AvoBuy.com. On April 8,2014 the total amount for $383.00 was deducted from my checking account. Initially I was told thirty days for deliver date. It is now June 26, 2014 and I still have not received the product. I corresponded via email and each time they would vaguely give me a timeframe for delivery or offer to fully refund my money. Unfortunately I have heard horror stories about this company regarding refund of money. I am not interested in refund I just want the product that I have already paid for!

Review: I believe this to be a fraudulent site.They advertise "bulk purchasing" and say they will provide a heavy discount.After 90 days, they had not provided a delivered product and stated they were having 'problems with their vendors'.I requested cancellation of my order and a refund which they 'guarantee' on their site.The response was: "You will get your refund in 7-30 business days"I replied this was unacceptable as they could easily reverse the charge in 3 days.I have found no evidence outside of what seems to be orchestrated videos of people receiving their orders that this company ever delivers orders.It is my opinion that they are not in the business of doing anything except collecting money, investing it, reaping returns, and then moving on. It's also my opinion that the reason they don't refund the money immediately is, depending on the investment vehicle they are using, there is a penalty for early withdrawal.Also, in their response, they informed me to I should issue a complaint to my credit card company. In my opinion, this is another part of the scam where the customer gets their money back from the credit card company and they keep the original money. Since it's typically, not a large amount, the credit card company just writes it off.Desired Settlement: I've been waiting over 7 business days, I'd like my money back.Also, I would like someone to file this complaint with the proper authorities, or tell me which authorities to file this so they can investigate their business practices.

Review: I purchased an Iphone 5s on eBay from AVOBUY.com. The cost of the phone was $296.00. The phone was purchased in early January 2014 and was never delivered. A refund request was submitted on January 25, 2014. An email response was received on January 25, 2014, wherein the seller, AVOBUY stated the funds would be returned in 7-10 business days. A second email was sent on February 4, 2014 for which no response was received. A third request was sent on February 21, 2014. To date I have yet to receive the phone or my refund.Please assist me in obtaining full refund in the sum of $296.00.Thank you,[redacted] M. Review: I ordered and paid for an iPhone. Once I learned that it would be possibly months before I received product- I asked for a refund. I can not get anyone to respond to me. They boast a full refund guarantee. The voice mail box is always full. They have responded to my emails that someone will get with me- but never have.
